Food was excellent; if ordering the filet or beef tenderloins as medium, it was more rare than medium.

The stars aligned for this visit. 75°, a nice walk down Main Street. I hate dining alone as I feel like that's when I have some of my worst dining experiences. Although I wouldn't say I received extra attention, what I enjoyed most was a quiet Sunday early dinner/late lunch. I tried a rosé I've never had before and thoroughly enjoyed, and the margherita flat bread was out of this world. I got to sit on the patio, alone on my side of the restaurant, an umbrella to provide shade, and a gentle breeze. I'll certainly be returning with such an incredible experience, hopefully with the same results.

Coupon that we had said it was not eligible on Fri or Sat. We went on a Tues - but we were told that because it was happy hour on drinks all day, we couldn't use the coupon. Not happy! The coupon should say that then and we would have picked another night. Also, menu said salmon came with mushroom risotto. It didn't!!! And it was the only reason I ordered it. It was rice pilaf with absolutely no flavor and a few, practically raw, mushrooms. I let the waitress know and asked her to talk to chef or manager. She said she let the manager know. However, the manager never made and appearance and no apologies were given. Overpriced food that is not worth it! Won't be going back to this place...ever!

We went for the Sunday Prime Rib special. Amazing value - two Prime Rib dinners and a bottle of wine, which was Excellent, all for $49! The prime rib was very good, as were the sides that were served.

Vines is a cozy wine-bar with great food and ambiance.

My wife and I went to Vines for her birthday dinner and then a short walk to the Pace center to enjoy the Parker symphony. Vines was very comfortable and our waitress was very good. I would return for sure.

It took an incredibly long time to get our entrees for a pre-theater dinner. We were seated at 6pm, promptly ordered, & received our entrees at 7:05 pm. We needed to leave by 7:15. Very disappointed.

Great concept and selection. A little pricey and the staff was weird and awkward at explaining how it all worked. The overall layout didn't flow well and the bathrooms were small and disheveled. Not sure why you have to buy a prepaid card to get the self serve wine on tap. Seems like they should be able to link it to a tab. Only ate desert but it was tasty. Will likely go back to use up the remaining balance on our card and enjoy a tasty glass of wine with lower expectations than our first visit.

I have been here one other time and only ordered appetizers, which were great! I thought I could take my husband here for date night as we don't have great options in Parker. The food was poor. I had to salt it all because it had zero taste. I was so disappointed! I love the wine list, the ambiance, our server was wonderful, but I don't think I will EVER go back for dinner. Wine and appetizers it will have to be.

We tried again, Groundhog Day... No longer on our list of regular places for date night. Waited 15 minutes plus for a waiter as he had to finish a story. The foods not what it used to be...

We go to Vines a lot. The ambience is nice but casual. A very diverse wine menu in addition to a variety of microbrew beers offered. The food is always delicious. I haven't had a bad meal there yet.

Had an excellent birthday dinner at Vines with my wife and kids. Don't let the name "wine bar" fool you. Amazing menu choices, as well as a kids menu - not just the typical tapas you'd expect from a wine bar. Something like 50 different wines available by the glass. I had two glasses of "Under the Bridge" from Third Bridge Wines (Elizabeth, CO) and it was exceptional! Servers were super friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be back for sure, and will recommend to friends.

I would not recommend them at all. We booked for a special occasion on New Year's Eve and were disappointed to find that the kitchen was closing 1/2 hour after our reservation. We were rushed to order and found that several items were not available as they were sold out?! Wine that we wanted was also sold out. Wouldn't you think that they would plan for the evening? The last straw was that as we were finishing our drinks they started putting chairs up and began the closing process. Greatly disappointed and will make an effort to spread the word.

New Year's Eve with wife and daughter. Service was wonderful. The restaurant ambiance was beautiful with the Christmas lights and decorations. Four course dinner was spectacular. I had the lamb chops with mint sauce and it was out of bounds. That mint sauce so complimented the lamb! My only "complaint" was the Caesar salad had anchovies in it, which I don't care for and had I known that would have ordered the Arugula salad instead. But no big deal, I'll always ask now wherever I order a Caesar salad to make sure no anchovies. All in all a great dining experience.

As always the wine selection carries more than enough to please most. Servers are helpful in choosing wines. Unfortunately the food still leaves so much to be desired. Overpriced and underwhelming. The wedge salad is a sad hunk of lettuce with subpar bleu cheese dressing and a couple pieces of tomatoes and bacon bits. Eat dinner elsewhere and have a glass of wine at Vines afterwards.

It was my first visit to Vines and it is definitely a place I will be returning to. Excellent wine with servers who can also recommend the best wine for your meal. It was a girls night out for a Christmas celebration and we got a prime spot by the fireplace. The food was SO good (I recommend the burger, the beef medallions and the cheese plate {so awesome}). Service was a little slow but someone had called in sick and our server was running around like crazy; however, she let us know what was happening and somehow managed to keep the wine flowing at our table. Vines is in a great location and we were able to see the beautiful Christmas lights on Main Street. All in all at truly wonderful experience!! Can't wait to go back.

We were there before the Nutcracker and the waitress was great getting our 2 young ladies Shirley Temples and our wine. My only suggestion is regarding the Kids menu pasta. We ordered marinara sauce but it was too spicy. They brought the butter sauce pasta but it was floating. I would hold spices on all the kids food unless requested.

Service was terrible - took about 30 min to get our first drinks and then once our party was complete, took another 20 min to have them receive their drinks. All we got was wine and salads and desserts so it wasn't a crazy big order. Seemed like the server didn't pay attention to us because parties of 6 or more have added gratuity.
Tom the manager was great and hooked us up but probably won't be back for awhile if at all. Which is sad because I was so looking forward to dining there.

Food was really very good. Love the homemade potato chips! I had the steak salad and was very impressed. My partner had the burger with fries and it was very high quality. Wine list is huge!! Our server was slightly behind (we needed to get to the theater), but I think they might need add more staff on busy nights.

We were just celebrating our Anniversary last weekend, and I have never had a restaurant take such great care before. The hosts remembered the last name our reservation was under and that it was our Anniversary, and placed us at the table where we had our first date, which purposely was at Vines Wine Bar. The restaurant is absolutely phenomenal. The wine list is fantastic and they have creative and delicious wine flights (most under $12) so you can taste several different kinds to decide what you would like to purchase a full glass of. Inventive food menu, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It is beautiful inside the restaurant and such a cozy environment.

Thank you to the Manager I am assuming she was, as well as the hosts, and our server who made our night so special.

Not into wine so I started with an Orange Drop Martini which was REALLY good. We always get the Potato chips with Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce. I had the Chicken breast with Mushrooms which was very good, but did have a little too much garlic. The Filet Mignon was excellent. The Tiramisu for dessert was also very good and serving size is plenty for two.

They do have specials daily so check their website. And if you like Martinis they have a Martini Monday. The Berry Sexy is sooooo good.

Vines has a quaint sitting area outside, with happy hour specials to enjoy on the weekends, and around the Christmas holiday it is nice to sit inside by the fireplace and see O'Brian Park all lite up.

I think we were there at a really "off" time early Monday evening, however most of the tables were full. The service was okay but nothing to write about. Mistakes were made (minor) and apologized for. The charcuterie was just okay, the mussels were okay, nothing was bad. The happy hour 1/2 priced wine by the glass is a good buy! Locals seem to hang out here as there were regulars at the bar who frequently went outside with the bartender, for some reason. Because of the happy hour price and the wine selection I would return, but I wouldn't make it a major dining experience--just an appetizer or two.

The food was below average. Both my daughter's tenderloin medallions and the steak on my salad were completely unseasoned and there was no salt or pepper on any of the tables. We had to ask for salt and pepper which was difficult as our server disappeared several times for long periods. Frankly, I have had better food and service at less than half the price. I can't recommend this place
