Best Italian in the City!
Incredible, especially the pork shoulder that I had. This restaurant should be getting raves every day.
A bit disappointing. Restaurant is beautiful but food was bland. Steak ordered medium well was served blood rare. “Gelato” was nothing more than ice milk. Service was sub par as well. Drinks were not refilled; Had to request grated cheese on pasta and pepper on my salad. Entree was served without a fork. Long wait to order dessert; coffee was not offered at dessert time.
Excellent cuisine, and attentive service.
Vincenti has lost it, service is mediocre, place is dead at 8pm on weekdays (3 tables with guests), food is still good but neither exceptional nor cheap.
Ditch the menus, the specials are the focus. After a brief delay to take drink orders, service quickly hit its stride. Spacing between courses was nearly perfect. Food was outstanding. Nice ambience. Highly recommended.
The food was amazing. Our server recommended a wonderful cabernet sauvignon. Service was good but when it got a bit busier, the server didn't come around for a while. We were engrossed in our meal. Not sure I would have the same dessert but the cortado was fabulous. We'll be back.
The restaurant is better than ever. The menu, the food quality, the wait staff and the ambiance
all combine to make for a great dining experience. I highly recommend it for those who prefer
more than a grab and go.
Excellent food; Great service; The corkage fee was a bit high; A perfect place to celebrate my wife's birthday.
Loved the food, loved the service. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It is definitely high end. So are the prices. Worth it in my opinion.
I used to love Vincenti. The pastas are always delicious and I’ve always had a great time there. It pains me to say that my most recent visit (it’s been years!) was not great. Our waiter was strangely aloof and although the food was good i didn’t love my pasta. At 10:30pm a woman came into the room my friends and i were dining in and said (a bit rudely i might add) “WE ARE ALL READY TO GO HOME”. I have to say it wasn’t a great way to end the night. My girl friends and i all agreed we would not be going back.
Extremely overpriced, the dish my friend ordered was so salty it was inedible, and when I asked for a side of parmesan for the pasta I ordered, I was refused by the waiter because I was told you weren't supposed to eat cheese with seafood dishes. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
Simply one of the best spots in L.A. hands down! Don't tell anyone. Let them go to Jon and Vinny's next door.
The food was pricey but not special. The ambience was nice but not special. Our server was nice but not special. I had a reservation. The restaurant was not full. On the way back to our table I asked if the four of us could sit at a booth table set for five. The hostess said this was for a larger party. 10 minutes after we were seated she sat four people at the table I had asked about. She had not said that this table had been requested by someone else just that it was for a larger party than our 4. Hmm.....
Superb cuisine. Wonderful seasonal special dishes. First rate service; Relaxed elegant ambiance.
Maureen and her staff are always a pleasure. Good food, ambiance, and delicious food
charming place , the steak terrific
was disappointed that our request for a table in the front room (with tablecloths) was ignored. this didn't spoil an otherwise excellent dinner, but it was disappointing.
An excellent meal for the family style dinner; truly excellent; but by 8:30 the noise on a Friday evening was a bit too much. Food excellent although by 8:30 a negroni took 20 min. To arrive.
Absolutely top notch everything....service, food, ambiance! We love going to Vincenti!
Vincenti is better than ever. The restaurant looks terrific, the management are doing their
best to provide a fine dining experience.
Rception and wait staff are always most welcoming and eager to please.
The menu has many delicious options, so we were all very happy with our choices.
Many "specials" so don't order until you chat with your waitperson. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. Service couldn't have been better. Not too noisy.
We had not been to Vincenti for several years. We found the food excellent, had a great table and were treated like old friends.
We will plan on going back.
Fabulous food. Amazing place
This was our 3rd time there and the food is outstanding! The owner is LOVELY and wonderful and gracious.
The only glitch was
Wonderful Italian restaurant with great pastas and service. The owner is always welcoming, making the atmosphere warm and familial.
This is the truly sophisticated stylish choice on the Westside of LA. Few Italian restaurants have this level of contemporary style and consistently high standards. The food is superb. Service is flawless. You can dine here once a week and never use up the good choices.
Better than ever with Maureen and Nicola in absolute top form. 15 years later still Brentwood’s best kept secret. Come earlier if you want a crowd, come later if you want a bit more quiet. A+ on all fronts. We’ll be back.
This was so cool!!! Been here so many times for business dinners. Now here with my family. Maureen, Andrea and the chef are the best in town. Food is awesome! Go there!
Perfection, as always.
We had a very nice evening at Vincenti's this past Saturday night. We will be back again and we would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Sublime. . .as always!
Monday night is Pizza night! Along side their regular menu. But some times it you get some surprises if you trust the chef and ask for the specials of the evening... We started with the Pizza Bianca then had some items off their specials of the night like Asparagus Soup (dairy free-just blended/emulsified to a thickness that replicated a cream based soup) topped with Shitake and assorted White Mushrooms; an amazing c
old Gazpacho soup with fresh Lobster and Microgreens; Stuffed Zucchini Flowers accented with a light Fresh Tomato Sauce: and for a main course Veal Picata with a Lemon Caper Sauce, fresh Sauted Spinach and Whipped Potatoes. From the main menu my guest had the New York Steak with Black Truffles and Roasted Potatoes.
A perfect, delicious meal with good wines, good company and the hospitality of owner Maureen Vincenti and her staff.
We've been going to Vincenti for year and their food is consistently outstanding. The Dover sole in the wood burning oven remains a stand out must have! Love this place.
The food was absolutely exquisite. The service was warm charming and basically perfect. Maureen as a host makes you feel very special. have reservations for the following week already.
Vincenti’s never fails to deliver in terms of the ambiance, the high quality of the food, and the impeccable service. A Los Angeles gem.
This continues to be one of the best restaurants in Brentwood.
Always a pleasure to dine at your restaurant. Service, food and ambiance is always top notch. Thank you for making our anniversary special.
