Vince Carter's Restaurant is a ideal venue for the upscale sports enthusiast. It's divided into the sports grill, dining room, lounge and owner's box, for the personalized atmosphere you desire, and even offers call ahead seating, because that's the type of service they provide - always catering to your needs.
At Vince Carter's Restaurant, you can create your own hand-crafted luncheon burger - made your way - or dine on the Pangasius Fish Sandwich, because Vince Carter's knows that lunch deserves the same attention to detail as do all its other meals. For dinner, the T-Bone Steak is the only way to go if you're massively hungry, but other popular items include its Caprese Roma chicken and the North Atlantic Salmon. The options have considered all sporty appetites, so go enjoy a game and meal experience.
The four of house all had great meals. The presentation was very special and the service was paced just right. We all agreed that we would return. The ambiance was modern, special, relaxed and serene.
Loved it. Food was great. Service outstanding. Great for a business lunch.
We went for mothers day. The food was excellent, but the service was not so great. He was quick and got the order correct, but he showed no emotion or interest in us in any way. He never smiled and barely spoke to us, but then we would see him with other coworkers and was laughing and having the time of his life! I will definitely return to Vince Carters for the food, but we will make sure we never have that server again.
I was happy to get a reservation for Mother's Day at Vince Carter's. it's hard to get my family all together with everyone's work schedules. I was a little disappointed to see when we arrived that you were only serving a few select items and not your regular menu. My mom and I ordered the avocado and tomato caprice salad and had stale pita bread toast points. Our server Dylan, was very attentive and accommodating. He quickly brought out a different kind of toast points that were much better.
We all had a great night. Thank you Vince Carter's you will be seeing us again soon.
I would reccomend this restaurunt anytime anyplace not only is the food awsome, the service gets a 20% tip for quality
Have been here a number of times and it never disappoints! Special occcasions or when friends come to visit. All who we bring love it. Will come back.
2nd visit...just as wonderful! Mother's Day luncheon this time with a party of nine ranging from 3-83 and all were amazed with this place. Only actually seeing Vince Carter himself could have made it any better. Food, service, prepared menu, DESSERT and live piano music made it special. Have already told our friends!!
Took my mom here for Mother's Day and the experience was fantastic. Food was delicious and service was great. Will definitely be back.
Hostess was awful. Attitude. Arrived on time and no one at hostess stand. Five minutes later she arrived with her 32 ounce soft drink in hand. No apology for us waiting. Our waiter Mat was a nice young man. Knew nothing about wine , no cocktail napkins under drinks, no serving plates under my shrimp cocktail for shells, no steak knife with my steak. He has potential but needs training. Chef- excellent. Food presentation - excellent. Price-value is very good. Fire the hostess and better train the staff. It's not rocket science.
Very enjoyable experience from the quality of the food to the personal service. Casual with a touch of class.
My wife and I were celebrating 19 years together and we wanted a restaurant that was quiet enough to talk, yet a restaurant that was busy. We had never been to Vince Carter's, and we took a chance and went. We were both grateful that we did! The food was prepared in a timely manner, with a great appearance and an even better taste! The bread, the salad, the main course, all of it was delicious. I highly recommend anyone to visit and enjoy Vince Carter's in Daytona Beach if you are looking for a nice, romantic setting, or if you're looking for a place to have a fun time with a group of people.
Our fourth and final visit. With the first because it was new - terrible, the next visit about a year later with the thought the newness is out, they are settled in - wrong- service and food not good.- Third time, not my choice, business meeting and entire party of 6 not good, only the drinks and service were great - and finally one more try for Mother-In-Law birthday and early mothers day- Such a disappointment - Service is Out-Standing truly has come together - the location and facility are beautiful - we just wish the FOOD was good. I have not done burgers in the sports bar maybe that is the mistake - but between the 4 visits we have pretty much sampled through our own and our guests a good portion of the menu to no avail-food not good
We had a great time with great friends in a Great place with great food. Enough said.
We really enjoyed out lunch. The room has nice relaxing color and warmth to the room. The server was very pleasant and informative about the menu. Thank you for a comforting experience.
Starting at my entranced to the restaurant, there was nobody at the main desk. I had to try to find someone to helped us. The place was so empty that we felt uncomfortable. I was expecting more people. Our server kept getting lost between the kitchen and our table. My filet mignon was tasteless. I was expecting better for the price. Longhorn Flo has more flavor. The wine list was overpriced to the maximum. A wine that I buy for $20 at Total Wine it was priced three times more. Overall you go to the restaurant to pay for Vince Carter's name not for the food.
The food was ooutstanding.
We a lot of groups at Vincent Carters. Not a bad thing, just shows that the place is well suited for that. A good value for an upscale casual place.
A nice change of pace for special event, date night, or wishing to impress! Many of the wait-staff are from the local universities, so it's nice to engage and encourage them. Food never disappoints!
First timer, my expectations were met... I had already vision this place to be topnotch... and it truly was! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Already shared my fantastic experience with friends and family. The menu choices are superb and the food was delicious!
The food was so good to my son, he said mom lets move to Daytona! I absolutely loved the Shrimp & Grits, I am so coming back, and making sure I visit Vince Carter's again.
A special lunch for an 89th birthday party was made beautiful by the staff at VC's. From reservations to seating to the finale birthday cake everything was made easy. The food was MAGNIFICENT. Everyone raved about their selections. The price was a pleasant surprise as SIX of us had HUGE lunch meals and beverages for a total tab of $90 including taxes.
The waitress seemed to have too many tables as she "forgot" to return with requests.
Also the $10 fee to cut and serve the cake seems exorbitant. We chose to cut it ourselves instead.
Excellent service; a bit pricey; maybe I choose the wrong entrée (scallops with pasta) food was cold, scallops were very grainy. Husband's hamburger looked great.
Stopped by on a whim for lunch on a Saturday. Superb service and very good food. Only one small issue was there weren't a lot of lower calorie options.
We enjoy taking friends to Vince Carter's because the food is always very good however, we feel the prices are a bit high. We noticed this time there were very few people dining there. We will continue to visit the restaurant when we are in town and hope it stays open
Vince Carter's restaurant was a mixed dining experience. The food, specifically the Sea Bass and Salmon were fantastic. Service was very slow and pace was dismal. It was virtually impossible to get a refill on water. I would return for the quality of food, and hopefully service will be at par for the prices and ambiance.
Piano bar a real plus, friendly service and good food, but limited menu. Been there so many times now, need nightly specials.
They couldn't find our reservation, and acted like it was a disruption to seat us...even though the place was pretty empty. The food was just ok for being so highly priced. The wedge salad was good, but it was downhill from there. The crab cakes were fishy and the ribeye was fatty and flavorless.
We wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone.
In addition to good food and excellent atmosphere, the wait staff was outstanding.
Our group of 7 had a great time and felt that our server provided excellent service.
I thought the food was good - we took a group and the service was good.
Pleasantly surprised. Food was very good and restaurant is beautiful.
I made reservations through Open Table taking my parents here for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Made a special note to the restaurant that we were coming here for this very special occassion and if they could do anything special for them, please do so. Nothing was said or done. Very disappointed. Parents liked their meals but mine was not worth the $25 price tag. I had what was supposed to be sea scallops but turned out to be 5 itty bitty scallops one of which was cooked way too much on the bottom. I will say the cheese ravioli was really good and a lot of them. Would have been happier with more scallops and less ravioli. This wass our first time dining there and probably will not be going back....
Daytona beach gets no better or bigger than this upscale lounge/sportsbar/restaurant.
Everything was good, except when it came to the main course, steaks. The quality for the price was below average. Roadhouse quality.
Great restaurant tucked away on LPGA Blvd. just off I-95. Food was prepared just right, service was excellent. Menu offered a variety of food for everyone's taste.
Of all the places to pick from on valentines day we decided to return to Vince Carter's. Little did we know that we would be forced to pick our entire meal from a set menu. Nothing we were used to ordering was even on there. We had to settle for an entree we didn't even want. If it wasn't for the reservation we already had we would have left and gone someplace else. the bread wasn't even bread...it was cornbread! Who eats cornbread by itself with a drink. Then the entrees offered didn't sound that great let alone the portions when they arrived to the table. My entree was served-kid you not-on the same size plate I got my salad in. Really!! We were so disappointed with everything at that point. Not a way to spend your romantic v-day dinner!
We had a lovely night. Sadly at the time we say at the table the kitchen. Ran out of salmon and lamb, but the steak was amazingly perfect, juicy, tasty and I'm not a meat eater. The scallops were stunning. The lobster tortellini was perfect. Thanks
Made reservations for 9pm and still had a 30 min wait. When we finally got to the table was very upset because there was a set menu which didn't have that many choices. The server told us that it was for faster service but this theory proved to be wrong. People that were seated after us got their food before us. When we finally got served bread and our salads the food quality wasn't good. Very disappointed!
service was excellent food was outstanding and able to communicate with my guest without difficulty. ate in the sports bar and looking forward to going back
This was the second year 4 of us went to Vince Carter's on Valentines Day. Last year it was hectic, overcrowded, and not so great. This time they'd worked out all the kinks! We were greeted at the door by a young man who handed each woman a carnation. Nice touch. We had a very short wait, then seated. Roger, our wait-person was great as we're the food and wine. Steak done perfectly, lobster tortellini excellent! Looks like we'll be back next year!
