Vinaigrette - Albuquerque
We had a great dinner here for Valentines Day. Loved it and will come back
Danni provided great service. She was attentive without being intrusive. We never felt rushed, yet she was right there whenever we needed something. Thank you Danni for a pleasant evening.
It has been a year since I was last at Vinaigrette but it was as good as I remember. I had made a reservation and was able to get a table away from the door and the windows as it was a cold night. Service was flawless and the food delicious from starter (yam fries) to dessert (apple pie with maple bacon pecan ice cream). My dining companions enjoyed the wine (it was a Linberg red) and my iced tea was constantly topped off. It's a bit loud in there so intimate conversation is difficult but the place has a great energy. All in all it was time and money well-spent and we had a great time.
The food is wonderful. I want to go back and try everything on the menu. The wine and Winter Sangria I had were also excellent.
We enjoyed our meal after an Albuquerque Little Theatre performance. Our tea glass was never empty, the sandwiches were scrumptious! The mac and cheese was to die for! And the salads were crispy and delicate. We will go back for certain!
Everyone enjoyed their meal. The Mac and cheese was some of th best I ever had. My wife and granddaughter had the turkey sandwich and said it was superb. The Cobb salad was excellent. The lemon cheesecake was outstanding
I eat at Vinaigrette regularly, it is my favorite restaurant in town! Service is always outstanding, prices are reasonable and the food is insanely good.
Excellent as always, as we have come to rely on and expect!
The food was very good and they were very flexible with changes in your salad. Service was ok. Facility is very plain. Sat on benches at the table. Felt the prices was high for what you got. Had nothing else with salad. No rolls or bread.
Great healthy food in a fun atmosphere. The options available will please ever pallette. Delicious
Absolutely impressed! This was a perfectly cooked hot sandwich and a delicious salad! The atmosphere was nice and quiet and new! We will absolutely return! We left happy, full , yet felt like we had a healthy meal!
Vinaigrette is a great place with a wide variety of salads and soups. You can add many kinds of protein to the salads (chicken, beef, pork, ahi tuna, scallops, etc). They also have sandwiches on the menu.
We had salads. My wife had the tuna salad with ahi tuna steak and I had asian chopped salad with chicken.
Both dishes were superb! Made with fresh ingredients. In good weather they have a nice patio.
The kale and black bean nachos are wonderful.
We enjoyed a quiet family dinner. It was cold out, and the large dining room is a bit drafty, so bring a sweater!
Service was VERY slow. Almost and hour and a half for one course. We had to flag down a staff person many times.
We had an amazing dinner. Had eaten here a few times, but this time it was phenomenal. Really lovely evening.
A bit more expensive than I expected but when restaurants don’t put the price on the website how would you know?
The food is always great and the service is wonderful.
They have lots of different salads; but, that is only the start!
They have proteins like seared tuna, scallops, chicken, etc to add to your salad.
I had the chop salad with chicken added and it was amazing! Everything very fresh.
My wife had the tuna salad with seared tuna added to it and she said it was some of the best seared tuna she has had.
Food is always good here but the service has been rough recently. Still worth it.
Always FAB! Dine here often! Never disappointed!
I have tried Vinaigrette in Santa Fe and Albuquerque and I keep getting an oversized bowl of greens. The added shrimp were 3 small shrimp .
We sat outside, and the ambience was wonderful. The appetizer of pesto and burrata(special) was delicious, but the Asian salad with peanut dressing did not have enough dressing, and the kale/Mexican pepita salad with cumin -lemon dressing was overwhelmed by the cumin flavor. The waitress was nice, but we had to ask for water (not a big deal, but I always take note).
Overall, very nice atmosphere, but the food was pricey for salads and left me expecting more.
Our visits to Albuquerque have been a year apart yet the attention to detail and wonderful fresh menu at Vinaigrette remains remarkable.
Loved it! Three salad eaters and a carnivore all had a fantastic meal here. Can you open in New York, please?
I added shrimp to a salad and the shrimp was very fishy tasting. The bread, which is normally very fresh, was a day or so old, and a bit stale. Great deserts!
The outside corner location was great. My salad was perfect, but the outstanding element of the evening was our server, a young lady who studies theatre at UNM and whose name I did not get. She was delightful and very helpful.
Tried the seasonal salad - Tuna Nicoise - greatly disappointed. Been eating here and at one in Santa Fe for years - lettuce was full of the hard part (core), almost broke a tooth on an olive pit and poor presentation compared to their usual salads. Hoping this was just an off night and not a trend.
We were visiting the area and gave Vinaigrette a try by chance. We enjoyed the food so much we came back the next night for dinner again!
Not to standards of past... slower service, quality of food was not as expected. Restaurant was very busy.
My wife and I very much enjoyed our dinner at this modern restaurant where my wife had a delicious salad and I had a wonderful turkey sandwich with a side salad .
We were seated on the patio. Our server was fabulous, the food and drinks innovative and delicious and the server was accommodating about separate checks. Look forward to our next visit.
We went late afternoon (4:30ish) and had a delightful dinner. The selections were great, salads were fabulous, and the diver scallops were perfectly cooked. It is a very vibrant, colorful dining area and is an asset to the downtown area. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Our server, Zoe, was perfect-- caring, fun, and just the right amount of help. We will be back!
It was the first time we went to Vinigerete
My husband loved it and we will go back. It was a chef who recommended it to us. So clean, really satisfied the food was fresh and presemted well.
Delicious food and great service. We were glad to be on the patio as the music inside was noisy.
The food is alway great here. I can't complain. Plus, the patio is nice especially for more quiet conversations and outdoor dining. Inside is just too noisy for me. My only complaint was that our server never came back to check to see if we needed anything -- refills on tea or water, bread, if the food was ok, did we want dessert, etc. I realize it was a busy day but a tad more attention would have been nice. It doesn't take that much effort to swing by the table. Otherwise no complaints.
Loud music, kinda slow service, but otherwise great!
WE went for my birthday as an early dinner before a concert. I have eaten at Vinaigrette for lunch but not for dinner and was very happily surprised by the food in terms of being light but filling enough for an evening meal. It was very quiet when we arrived so we could converse easily but gives the impression that it gets louder as the evening progresses. It was a wonderful dinner for a special occasion.
Great salads, great service, what more could you ask for?!?!
Love this restaurant, but we asked to be seated on the patio and it seemed the cute dog at next table received more attentive service than we did. Love their salads and carrot cake!
A lovely dinner sitting outside! Food was great and healthy.
