Villaggio del Vino is Tyler's modern Italian bistro. We offer a very comprehensive menu of traditional and nouveau Italian dishes with distinctive and delicious appetizers, salads and, of course, pasta entrees. We also offer a lunch menu and a Saturday brunch. Join us for our weekday happy hour, Martini Tuesday and Wine Down Wednesday.

One of our most unusual features is our wood-fired brick oven pizza, made in Italy and installed on site by skilled artisans. Cooked at 900 degrees, our homemade pizza crust is crisp, light and absolutely delicious.

We have two indoor dining areas with a hip, West Coast-style ambiance, as well as two outdoor patio dining areas. Our atmosphere will make you feel like you're far from home, even though you're right here in Tyler.

Must have the crab cake Benedict for brunch. The bacon portion was also quite generous. My wife had the salmon with tomato soup and she left nothing on her plate or in her bowl. Highly recommend this place. Higher prices with worth it for the quality.

We absolutely love Villaggio Del Vino! The quality of the food is unmatched in the area, and the prices are fair considering quality and portion size. My only complaint ever is the noise level, it doesn’t matter how slow or busy it is, everything echoes and can be overstimulating.

I love this restaurant and frequent it whenever I am in town, several times a year. Our waitress seemed preoccupied with other things when we were ready to order. She took our drink order and left. When she came back with drinks that's when she asked "if we would like some bread or something?" Then she left again. Then she brought out the bread and left. She didn't take our order or anything. We finished the bread and still no waitress. We were all sitting at the table with menus and looking around like, "when are we going to be able to order?". I looked over and she was polishing silverware. I'm like, huh! Then I saw her go get napkins to wrap the silverware in and I waved and was able to get her attention. After that all was good.

Both had salmon and it was the most fishy-tasting I've ever had. Mine was also overcooked. We used to eat here frequently, but had not been in a long time. After last night, won't go again for a long time, if ever.

Enjoyed a very nice date night here with my lovely wife. The food and service were both exceptional and they had a great wine selection with fair prices. Also a nice happy hour weekdays from 4-6 that we were able to take advantage of during its last 10 minutes for a couple of appetizers and our first round. For entrees, I had the shrimp scampi and it was delicious. Wife had spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were huge! She loved her meal. We love this place. It's quiet it's personal it's romantic the food is amazing. This is really our go-to place for dates. My wife and I have tried other places and we always come back to this place. We have done lunch dates and dinner dates both have always been exceptional both in service and in taste.

This is our favorite place. The Margherita Pizza is to die for. And best Chicken Parm and Chicken Picatta. If you like red wine, PLEASE try the Nevio Montepulcian. I get it every single time now. Cin cin!

Villagio Del Vino is one of my favorites. This visit, I took my sister for her birthday. She had the chicken pesto panini and tomato basil soup and I had the prosciutto and fig preserve pizza and Caesar salad. Everything was excellent. The pizza is my go-to. It is incredible. I was so glad to see it on the lunch menu. The lemoncello cake is divine.

Beautiful restaurant and the food and service was absolutely awesome. The only thing is I ordered the same meal I ordered last time I went to the restaurant and they served me half of the portion it was supposed to be. I let the server know and she quickly fixed the problem.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Villaggio Del Vino. We had the crab cakes, the lobster ravioli, and the prosciutto and fig pizza, and they were all beyond spectacular. The service was excellent as well, and we left as pleased as could be. I hank you, Villaggio Del Vino, for a perfect date! We will be back for sure.

The food is excellent, the ambience is very plain. The menu has been changed and has fewer options which was not well received by us. Charging for bread at an Italian restaurant Was strange and if I can find somewhere else local that has more traditional menus I will go there. But the food was very very good. Very good staff as well.

Cannot say enough good things about Villaggio del Vino. Service was excellent - very attentive and helpful with recommendations. Food was fresh, hot when supposed to be, chilled when supposed to be; all was delicious. We had the crab and avocado appetizer (highly recommend), golden beet salad (preferred over pear salad which we also got), lobster ravioli and butternut squash ravioli (preferred of two entrees). The house chardonnay and 'Mrs. Jones' cocktail were delightful. All in all a very pleasant dining experience. Pricey but definitely worth it.

This is one of our "go-to" spots in Tyler for creative Italian food. Because it's a fav, all four of us had the Lobster Ravioli. 'Nuff said! The salads were delicious, & the Limoncello Cake and Creme' Brulee were outstanding. Hadley has served us twice & she is fabulous, humorous & has impeccable waitstaff skills.

Superb experience! The tablecloths were on the tables, which kept the noise down to a very comfortable level for conversation. Bread was served with our meal. The service was practically perfect in every way.

Waited a long time for this meeting with friends. Server was friendly, but we felt somewhat rushed. As to the food, everyone enjoyed theirs, but I was surprised by the sweetness of the toasted pecans on the butternut squash, better to describe them as sweet, my palate was prepared for oily, nutty, toasted pecans to compliment the squash and goat cheese, not overwhelm those flavors in sugar coating. Good wine list. As the evening became night, the place became louder and louder. With the hard surfaces and lifted ceilings, it was hard to hear our conversations and we walked outside to finish visiting. Will try it again, will ask questions about the menu and plan to arrive well before the "see and be heard crowd".

Really nice place for a date or small dinner group. Very good to excellent food but a bit on pricey side depending on what you order. Smallish dining area and a table of 20+ people was there the night we had dinner so noise level was elevated and service a little inconsistent. Nothing our server could do about that and she did great covering everything but still apologized things didn’t go more smoothly. So if you see a huge party, might want to just stick around the bar area or come back and eat another night if that kind of stuff bothers you. Bar is great. Drinks were great.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. We had made reservations for a Friday night at 6:30. The place looked nice and clean. We were seated at an inside table and did not have to wait. The waitress was nice. She promptly took our drink order and brought out 4 small peices of bread. Right after our drinks and bread arrived there was a knat and a fly that kept flying around our table, It was very annoying and I also noticed the people at the table beside us were having to cover their drinks in order for the fly not to land and was quite annoyed with it too. We ordered the crispy artichokes and they were delicious. we ordered our meal and it came out promptly but he waitress had put my husbands order in wrong so I was almost finished with my meal by the time he got his. My Lobster ravioli was amazing but when my husband finally got his veal, it was VERY tough. We had brought a coupon to use with our meal and when the waitress brought out ticket out we had to wait until she came back over to have her redo the ticket and take the discount off. After having to wait for my husbands meal and after getting it being so tough and deal with the annoying fly and send back out ticket to have her take off coupon amount we were a little annoyed. Although most of the food was good, overall it was not a pleasant exprience for the amount of money it cost us even after using our coupon. Note: the waitress did give us a buy one get one free desert to use on our next business...I;m not sure we will be back.

We enjoy dining here, but the experience is inconsistent. For example, some evenings they offer bread with the meal and some evenings they don’t. Last night they did not. It would have been nice with the marinara. Some evenings they have tablecloths to absorb the sound and some evenings they don’t. Last night they did not, which made conversation next to impossible due to the fact that everyone was talking extremely loudly in order to be heard.

The food was great, but the server we had, Christopher, seemed like he wasn’t interested in serving our table. I also didn’t like being sat next to the iPads where the servers had to come to put orders in. I was bumped several times.
