   We ordered the Chicken Parm and Chicken not cooked. Did not bring enough utensils nor extra plate. Sent our dish back and received lasagna it was not the best. Was very disappointed in our experience.

   We had a reservation, but were seated outside even though it was sprinkling rain. We asked the hostess for another table and she said they didn’t have one. The music was too loud. Our waiter was good, but he had too many tables.

   We have had several really good experiences at Villagio lately, but this was not one of them. There were a variety of things that went wrong...overall it just seemed like the restaurant was not ready to execute at a high level this night. We had reservations, but our table was not set when we got there. We had drinks and appetizers on the table for a while before they realized we did't have silverware & napkins...nor appetizer plates. I think our server tried to do his best, I don't think he is to blame for the overall bad experience. I was most disappointed in the portion size and quality of the food. Everything we ordered seemed like it was half the size of their normal portions. We typically order several of the same appetizers and most often order the same entrees. The calamari in particular was not good and was an extremely small portion. The lobster ravioli was cold and not good. We had two orders of the pecan crusted salmon...both of which were half the size of the portions we've received historically, and they were both way overcooked and super dry. I don't typically leave reviews or complain, but just wanted to provide some honest feedback on our experience. We do love this place, so I am 100% certain we will be back and I am confident they will do better next time.

   The worst service we’ve ever experienced. We made a 7pm reservation to celebrate a friend’s bday, and the 4 of us sat at our table at 7:03 and after finally being recognized by a waitress at 7:19, and putting in our appetizer and drink order, we didn’t get our first drink until 7:47, and it went down from there. The waitress completely forgot to put in our salad order, and another waiter brought our entrees. Around 8:45, the GM came out to apologize for our service and offered to comp 1/2 of our bill but by that point, we were completely embarrassed for our friend who we’d brought to dinner for his bday. The food was okay, I got the lobster ravioli with vodka sauce and I’d give it a 6.5/10. I like their beet salad, but, unfortunately, I never got it. The fried artichokes were really good and the crab dip was good, too. Tyler has so many places to eat but I don’t think we’ll be going back here.

   Our first visit, and pleasantly impressed. The staff was very accommodating, greeting us at the door, quickly finding our reservaton and seating us, as well as adjusting the temperature. The restaurant is modern, well appointed, with some "wow" factor lighting features in the ceiling and feature wall. Each dish was visually appealing, well portioned, and delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

   Had guests from out of town, were very pleased with the service, food, wine. Everyone had a good time.

   I miss the sommelier, but the wine list is still great. Entrees were average this time, but they are usually great. Creme brulee a little under-bruleed, burger well done instead of medium. Still always a good spot for date night!
