   We had a reservation, but were seated outside even though it was sprinkling rain. We asked the hostess for another table and she said they didn’t have one. The music was too loud. Our waiter was good, but he had too many tables.

   The worst service we’ve ever experienced. We made a 7pm reservation to celebrate a friend’s bday, and the 4 of us sat at our table at 7:03 and after finally being recognized by a waitress at 7:19, and putting in our appetizer and drink order, we didn’t get our first drink until 7:47, and it went down from there. The waitress completely forgot to put in our salad order, and another waiter brought our entrees. Around 8:45, the GM came out to apologize for our service and offered to comp 1/2 of our bill but by that point, we were completely embarrassed for our friend who we’d brought to dinner for his bday. The food was okay, I got the lobster ravioli with vodka sauce and I’d give it a 6.5/10. I like their beet salad, but, unfortunately, I never got it. The fried artichokes were really good and the crab dip was good, too. Tyler has so many places to eat but I don’t think we’ll be going back here.

   Our first visit, and pleasantly impressed. The staff was very accommodating, greeting us at the door, quickly finding our reservaton and seating us, as well as adjusting the temperature. The restaurant is modern, well appointed, with some "wow" factor lighting features in the ceiling and feature wall. Each dish was visually appealing, well portioned, and delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

   Had guests from out of town, were very pleased with the service, food, wine. Everyone had a good time.

   I miss the sommelier, but the wine list is still great. Entrees were average this time, but they are usually great. Creme brulee a little under-bruleed, burger well done instead of medium. Still always a good spot for date night!

   My wife and I came in to celebrate our 4th anniversary. We had our first date here and very much looked forward to it. Our service was underwhelming to say the least. She only came over to our table 4 times during our stay. Once to take our order, another to drop off our drinks, once more to see how we were doing after we were done with our meal, and lastly to drop off our check. We would understand if it was a busy night, but she visited our neighboring tables constantly. My wife sat without a knife for her meal and we had to ask another server to bring us one. We would have likely come back here for future date nights and anniversaries, but it is unlikely after this experience. You would think with how nice this establishment is, the service would be better.

   my dining experience friday the 18th was horrible !!! i’ve been here many times and the service and food always impeccable last night was the worst waited 15 min to even get water to the table then 30 minutes to get two drinks and a bottle of wine a 6:45 reservation and we did not get food until 8:30 i ordered pear salad and the beef tenderloin my waitress brought me my salad with the tenderloin plopped on top of the salad ???? i returned it and by the time i it the regular order appeared everyone else had finished so i had to get it to go needless to say this waitress did not get a tip!! in all my years on this earth i’ve never experienced anything so ridiculous and horrible for a price of $225 this place clearly was serving too many tables or did not have sufficient staff inexcusable !!

   It was wonderful!!!! We sat on the patio, listened to some beautiful live music, and truly enjoyed just being there. The food and the drinks were so delicious. We cannot wait to go back!

    Food was very good and so was the wait staff. They did have an issue with timing. Our entrees came out five minutes after our appetizers. The wait staff should have monitored that better
