Village Tavern Broomfield
Village Tavern is always a must stop for us when visiting Denver area. Very consistent food, great service and atmosphere. This time I rated the food a 4 because the wedge salad was kinda flat due to mediocre blue cheese dressing. The French onion soup is to die for..
We love Village Tavern! The food is consistently wonderful, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. It just seemed a bit loud - but it wouldn't stop us from returning.
Fish was spoiled. The salad I replaced it with was not fresh.
The service was good.
The wait staff was excellent! Stephie?? and her partner took very good care of us. And the food was excellent!
Great food and service
Maybe I ordered poorly, but based off the price I assumed the NY Strip (being more expensive) would have been better than the ribeye. If we eat here again I'll definitely get the ribeye.
The bacon wrapped scallops were amazing and we highly recommend. The service was very good, our waitress was attentive without being overly intrusive. The steaks were cooked perfectly and you could cut them with a fork. We LOVE the Village Tavern and highly recommend it.
Typically this is a nice place in Broomfield. This time the Front-of-the-house was very disorganized. We had reservations and 3 couples who came in after we checked in were seated before us. The restaurant was very dirty. The food was still good, but I'm not sure we will be back any time soon. I'm guessing they are under new management because the old managers wouldn't put up with this level of service.
We have always had excellent food and service at Village Tavern Broomfield. The spinach salad with poppy seed dressing is outstanding.
We are never disappointed in anything at the Village Tavern!
We have long enjoyed The Village Tavern and will continue to visit and enjoy this establishment. A lovely way to celebrate our 51st anniversary.
Food wasn’t good and the service was even worse.
We have been dining at The Village Tavern for years. Our favorite place to go.
Great food, great service.
The VT has consistently good food and nice service. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for a casual dinner.
Some of my colleagues and I went for lunch yesterday for work. I was pleasantly surprised! It seemed upscale, yet was affordable and nice. Service was great. Steak was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back!
I took my family here for a Sunday brunch to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We’re were seated quickly and the atmosphere was lovely, and the selections looked terrific. The problems involved the food itself and the service. Our server was absent for long stretches of the meal and had to be asked for refreshment of drinks. Our food came out in stages, so much so that my brother received his meal first and was able to finish it before the final meal arrived. Both my mother’s and fiancé’s meals arrived cold. I was disappointed, especially considering the high customer ratings this restaurant had received.
Good food, good place. Will do back again. Would recommend it to everyone.
As expected. But i dont care for the flavors in the shrimp and grits. More sweet than savory.
Great place for casual dinner with friends. Our server Lindsey was fantastic!!
Please tell me this is fifty characters so I done
Our server Hailey was great! I had fish-n-chips. The fish was good, fries undercooked and anemic looking, cole slaw, no dressing or seasoning, just cabbage. I spoke with the manager, Suzie and she gave me a fee dessert. While the situation was handled proffesionally and politely, I will not be back soon or recommending Village Tavern!
The problem with the Village Tavern is they want to charge prices as if we’re a higher end restaurant, but their food is very average at best. Service is hit and miss. This restaurant is fine for a quick meal without high expectations, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want above-average food.
The vegetarian entree spaghetti squash was excellent! I just wish it came with a salad. You have to order it separate which makes the meal a little pricey when on a budget!
Keegan was great. We sat outside. Prime rib was fantastic. Well done
We always love coming to the Tavern Happy hour!!
The live music was too loud and disturbed our conversation though
We had a lovely experience at the Village Tavern. Our waiter (Ethan) was extremely thoughtful and efficient. We had folks who could not hear well, folks with special dietary requirements and a number which changed twice plus the food was delicious. We will be back!
Good food without a formal atmosphere. Lots of tables so easy to get a reservation, yet restaurant was at least 70% full.
We LOVED our waitress! She made the experience fun! Food was great!
Riley was a great server
Birthday was wonderful and the food superb
Perfect Setting for a business lunch. Food was delicious, waitstaff very attentive and friendly. Noise level what you'd expect from a busy lunch crowd. Good experience, will return.
Every thing was great, but the food has declined over the past few months. Both of our orders were not up to standards.
never disappoints! DELICIOUS prime rib!!!
So disappointed. Had a reservation, but was made to wait for multiple walkins to be seated before us. Food was cold and meh. I don't get it, this place used to be great. Total bummer.
Always a solid, pleasant experience here.
Excellent food. Never disappoints. We are always impressed with the friendly servers.
Seems to always be a hit or miss with food and service. Really disappointed my wine glass was covered in water spots and when I told the waitress she was very dismissive. For the amount of money we paid the food was lacking in quality.
This restaurant is one of our "go to" places. We love the ambiance, food and service -- and also that we can make reservations on Open Table. It can be a bit loud so if you're looking for a quiet dinner, this probably isn't the best choice.
Went there on Sunday for brunch it was a great experience and delicious food! We will be back soon!
