   The food quality was not worth the price. The menu was a lot of “show” with poor quality. The interior experience was distasteful and way overdone. Service was ok, but the “founder” story was unnecessary and way overdone. No need to brag or boast - maybe just invest in the food quality to create an experience people remember.

   We love this restaurant for Lunch. We always go on Wednesday for 1/2 price bottles of wine. Today was a bad experience. I made this reservation 2 weeks ago for a specific table and when we arrived the table was occupied. I mentioned it to the gentleman that was at the desk and asked him to review the reservation. He did and said that yes it had been requested by me but someone made a mistake and gave our table to other guest. No apologies were given and seated us at another table. Then when we tried to order wine from the list, three of the wines we requested were not available. I understand but why was the list not updated? This has happened to us twice in the last year and I don’t understand the problem happening again. Why even ask for special requests if you are not given the request. Just no happy today at one of our favorite restaurants .

   First time going here. Pretty good experience overall. Wanted to come here for awhile. But would be awhile before revisiting

   We love the Village Anchor and the food, atmosphere & the employees! The brunch is always delicious and on point! It’s our favorite place to go on the weekends!

   Always a good experience overall- it has been years since I e eaten here and the menu is still pretty much the same. We had the chicken which was spot on - a friend had the steak and I would give it 3 out of 5….ot was cooked as requested just lacked a little flavor…

   Appetizer and entrees were cold. Salads contained mostly wilted lettuce. This is on par for our last two visits to this establishment. Owners should be embarrassed.

    We sat in the bar area next to the ice machine. Workers rattled the ice and dumped into a bucket so loud we couldn't talk. This happened for 3 rounds before we left. Food was sub par. Overall disappointed for our first visit. Probably will not return.
