Vienna Cafe & Wine Bar Ratings and Reviews
I went to this location for Valentines Day. When I arrived the host did not acknowledge me and it took him 10minutes to look up from his computer s screen which made the beginning of the experience poor.
The prifix menu was awesome, the food wonderful and I enjoyed the food paring.
The service is what gave the experience 4 instead if 5 stars. The waiter gave my husband the last if a bottle of wine and then had to de reminded to fill up his glass as promised.
Seated immediately at the time of our reservation. We were seated at a two person table that was a bit small but functional. Server was friendly and attentive. Food was outstanding and the bread pudding was worth the extra calories. we come to the Cafe on special occasions and when we just want to get out and have a wonderful meal and enjoy a wonderful evening. We thank all the staff for making our visit so special.
I went to Vienna for the first time to celebrate my wedding anniversary. It was pricey, so I would not recommend it for an every-day meal out; however, it is a fantastic location for a special occasion. The food was excellent, the menu had a lot a variety, and the wine list was great. We went on a Monday, so wine bottles were 50% off, which was a great deal. The ambiance was nice, and I was able to enjoy my meal with my husband, even though the restaurant was very busy and the space was not large. Service was incredibly fast. 10/10 would recommend for someone who doesn't mind dropping $120 on a delicious meal.
I found this restaurant thanks to open table again. They were wrong once in 15 years of using this service. Anyway, the restaurant is exceptional for its menu and food. Service was good. The environment is lovely too with a nice wine bar and comfortable relaxed feeling throughout the restaurant. Management is on site and interested in your opinion. That's always a good sign for me along with a nearly full restaurant at popular eating times.
One of my favorite places to eat. The food was deliciously prepared as usual. Unfortunately this time I was assisted by a server I’ve never seen before. He was very slow and not available (although there were not a lot patrons when I got there). He took long to take our order and even took care of another table that had gotten there before us. When he was with us he seem ed hurried. Hopefully he will either be more considerate with his customers in the future.
Food was excellent as always.. wine selection is superb.
Mauricio the bartender was super great and courteous.. he brought the other half of the wine bottle to our diner table so we didn’t have to walk through the restaurant carrying a bottle of wine and our 2 wine glasses.. server at the table seemed a little overwhelmed as it got busier and seemed to forget we were at the table. We had to wait quite a while to get our check and had to even get up and ask for it, as we saw him at another table and head straight back to the kitchen, come it with silverware stand there, then head back to the other table, back to the computer, back to the silverware.
Stanley, or Stan Lee was in the section next to us and was very attentive to our table as he continuously passed by.. poured our wine, checked on our entrees, and even dessert.. he ended up running our credit card for payment at the end too.
We will definitely be asking for Mauricio or Stanley on future visits!
Overall, we love this restaurant and know that servers are not always perfect 100% of the time but Mauricio and Stanley left lasting positive impressions for sure!
I love this place which has great food, service and is a relaxing yet sophisticated spot. The mushroom soup was so delicious and so loaded with mushrooms that each bite was a pleasure. Wedge salad was large and accented with real bacon . Shrimp and grits, on the brunch menu, was very spicy; one of us loved it but the other felt it had too much pepper sauce; only 4 shrimps with the tails still on were included
This hidden gem is one of the best restaurant in South Florida. Unique food, great ambiance and outstanding service. Max , behind the bar, will make handcrafted cocktails and make sure that you are well taken care of. Chef’s Courtney’s specials and wine dinners are not to be missed. This place is a foodies’ dream!
