   My family and I recently dined at Victor's Cafe and overall, the food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. However, I was a bit taken aback by the staff’s reaction when I left the tip. The bill included the tip amount, and when I handed over the extra cash, the servers seemed surprised-almost baffled-that this was all I was tipping. They even asked if the service was satisfactory, which made the situation a little uncomfortable. I believe the staff is aware of the venue's tipping procedure, and while I appreciate attentive service, I believe tipping should be a personal choice and not something that causes awkwardness or even offense.

   Ambience and service were excellent Very expensive for what you get. A mojito is $19 Food not very good portions small. Tostones appetizer very dry. Vaca frita was like rubber bands. Rice overcooked and blown out. The guava cobbler was too sweet but good.

   We had a great time. We are native New Yorkers and foodies. We had the Havana Nights experience…. Very good value, delicious food, good service. Fun

   We had such a nice dinner at Victors. The server was excellent We had a show right across the street so this choice was made out of convenience but it was such a wonderful choice for all the right reasons.
