   Quite difficult to find the restaurant we entered from the coffee shop and took an elevator after asking for directions. The service was quick, the appetizers came out before the biscuits. The biscuits were very good. The croutons on the ceaser salad were soft and stale. The fries were not hot and looked not freshly cooked. I asked for more, the came out quick but were no better than the ones on the plate. I told the server. We boxed them and gave them to a homeless guy outside. The bar area is nice with a piano player.

   The appetizer crabcake was absolutely a five, spot on. The she crab soup was definitely up there at the top. The biscuits and butter were delicious. The problem was the special which was supposed to be rare Aji tuna that came out well done on the first try and medium to medium well on the second try. The only salvation in this meal was when we left there was a homeless man that asked us if we had any food because he was hungry and I was able to give him the leftovers.

   Great experience at Vic's on the River, and Aaron was a fantastic server. My wife and family enjoyed her birthday 🎂. The food was good as well.

   Nice restaurant. Fish and scallops were both overcooked. Sides were good. Service a bit slow and the restaurant was pretty loud.

   Great meal, wonderful location, staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back when we return to Savannah.

   Nothing to write home about as for the food quality, unfortunately. Not very flavorful, and some of the sides were not warm. The bigger let down was the very high noise level, no way to hold a conversation.

   We we very lucky and got a table right near the window. Our waiter Aaron (?) was over the top wonderful. He helped us pick a smooth French wine that was delightful and suggested some appetizers. The whole experience was just perfect.
