Delicious Tuscan cuisine in an elegant and quiet setting with highly professional service. Always expect a pleasant evening out when dining there.
Excellent Italian food.
Vico Restaurant is an excellent Italian restaurant in Hudson valley. met up with friends from millbrook , Albany and was great central spot. we will be returning.
Our martinis and dinner were excellent
Beautiful restaurant at the corner of 2nd and Warren Street in lovely Hudson. Food , Ambiance, Service is always fantastic. Recommend a stop here if you visit Hudson.
Vi was a fine experience. The salmon was quite good, and I would certainly return, as well as suggest Vico to friends and business associates
Vico never disappoints!!! I always enjoy my meals there and recommend it frequently.
Good food except just dont order the chicken parm. There is such a thing as too thin and this cutlet is it.
Excellent food for the price. Small place but nice experience
Food was very dry.
We always enjoy our dinners at Vico. I love the spinach stuffed ravioli with sage and brown butter. My husband is very partial to the eggplant parm. The salad (Verde) is delicious! Our waitress is spectacular! Can’t wait to go again!
Saturday night parties downstairs very disturbing. No such thing as a quiet dinner. Management does nothing to help situation. Stay away on Saturday if you are looking for a nice quiet dinner otherwise food & staff excellent. Sorry, just too loud in other room.
Exceptional service, wine, entree and dessert! Definitely returning. Chicken and eggplant parmesan were best we ever had. Carlo dessert was outstanding.
Always a great meal with wonderful service. We have been here several times both by ourselves and with friends and always look forward to going again.
New Year’s Eve dinner
Thank you SO much for more great meals and feeling like part of your family.
We always love the cozy atmosphere where everyone takes care of you like family does...great food is the bonus. Time and time again - that's why we just keep coming back. THANK YOU all! We wish you the very best in the New Year!
A ‘girls get together’ for my daughter and me! She lives in Manhattan, I in Boston - we meet somewhere every couple of months to spend a weekend together to catch up, shop, eat, drink, laugh and love - this time in Hudson!
Excellent service and great food.
A favorite of ours. The menu is continuously updated but we have a hard time choosing from among well-prepared and different options. The pasta and fish dishes are wonderful, the chicken is one of my favorites, the steak is terrific and the additions, e.g., Osso Bucco and Italian meatloaf, are always delicious and satisfying. The restaurant is warm and we always feel welcome.
The food at Vico is always excellent. The staff is attentive, courteous and friendly. We always enjoy dining here
Amazing food, even more amazing staff. The eggplant chips are a must to start and the ravioli was incredible. Tiramisu was to die for.
We have had, once again, a wonderful experience at Vico's. Our server is the best server ever! Not only is she attentive to our needs but she interacts well with everyone at our table and makes it a very personal experience. The food was homemade and delicious. I really don't know why this restaurant isn't filled very night; it is that good!
a lovely place for a cold Hudson night, the lasagna was unique and I will dream about it
Excellent food with great service. Great waitress and nice quiet ambiance. Good salad and very tasty Italian food!! I had chicken parmesan and a duck risotto. Great dinner.
Very pleasant, as always.
Ambiance is special... However, 4 diners who ordered 4 different recommended meals and no one liked their meals. The sirloin was overcooked and tasteless and the seasonings were overwhelming on meatballs. The server did not offer any of us alternatives or even a cup of coffee coffee or dessert on the house for the $300 meal we didn’t eat. Side note: starters were mostly delicious.
One of our favorite local restaurants. We are Tuscan food lovers and Vico always pleases. I am now trying to lose weight and I had over a 1/2 dozen appealing options for my dinner - all favorites, including a perfect chicken dish and the fish entrees. I opted for the salmon served with white beans and kale. My husband selected one of his favorite pasta dishes with an amazing ragu that includes eggplant and a delicious chianti classic. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening thanks, in addition to the beautifully prepared entrees, to the warm and welcoming staff.
We had a very disappointing dinner at Vico. EXTREMELY slow service. We were seated at our reservation time of 7:30 and didn’t get our dinner served until 9pm. We got a couple of baskets of bread and a ‘free’ bruschetta in recognition of the slow service (more bread but with stuff on it). I saw a table seated after us get food first. Pricey restaurant so would expect much better service. Seriously debated leaving 20% tip.
We love Vicos. We brought our mothers there tonight. From meeting the owner once coming through the door to the wonderful service from the Waitstaff to the incredible food at a great price. We love going to Vicos for dinner and can’t wait for our next visit!
We just love Vico! We come here every chance we get for the delicious food, cozy atmosphere and impeccable service. Everything is freshly prepared with fantastic ingredients and flavors. Portions and prices are just right. This visit we enjoyed the eggplant chips, pappardelle with rosemary meatballs and the pasta with lobster. All delicious. Also, not to be missed is the Grand Marnier creme brulee - light enough for when you have just enough room left for dessert. Nice selection of wines by the glass and a full bar for cocktails. The owner and staff are super friendly and work so hard to make sure every diner has a great experience. We can't wait until tomorrow for our next meal here...wish we lived locally.
Excellent service and incredible food. We will surely be back in the future.
The woman who served us was charming. Took her recommendation for dinner and it was delicious!
A very sweet restaurant with excellent food and attentive service.
Went on. Sunday night, very quiet, food was very good, had a huge thinly pounded chicken cutlet parm, with penne , which were a little too al dente, but good non the less. My wife had the pork chop which was excellent.
Desert and coffee were great.
We’ll be back!!
Great restaurant!!
The salmon and lamb ribs were delicious. Chocolate and pistachio dessert yum. Looking forward to our next visit.
Always enjoy! Loved the 2 for on coupons in our email, bring em back!
Vico is one of our favorite restaurants for a great night out or a special occasion, like my husband's birthday. Comfort food classics like chicken or eggplant parmesan never disappoint, and the entire staff go out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The outdoor seating is a lovely bonus.
the service was great, our server Elizabeth was courteous, personable, and explained the menu, the food was delicious, and the desserts awesome!!!!!
We arrived to a very quiet restaurant. The waitress was friendly. My husband said the Chicken Parm was the best he ever ate. My dish was delicious too.
Would happily go back.
