   this new restaurant is well worth a try. It's a relatively small restaurant with a large window into a clean, active kitchen. The welcome was genuine ant the subsequent service attentive but unobtrusive - a waiter clearly proud to work with the owners, who themselves served us without declaring their ownership. The food was inventive and tasty, not your normal "Indian" menu. They deserve to do well. We will definitely return.

   We walked around for ages trying to find the place, having booked on the Internet and never having been to Birmingham before, but it was worth the effort. Very cosy but modern restaurant with lovely, friendly staff. We had the banquet menu, but could only eat about half of it. Absolutely delicious and really good value! Would definitely recommend it but get directions first!!

   Chose this restaurant for a curry in Birmingham following its TripAdvisor rating. It's a bit out of the way but it was worth the trip. Delicious poppadoms and pickle tray, tasty starters and a great choice of flavoursome mains with perfect Naan bread. The welcome and service were exemplary and the atmosphere and feel to the restaurant were relaxed and modern. The menu is smaller than in some Indian restaurants, but there was plenty of choice, especially for vegetarians and some different dishes I've not seen on menus before. Food was nicely spiced and very tasty and didn't leave us feeling over full.

   Superb different and adventurous dishes. Unlikely setting but it works! Friendly staff.

   Well worth the 20 min walk from our hotel, contemporary restaurant, excellent service and food, highly recommendeded

   Visited the Viceroy on a friend's recommendation and loved the food. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is just lovely. The Old School main course is lovely and different. Would love to go back. Thanks!

   party of six on a busy Saturday night; It's hard to say something unique that's not already been said,...Fantastic food, great service, busy but not intrusive atmosphere, probably most importantly, would i go again-you bet did i moan about the price-no did i score brownie points with the wife-o'h yes result!

    Even though it's a little out of town you should make the effort to go. Had the banquet for £25 each which was excellent and would feed 3 easily. The starters were exceptional. The service was excellent. Next time I can't wait to sample the menu further.
