About Vic & Angelo's - Delray Beach
Vic & Angelo's menu items are inspired by our desire to transform the American approach to fine, Italian dining into a memorable experience that pays homage to the authentic culinary traditions of Italy.
We have traveled the world looking for the greatest dishes and finest ingredients. We take pride in only importing the freshest products and ingredients for our culinary delights. Our sauces are made with San Marzano tomatoes imported from directly from Naples and our pizza dough contains water imported from New York.
Each of our signature Italian dishes are created in house, using traditional cooking methods practiced by Italians for countless generations. We even hand-make our pasta, mozzarella and sausage!
Our atmosphere is warm and friendly, yet elegant and refined. We believe in the traditional Italian dinner, where everyone comes together to feast. So we invite our guests to sit down, relax, and enjoy their food and conversation with family and friends.

Vic & Angelo's - Delray Beach Ratings and Reviews
We were seated on a bench type chair with springs comming out if it.So I requested to move and they moved me 2 tables down. After hearing me complain they put us in back room.Food o.k Menu way to high. Will not go back until they change furniture.Pass on this place.
We had a reservation and arrived on time. We were taken to a table near the curb. It looked like it had just been added. Didn’t match the rest of the tables. We politely asked to switch. Even the server agreed this was not an ok table! He was very nice. The hostess however was down right rude. The manager and server found us another table. She told us this was our table and we couldn’t move .... we left
Food was delicious with the exception of a minestrone soup with ingredients that tasted burnt. The pizza was delicious; the crust thin. The chicken parmigiana was superb! Chicken was pounded and not thickly breaded. Pasta is all homemade. Bologna’s scrumptious. Desserts were fabulous. We will return.
The restaurant was very loud and so dark we could not read our menu without the use of our phone flashlight. Our waiter was a bit rude, and trying to push us out the door the moment we sat down. The food was fair at best, veal did not have a good taste and the chicken was a bit undercooked. With so many other choices on the avenue, pass this one up.
This might be a choice for Happy Hour, but dinner wasn't worth it. We were seated in the back near the kitchen. The temperature was much warmer then towards the front area. Service by our server didn't make its grade as we expected more for a place that had been recommended. we ordered pizza for child's dinner and out came this large pie. The server should have mentioned this as we would have shared as part of a appetizer. I believe if you want a good Italian dinner you can do much better.
Terrible scotch and splash pour, Scarpiella (2pieces) was supposed to be bone in chicken and wasn’t, garlic bread used to be great and was oily/came too late and never replenished as requested, waiter a good guy but poorly trained by management. Check had to be voided because pizza that we didn’t order was on bill. Waiter came out to apologize on the street and told him it wasn’t his fault. Brutal!
While the food was ok and it came way to quick, before the bread and drinks so you know it was prepared way in advance. The runners, waitress, and managers were all on different pages. Just seemed like some people wanted to work and others were just there. One of the managers was quit rude in the beginning but made up for it. We also did not get the two glasses of wine we requested on our OpenTable reservation. Overall, the experience was ok but not returning anytime soon.
Food was exceptional, however I would not recommend the four cheese tortellini if you are very hungry - while it tasted amazing, the portion size for this dish was extremely small & disappointing, especially considering the fact that it costed $16. It only came with 12 tortellinis (I felt compelled to count because I was so shocked by how small the dish was). HOWEVER, the other dishes looked huge. My boyfriend ordered the rigatoni and he couldn't even finish it because the portion size was so large. The lasagna that walked by was impressively sized too. Overall we loved the ambience here and the service was phenomenal. This was our first time and our waiter Craig provided us with a huge complimentary dessert on the house - just because! Such a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be back.
The service was incredibly good! We also really liked the food that was served on the special New Year's eve menu. It was all great, and prepared well except for my lobster, which was over-cooked but tasted amazing. Great experience all around, and again, for how incredibly busy it was we were very happy with the attentiveness of our food server.
Food was average. Excellent garlic bread. I had the shrimp Fra Diavlo, Past that was al dente, The shrimp was just OK. beer at the bar before having dinner was not cold. The banquet seat that they put me in was broken and very uncomfortable. When I asked the hostess for another table she said we don’t have one for you. Then she says I can get the manager. At that point the manager seated us outside. Our server was excellent. I would try it again.
We were a table of 6 the waitress messed up the order and told us we couldn’t deviate from menu. We asked if chicken parmigiana was thin she said no but it was and we would have preferred that. Overall meal was $ abs service below par. Waitress brought salad after the main course and when we said just take it off the bill it was too late she said we had to take it because it was prepared!
She was horrible and I will not eat here again except for happy hour
Drove in from West Palm.. Visiting from RI.
Great location to people watch. Sit outiside.
Delray Beach, Atlantic Ave is fun at night for a nice meal and walk after...I have to say I’m truly spoiled coming from a foodie city... we have exceptional restaurants at every corner....so I’m a bit critical of “Italian” restaurants if they are not top notch! This was pretty good. Not worth the $$$.
