Vibo Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
Excellent value for the food. The food was delicious. The waitress recommended a wine for me and it was quite perfect for my meal. Excellent service. She truly listened to our needs and was not in a hurry even though it was a busy Saturday night.
The piano music was lovely although I would have liked less "lobby music" and more recognizable tunes.
I was in this restaurant many years ago and remember having many banquettes to sit at but now they only have them in the front. I found the chairs a bit uncomfortable.
I would definitely go back.
We ended up at vibo as my grandfather was visiting from out of town, the new renovations look fabulous and the overall dining experience was great. I would definitely recommend vibos for anyone looking to have a great dinner, excellent service and a large array of wines to choose from !
This was our first visit to Vibo for our entire table. We had a great experience and will be returning again, for sure.
We found the atmosphere, service, food and entertainment to be nothing short of fantastic.
The serving staff were very professional, exceptionally knowledgeable and fun. They made our experience even more enjoyable.
There I no doubt Vibo has a tremendous management team with a very strong focus on customer service.
Thanks to all for making my wife's birthday experience an exceptional evening.
This was my first visit to Vibo. I was looking for a nice location, with a well received menu, for a reunion with a friend I had not seen in over 45 years. The staff at Vibo did not disappoint. Our waiter was fantastic! Friendly, cheerful, attentive ( but also intuitive enough to stand down when he knew we were in the middle of a conversation) and professional in that he took my allergies very seriously and helped create a delicious safe meal for me. The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and conducive to the type of catching up my friend and I had to do lol. (I loved the bar area, although we didn't sit there... next time ).
I truly look forward to dining there again, and using the ease of "Open Table" to reserve a table.
We hadn't been to VIBO for several years. Friends told us they go there frequently and told us how much they enjoyed it. It was our wedding anniversary and since VIBO had been recommended by our friends, we decided to try it. We were very pleased that we did. The food and service were excellent.
From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The waiter we had was knowledgeable on both food and drink. The calamari was freshly cut and fried and very tender. Our main dishes were equally delicious and made with quality ingredients. Dessert was also good but not to the same level as the appetizers and main course but still quite delicious. Will definitely be heading back for another dinner there! Live piano was amazing as well, you must try this gem.
I think we were at VIBO on a bad night, food took an extraordinarily long time to come from the kitchen. The seafood pasta was thin on seafood, our friend ordered liver that she said was excellent and my wife had the lasagna which she liked. At these prices, the food simply has to be better.
We Celebrated a birthday at Vibo and we found that the food was outstanding. The staff was very good and the wine list was fairly extensive and not crazy expensive. There were 5 of us and we all agreed that we would love to come back. We would all recommend.
Wonderful choice for one of this summer's summerlicious experience's. VIBO had a menu with something for every palette. Three of us start with the Beet and Goat Cheese salad and it was amazing. Beautiful colour from the beets with a pop of goat cheese. So good. It was hard to choose from the mains they all sounded spectacular. I had the prosciutto and cheese stuffed meatball and it did not disappoint. All the meals were plated with perfection and the quality of the food was stellar. The deserts were all delish. Two of the girls had the date sticky toffee pudding and it was so good. Just the perfect size and a rich ,warm flavour. Great location if you use the TTC as it right on Bloor and across the road from the main entrance of the Royal York subway stop. Ample parking in the lots across the road. Enjoy!
Went to Vibo for Summerlicious and overall was very good. Portion sizes were huge for the price ($38 for a 3 course dinner). I had the polenta fries, the duck linguine, and the pannacotta. Everything was amazing but unfortunately I'm not a big eater so I ended up bringing most of it home. My boyfriend had the meatball, the steak and the brownie and loved everything! They had a pianist which created a nice ambiance but there was a drunk loud lady at the table beside us that kinda killed the vibe.
