Always great food and service

Vibo is always an outstanding restaurant. It breaks lots of peoples' hearts that the city might close down their outside patio. If only the Government would open restaurants but keep bars and nightclubs closed. Now that makes a lot of sense!!!

The rack of lamb was perfect. It was cooked exactly how we liked it. So were the calamari for apetizers (both grilled and fried).

Visited VIBO many times. Last night was very disappointing. Bad service. Food was good (not excellent). Cocktails mediocre. Ambience was terrible. Sad.

What a great little place. The food was exceptional, the service was exceptional and our glasses were never empty. For our first COVID-19 group meal we were treated so respectfully and safely, it was a really enjoyable evening.

Food was average. When we didn’t get bread we asked for some and were told they had “run out”. My husband was looking forward to Creme Brûlée for dessert and guess what, they were out of that too. We had something else but there was no attempt to make these unacceptable “misses” right. We won’t be returning

Fantastic, as always! The staff are extremely attentive, and the food plentiful and delicious.

In spite of all the Covid restrictions, ViBo is still the neighbourhood restaurant with the warmest ambience and the best food. It's not a complaint that the service was a bit slow at first -- their full staff isn't available, and our server was very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to feel so at home and safe, re: masks and distancing. Can't wait for the next occasion to come here.

To start...super friendly, they always remember our names. Their calamari is the best we've had in the city, bar none. We haven't eaten anything yet that wasn't really really good. The zucchini florets were sooo good. Too bad they are only seasonal. Highly recommend 👌

wow, I've done this before, I enjoy surveys believing they are very important for you...and me. I did this one before, got to NEXT at the end and it wouldn't 'click', so, I'll try again. I'll try and keep my responses the same. I've driven past Bloor & Royal York for many years, not sure when Vibo appeared. I never knew what it was, I find the neon sign doesn't really help, most confusing, I always assumed it was a Japanese Restaurant. I finally went online and very pleasantly discovered it was an Italian Restaurant...excellent, and a good menu, so I booked it for my 49th wedding anniversary, for my wife and her Sister. We have eaten in restaurants in Italy! So, time to check this out. Food and service was great! With Covid, what a difficult situation for you guys. What a difficult situation for all of us?
On line I did indicate it was an anniversary, but didn't state which one. I thought we may have got a free tiramisu at the very least? I probably will come again!

Food was great, I had the picata which was perfect, my husband had the steak which was cooked perfectly although the fries were real heavy on the salt. The kitchen was happy and quick to redo the fires with less salt.
Service was excellent, we felt well looked after but not rushed at all.
The patio isn't fantastic, its on of those make shift ones out on a busy street and its very hot and loud with traffic noise.
Overall it was a great meal and we will definitely be back when we can dine inside.

Quite possibly the best Italian restaurant in the Kingsway (there is some competition). The branzino that I had was an excellent fish, simply prepared and delicious. The recommended wine pairing worked out well. I only hope that Vibo will be able to keep their very pleasant sun splashed outdoor area open for as long as possible; is a temporary enclosure and perimeter heating possible?

So good to be back at this wonderful restaurant after the Covid shutdown . They haven’t skipped a beat for food and service - it’s better than ever.

They accommodated us outdoors which was our preference and dinner was delicious. I wasn't sure of the caesar salad presentation but it was terrific. I would order again.

Service and food were very good. the seafood stew is to die for and the portion generous. the wine selection is extensive we had no trouble finding what we were looking for. will definitely come back (again)!

First time visiting Vibo. We had amazing food and amazing service. Live piano player was an added bonus. We will be back for sure.
