It was a pleasure to dine at Viande Rouge. Each of the items we ordered was fresh and carefully made; each was tasty and more interesting than the description would lead you to believe. My Steak Diane was cooked exactly as I requested, and the sauce was enough to enhance it without overpowering it. The Crab Beignets were an amazing improvement over the more common crab cakes, with just a touch of spiciness. The dessert souffle was extremely light, and the chocolate pie was amazing. Perhaps the nicest part was the service, which was professional and well-coordinated. Everyone was friendly without intruding on our evening. I've already encouraged friends to go there, and we will be returning.
