Via Verdi Cucina Italiana
Via Verdi Cucina Italiana is headed by Fabrizio and Nicola Carro, who grew up in Northern Italy. They have used their cooking talent at the Trump SoHo hotel, the Martha Stewart show, the Today show and Rocco’s Dinner Party. Stop by the Social Bar for a drink after work or meet a group of friends and sit at a private table or at the bar while enjoying signature cocktails and some bar bites. Via Verdi also offers an outdoor patio that is open year round. The green garden space is set up for a lovely weekend brunch or to accommodate a large group for dinner. It is the perfect place to eat al fresco.
Enjoy authentic Italian food with a partner seated in the Indoor Boutique. Along with homemade pasta, perfectly paired wine and lowered lighting, the secluded wine cave creates the perfect romantic atmosphere for an unforgettable dinner.
I have never been disappointed at Via Verdi. It is a 40 minute drive from my house and its worth it.
Food was exceptional. Portions were just right and prices very reasonable. The wine selection was good and very reasonably prices. Overall a very good experience as this was our first visit with more to come
Lovely service-lively outside w/ music, quiet inside and cool, white tablecloths, on corner 69th/ Biscayne, parking across street . Good food-enjoyed Branzino fish w/. vegetables. Fresh bread.
Always wonderful great staff, service and food , our favorite neighborhood restaurant. Owner always comes to say hello. Highly recommended this restaurant never been disappointed.
The food, the ambiance and the service are always good. The food is creative and consistent.
Wow, the food was excellent! It was a slow start we had to wait for our drinks and we really questioned the service. But, once the food came out we were definitely impressed. Kudos, to the owners they more than made up for the snafu. We will definitely be back. The pasta was exceptional. This is a gem in MiMo. GO!!
Food and service was excellent!? Will definitely be returning and already recommended to two friends.
It was OK, but not great.
We were promptly seated and the staff was corteous and professional. We shared an appetizer and both had gnocchi. They were light and delicious. Glad to have gone to this restaurant.
Very nice restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine. Excellent service. Very good quality-price ratio.
Food and service is very good. A very nice menu selection. Wine is good. Prices are reasonable and this restaurant is well worth the visit.
One of my favorite Italian restaurants. Love they’re homemade pasta!!!!
Beautiful place, we stayed inside in the little room. Very cozy, and the food is authentic Italian, so don't come here for Alfredo Sauce. Amazing value at lunch, but even at dinner prices are very reasonable.
One of the best Italian places in Miami, great value also for wines.
One of my favorite places.
Service was sporadic. We were warmly received but the service went downhill as the night progressed. Waiter was not engaged and had to be called for entree order, after dinner espresso and the bill. Food was okay. I will not go back.
The bread basket was fresh and warm...I had the Alba pasta, which was outstanding. Pasta was fresh and the mushroom sauce was full of flavor.
Best Meatballs ever. Short Rib fabulous Wine recommendation perfect Great place
The food is always excellent, as is the service. We drive on Federal Highway from Hollywood just to eat at this place. If that is not an endorsement, I need therapy.
Great place for italian food, good service good food a wine list with moderate prices and a good selection we had the rissoto with pesto and shrimp and the branzino sooo good both definitely coming back to try other stuff
The food was amazing, everything we tried was delicious and authentic. The service was great too. I can't wait to go back!
Great experience, even though we had our own server all of the staff checked in to make sure we were doing fine. The food was delicious and the ambiance as beautiful!!! Will definitely be coming back.
Awesome experience away from the hustle and bustle of Miami. A true must experience.
It was happy our Monday so selected drinks and cocktails were 6$ and pasta dishes were half price.
However the preparation and delivery of the cocktails was still excellent, as was the food and the rest of service.
Warm, friendly, attentive service, great, delicious, food, comfortable well spaced tables, and moderate prices; WHAT COULD BE BETTER.
I go often, and I will continue to do so.
There is no better dining package on the Upper East Side of Miami.
Via Verde hits all the bases - this was home run.
Thank you all!
I think this restaurant ,that I knew well , has a new management ...the food is way different and has lost the sophistication and the italian touch it had ...Now, basic italian food ...much cheaper for sure ...but with zero interest not to mention the use of frozen tuna for the grilled tuna dish ...
Service ...very bad . Waiters do not know who is eating what when the dishes are served ...appetizer forgotten and brought with the main course ...
The bar seems to be the only vestige left form Via Verdi previous version ....
So when everything is so bad, the street noise becomes overwhelming...
But good luck . There is always a way to fix things .
Great atmosphere! Love the food. Best italian in town.
Lovely place with authentic Italian food, fantastic drink list and personal service.
Un vero ristorante italiano a Miami! Piatti ottimi dall’antipasto al dolce coerenti con la vera cucina italiana nel pieno rispetto dei sapori e delle materie prime. Top Top!
The place was very quiet during lunch time, convenient for people who dinning alone or with friends.
Delicious food and a great ambiance. Recommended by a friend, and we loved it.
We were there for the first time this past weekend, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, there were 5 of us and everyone enjoyed their choice. I specially enjoyed the non-Ossobuco and my Fiancee his Lasagna. The drinks were also great, specially the strawberry Mojito.
Our waitress was fantastic, too bad I forgot her name. We will definitely come back!
As always service and food excellent. Via Verdi continues to be my favorite neighborhood restaurant. Staff , manager and owner always around everyone is friendly feels like family. I continue to highly recommend.❤️
Great Italian cuisine with a modern twist and a full bar!!!!!
Lack of flavors. Nothing out of the extraordinary.
Amazing service. Staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. :)
This is still my favorite Italian restaurant in Miami. Consistently excellent entrees, generous portions with a lot of variety. Oh, and they make great cocktails!
My husband and I went back for dinner with some friends. I was highly disappointed to see that the Food and the service was below average. The same manager that use to give us great service was overwhelmed which is surprising because the restaurant was not busy at all.
Our main entree took a while and the ravioli that I loved before was undercook and the sauce barely had any flavor. I asked for cheese to go on the pasta and he brought it by the time we were almost done with dinner.
When we asked for the second round of beers he said he had run out of glasses. (The restaurant was 6% full).
Just overall a disappointment specially since I used to love this place.
Locals place. Good food. Relaxed atmosphere. I loved it.
Never a disappointment - service is exceptional, food is always top notch(reminds me of my Nonna’s cooking)
