Food was great, bad service (I know all server), they were testing microphone non stop for 15 minutes, very annoying.

We have been here many times. The Drago family has the best Italian restaurants in LA (including Beverly Hills)

The only reason I didn't check everything was because some categories didn't apply to us. This is a restaurant that never disappoints! Love it!

We were especially impressed by the pasta options--way beyond the usual fare at Italian restaurants. All three of us got different pastas and each was excellent. The same was true of the vitello tonnato appetizer. The fried calamari was good, with a light batter. The menu had many choices in every category and the wine list was large (although a little on the high-priced side--typical of Beverly Hills) and we all said we'd like to return. Our biggest complaint was with the servers. They tried to take away our appetizer plates when we still had about 25% of our appetizers left. We told them we weren't done and a few minutes later they tried to take the appetizers away, again before we were done. It felt like they were rushing us and there was plenty of room in the restaurant. I think they had probably cooked the pasta dishes too soon and so were pushing us with the appetizers so they could serve the pastas hot. Still, it was a nice evening and we will return.

Always a great choice for Italian in Beverly Hills, Via Alloro never disappoints. Had some of my personal favourites today - Linguine Vongole, Minestrone Soup and Tanino’s Pizza. Dined outside which was the perfect temperature and had the usual fabulous service.

The service was utterly fantastic! And the food was delicious. I might have dreams about the steak going forward. Yum!!!! Their website said they had no parking, but alas, there is valet right at the door! Winning. ;-) I can’t get over how lovely the everyone from the hostess to the servers and even the manager were. I shall return!

Worthy of the other Drago restaurants in town. everyone loved their dishes. We were there for a pre=party meal and the waiter was very gracious even though we didn't order much.

The service was slow but we didn't mind because it was a beautiful night. I enjoyed my roasted potatoes and veggies but could not eat my Langostinos because they were tough and fishy and I did not want to get sick if they were spoiled. The waiter sent over the manager who asked if I wanted something else. I ordered a salad that was about $18. After the meal, the Langostinos and the salad were both on the final bill and the manager refused to remove them. In fact, he said the chef tasted my Langostinos and there was nothing wrong with them. A shame to end our evening that way because in spite of the bad dish, we would have still had a pleasant evening and would have left happy if they hadn't charged for the uneaten food. With the many wonderful restaurants to go to in LA, I certainly won't ever go back there. I like good food and good customer service and apparently, Via Alloro offered neither to us tonight.

As is always the case, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Via Alloro. Wonderful ambiance sitting on the patio, talking with friends, running into other friends, and introducing new ones to the restaurant. GREAT food, wonderful service.

Cigar club above the outdoor seating. Not horrible but enough to upset the experience as the smell of stoagies drifts down over your Dover sole.

6 of us had dinner at Via Alloro. My order was Paillard Di Pollo and it was ok. I think it should have better sauce becuz the thin chicken was dry. The rest of other meals and dessert ordered were agreeably good.

I met a girlfriend I don't get to see much for dinner. Paul was our server and he was awesome. He knew we were having a major gal pal catch up and he invited us to stay as long as we liked and checked in on us often but never annoying.
Food was great - lovely evening in every way !

Deberían avisar que cierra La Cocina a las 23:00 y no dejar reservar a las 22/30 como nosotros porque tuvimos que pedir todo deprisa y corriendo.

The main curse came before my salad, also the prices on line was les expensive then the menu at the restaurant, that did not felt good they should have honored the price that it showed on the internet , when I ask the waiter he sad that they have not updated the Internet. That is not my problem they should have honored the showing on line. Very disappointed.

Took a friend who was visiting Los Angeles. I go via alloro often as I live in the area. Food is usually very good. This must have been an off night. The same salad i always order looked like it a bunch of leftover lettuce. Tasted like it too. My husbands meal was just as bad. I felt bad that my friends salad was nothing special either. Maybe this should just be a lunch spot.

Sunday evening dining in Beverly Hills can be a mob scene and Via Alloro still delivers quality dining and a relaxed dining experience where you without feeling like people are on top of you and the staff is rushed to turn over your table.

Overall it was a nice experience at Via Alloro. Was able to sit outside and enjoy outside ambiance of Beverly Hills. Service was above par as well as the food. Wife had the Branzino grilled and loved it. Vodka pasta was excellent too.

I was celebrating my great friend coming back after a month away when we decide upon this place and nothing disappointed.

Food was outstanding and chef even accommodated a special request I had. Armando is the best server, very attentive and genuine, his suggestions were very on top that we even decide to let him pick a desert for us and I'm glad he did because I wouldn't have order the pana cotta and I can't stop thinking about how great it tasted it.

I'm already planning to go back with my boyfriend because it is definitely a romantic place.
