Italian
Guests dining in Beverly Hills enjoy sitting outside and Via Alloro is the place for them. This is the first restaurant in the area to offer more than 100 patio seats, which wrap around the building so you can see and be seen! Guests at Giacomino’s and Tanino’s restaurants include actors, actresses, politicians, sports stars, business people, neighbors and tourists…they have so many regular guests and everyone is treated like family! Outside seating at Via Alloro has a different atmosphere in each area too and inside there are 34 seats with an additional 20 seats in the lounge. Speaking about the lounge, from 7 flat screen TVs guests will be able to watch sports all the time from basketball, baseball, ice hockey, American and European Football. You will also be able to eat at the bar for lunch and dinner too.

Impeccable service and amazing food. The value and pricing was great! Spent less than I anticipated for two: appetizers, entrees, drinks, dessert and coffee.

Is Alloro is another of the important contributions to the Beverly Hills dining scene from the legendary Drago brothers. The extensive menu has a fine representation of the food from the north and the south of Italy. Salads and pasti are particularly good. Wine list is extensive, including superb by the glass offerings.

Service has always been a stand out, is further strengthened by the addition of Giuseppe, the outstanding former general manager of the legendary Valentino.

Went here with a friend for lunch. Always consistent food service and quality. Such a nice place to sit and watch people go by. They always bend over backwards to make sure you have your food the way you want it and give you what you need.

Disappointing overall. Service, food quality, ambience, attentiveness underwhelming. Would never go back.

It was a great choice for Valentine’s Day because you didn’t have to order from a special prix fixe menu.
So all of our favorites were available to us, like turkey meatballs in tomato sauce with spinach and mozzarella, chicken paillard and one of the best pizza margaritas in town!

The service could have been much better. The staff is not engaging at all. I don’t expect to b entertained, but they really need 2 lighten up 🙄. My friend & I also ordered Caesar salad & both of us thought it was FISHY tasting. The bad kind of Fishy
We had a vegetarian pizza & I’ve had better at many other restaurants. I eat out a lot. I travel, I’ve lived in Italy. U guys need to improve. Thank you

I went to Via Alloro with some friends and we ordered a few appetizers, mains, and dessert. Overall the food was okay, I've definitely had better Italian at other places. My pasta was quite bland and not very appeasing to the eye, but one dish I would recommend is the panna cotta, it was delicious! The restaurant itself is nice, but I still think you can find better Italian in LA!

We used to love this place but our last three experiences have been sub-par and our last visit was awful. We waited Fifty Minutes - Not kidding - for One Pizza. And when it arrived it was under-cooked! Then wee had to Ask our server to do something about the bill. It astounded us that nothing was offered in compensation for the awful experience, and that we had to Ask!

I saw this place online with so many celebrities eating here and the pictures of the food looked super yummy. It was my birthday and they didn’t even recognize it even after we told them. The food was over cooked. We ordered the calamari twice and it was like rubber. My pasta was under cooked and hard. I had to move the hard pasta to the side of my plate. I showed the waiter and said I’ll let the cook know. They offered to bring out another plate but at that point I had eaten around the hard pasta and we were over sending food back. They didn’t even come anything to make up for this inconvenience. We won’t be coming back here again. We had wanted to go to IL PASTIO across the street because they have the best pasta. Sad we didn’t go there instead.

One of our favorite restaurants in Beverly Hills, as we like the ambiance of sitting on the patio and the food is consistently good. Inside can tend to be noisy and high energy which is what some people like. The heater lamps make it very comfortable outside even in the winter. Our waiter was friendly, attentive but not hovering, and didn't rush us on a busy New Year's Eve evening. He even waived the corkage fee on the bottle of wine we brought! My chilean sea bass was very good as was my husban's entree, grilled salmon. The fried calamari appetizer was very good as well. Not overly deep fried as we have had in other restaurants. Just perfect! We contiue to return to Via Alloro for it's consistently good food and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
