We had a salad a few dishes of pasta. Both were good. The servers were very accommodating. Will definitely be back.
Everything was as good as always except my
Dover Sole. It was cooked too long. I had Dover Sole a couple of weeks ago at Panzanella, another Drago restaurant and it was perfect! Tanino needs to be in the kitchen more.
As always, in our experience, dining at Via Alloro is delightful. The food and service were both wonderful!
Great space with lots of outdoor space. Attentive service. A little pricey, but worth it for a special lunch with a friend, or a business lunch, or just want great food.
We love via Alloro, and the Drago brothers!
Love this spot! Great for an early Sunday dinner with your significant other or family.
My wife and I love Via Alloro. The food is great. It's always delicious - I always order the pasta and absolutely love all their sauces and made on premise pasta. The owner takes a lot of pride and will often greet you and ask how you are doing. This is a fun and nice atmosphere and a great place to spend your evening.
Excellent food and great service.
Excellent food, attentive service, very pleasant outdoor seating.
We ate outside and had a great table for people watching on a beautiful sunny day! We ate the Gamberi/Calamari salads, and shared a mushroom pizza which were all delicious! A perfect place to dine outside and enjoy a meal!
This is a great place to people watch, especially outside on the patio, I enjoyed seeing all the pretty cars drive-by. They provided me with plenty of complementary bread, I had to ask for it each time but they kept bringing it. They’re pretty good about the refills, they kept my iced tea glass full. Food was fine, it’s pretty high class. I’ll be coming back... I like the high class atmosphere. Best iced tea in Los Angeles. Please never change it!
The food was very good. It can be challenging to find authentic Italian food, and they do a great job. The restaurant was very busy, which I am very happy for, but the service lacked due to that. The noise level was high, but we still had a nice evening. We will return again, as the food was excellent.
We had a most delicious experience. We started with Braziola with shaved Parmesan &arugula. The pasta was perfectly cooked in a simple garlic and butter mixture. The salmon was crunchy on the out upside and delicately soft on the interior. Served with chopped tomatoes and on a bed of wilted spinach. The truffle mushroom soup was divine. We loved the service food and details. A wonderful meal.
Armando Liuzzo is the best waiter in Beverly Hills, so wonderful and caring as are all the staff at Via Alloro and the food is excellent.
Good reasonable food
Service is super
Drinks are excellent
Always consistently good. Can't go wrong with a Drago restaurant.
Great food fun atmosphere. The chef/owner came out to ask if everyone was ok. I received it!!
Excellent food, fine attentive service, quiet ambience. The garden area seating is particularly inviting on warm evenings.
Via Alloro may be our new FAVORITE restaurant near our home. The valet parkng is super easy, we were greeted by smiles and lots of Italian hellos, the food was fabulous and the servers were most attentive. A great evening!
The food was delicious. Sitting outside was peaceful and quiet.
Always reliable and friendly. Convenient in the heart of Beverly Hills.
The food and service were great, and the ambiance good...except we were under a speaker, so even dining outside it was hard to hear, especially next to a large family party with several small children screaming their lungs out. Not the restaurant’s fault, but it sure makes you wonder what the parents were thinking. Please, parents, if your kids aren’t “Restauraunt friendly” leave them home or teach them to be courteous when out in public.
This was a really fun restaurant. Get the pasta.aa
Loved the people-watching and the energy of the restaurant. Service was excellent and the food, although pricey, was delicious.
Has the quality one expects in a Draggo restaurant.
Great location. Great food. Excellent service. One of my Beverly Hills favorites.
We were celebrating the return to LA of our favorite cousin ... and dinner at Via Alloro turned out to be the perfect venue. There was no wait for drinks or dinner ... and the food was outstanding, especially the fresh corn raviolis and proscuitto and melon. We really enjoyed it!
The food is always delicious; service is wonderful and lovely and lively atmosphere. Not too noisy so you can converse.
Very pleasant, house Cabernet recommended by waiter for a glass only was excellent, the Caesar salad executed well. Non-intrusive but attentive service.
I expected more when I ordered the lamb shank , just okay . Their pasta is good as I had them every time we go here . The reason I tried the lamb .
Fabulous amazing service
Food consistently average
Was amazing as always
Patio has been up very nicely for comfortable, attractive outdoor seating. Food is always good; service attentive.
The eclectic menu provides a variety of foods to choose from and the service is impeccable. The outside location in Beverly Hills allows the diner to enjoy the view of every day activitiy.
I dine here solo or with company and have always enjoyed the hospitality and atmosphere.
It was great time , delicious foods and great services
Why were we not given credit for the reservation a d earn points
I went to the Via Alloro two days in a row, and frankly I could write two different reviews of the restaurant.
Friday for lunch I went there with two friends. We were given a large quiet table that I had asked for, so we were able to sit with social distancing in mind. Champaign arrived perfectly chilled, Truffle Pizza was perfect, salads and paste were as I remembered them. The fine General Manager Josepe Molice greeted us, and even the proprietor Giacamino Drago stopped by our table. Restaurant was very busy, but we had a very enjoyable lunch.
The lunch on Friday was so great that I would have rated the restaurant as perfect.
In fact I took a friend there the next day, on Saturday, for lunch. The restaurant was empty. We were give a small table for two. I asked if we could have a larger table, hostess declined my request saying that all the large tables were reserved! The restaurant remained empty throughout our lunch. By the time we left, only one of the many larger tables was occupied. Eventhough the food and the drinks were equally good, we did not enjoy our meal, we kept talking about the foolishness of the hostess for declining giving us a better table in the empty restaurant! This time the best I could do was to give the restaurant a mediocre grade. So my final rating of 4 star is the average of these two visits!!
Amazing experience! Food was delicious. Drinks were good. Went here for lunch for the first time when I was on vacation and went back the next day for dinner
