At Vetro 1925, we serve classic Italian flavors with a touch of sophistication. Everyone thinks Italian food is pasta, but it’s so much more than that! Chef Alan Dierks specializes in local ingredients, sustainable seafood and fine cuts of meat. He and his staff strive to preserve simple, clean flavors, using the freshest ingredients. Our meats are sourced from local farms practicing the humane treatment of animals. We import our aged prosciutto, cheeses, and Sicilian olives from Italy. Depending on the season, you may see a few surprises on the menu in addition to your old favorites. A large portion of our menu is gluten-free, and we always have a vegetarian and vegan option as well!

    First timers, and absolutely loved it. Walked in and we’re sat right away even though our reservation wasn’t for another 15 minutes. Attentive and caring staff, great quality food, overall 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely be back.

    Amazing food but some of it is a little weird and hipstery. Great service, great atmosphere. We were seated in the basement, not ideal, and was a little on the loud side with a couple of larger groups.

    The food was good and our waitress was great. One reason we chose to eat there for our birthdays was the ambiance and environment but they sat us in the basement and wouldn't move us back up. I was really disappointed to sit in the dark plain room after being excited about how pretty and nice it is upstairs.

    All the stars lined up for this dinner. All three courses were Amazing. We began with oysters, followed by calamari and chose the fish special, which was the best Grouper I have ever tasted.

    Was in town visiting family and chose this place to celebrate my wife's birthday. My sister and brother-in-law joined us for a very enjoyable fine dining experience. As for drinks, the Paper Plane was a creative and enjoyable starter and the glass of Malbec a full-bodied Mendoza--a great selection to pair with my dinner. Three of us enjoyed the rucola with candied walnuts salad and a dairy free substitution was made for my sister that maintained the taste without impairing the experience. My wife selected the pasta with vodka sauce (her favorite), my sister selected the day's special of rabbit--again substitutions were made for gluten and dairy needs, and my brother and I both selected the lamb. All of us were surprised by more than adequate portions. The flavors were full and each of us enjoyed our meals without having any capacity for dessert. My sister was extremely impressed with the changes for her meal, the excellent preparation, and the portion size that allowed her to take half of it home for a second meal. I almost skipped making a reservation at this restaurant due to the pictures on their website-it looked dark and empty compared to photos at other fine dining options. The food and drinks were excellent and the service was professional. Very thankful I looked at reviews and not just the restaurant's pictures.

    I ordered their signature steak and it was very overly cooked the first time and almost blue rare the next time. I missed the entire meal with my family and never had dinner. I did appreciate them voluntarily taking it off the bill. You would think they could cook a steak.

    Wonderful meal! All in our party had outstanding food. Would definitely return. Seated downstairs and the noise level was so high it was hard to hear all of our party. Downstairs needs some soundproofing. I would ask for table upstairs next time.

    The calamari was soggy and not good at all. The food took forever to be delivered. We were not offered bread and had to ask for it after our appetizer was delivered. The mains were better, but overall just a bad experience

    Wow! Opted for the “experience” so the chef chose our 5 course meal paired with wines. Every detail of the food from the creative surprises to the presentation was off the charts! Service was incredible - attentive and knowledgeable. The cost for the experience was well, well worth it. I’ve spent much more at other upscale places with much less to brag about. So incredibly impressed. I look forward to going back.

    We were promptly seated and our waitress, Stella, introduced herself and explained the specials. I’d say all in all, maybe the nicest restaurant in Fayetteville. The noise level was moderate. My husband and I were with deer friends from Washington, D.C. and were able to carry on a conversation without hollering or speaking over obnoxiously loud music. For an appetizer I ordered the pork belly, which was a generous serving; and since I had also ordered the lamb shank as an entree, I asked to take half the appetizer home with me. The lamb shank was superb. It was a massive serving of fall off the bone, perfectly cooked lamb. It was served with some well cooked greens over a crisp polenta cake. I have never had a dessert as the Grand Mariner chocolate crepe brûlée. A truly delightful dining experience.

    First rate from beginning to end. It’s hard to do something novel with oysters, but they did—and it proved to be novel in a good way. The main course was relatively simple but wisely seasoned, perfectly cooked, and impeccably paired. There was a sort of moral elegance to the whole affair—which one doesn’t necessarily expect from a striped bass. P.S. The Vesper was an added treat.

    Regular patron here - lobster ravioli was mediocre, gemelli alla genovese was - honestly - bad…maybe it was an off night. Definitely one of our go to restaurants. Veggie lasagna was good but not great. Stick with the pork chop. Wait staff is fantastic and consistent.

    First time to visit. Very nice atmosphere and vibe. Service was good albeit food service was a little slow. We were in no hurry, enjoyed appetizers and drinks and an opportunity to visit and be heard. Meal was delicious; all three of us getting something. Two of us got specials, one a menu mainstay. Will definitely return.

    Had my fiancée birthday there. If you live around the area, this is a MUST try restaurant. Their 5 courses + wine tasting is highly recommended. $125 before tax for each person.

    The food was outstanding! We had the football weekend special lamb shank (fall off the bone) paired with perfectly crusted polenta cake, and carbonara which was light and very tasty. The muscles were very good, and butternut squash soup that I wish you could order by the gallon and take some home! A little loud, and service could have been faster, but we will definitely be back!

    We had to put a $25 deposit per person to hold our seat. We could not be 15 minutes late or we would lose our spot. Then you guys were over 15 minutes late getting us a seat when we got there.

    We really like the restaurant & ambiance; however, last night the service was slow & food was average. The Tri-tip special was a terrible cut of meat-it was very tough & chewy. I couldn’t finish it. The other items were fine. Therefore, we were disappointed given the cost of the dinner.
