   Really wonderful way to end my trip home in Mississippi before heading back to Japan where I live. Southern ingredients with Japanese influences is such a great idea.

   We had a great meal and great evening at Vestige. The uniqueness of the food was wonderful and the portions were just right. Often times tasting menus are too much food, this was not the case at Vestige. The service was also excellent. Both persons waiting on us were pleasant and very knowledgeable about the different courses.

    My 2nd trip was even more enjoyable than the first. Again: they elevate food to art, then make the experience so relaxed and happy that you’re inspired to eat the art. The staff who serve are the best. Cocktails bring out the finest qualities of exceptional ingredients. We are so lucky to have Vestige in Ocean Springs. I have dined all over the world, and there has been nothing better than this restaurant.

    We had an incredible tastings with many small courses that cumulated to a very satisfying meal. The presentations were very create and the food provided a cornucopia of wonderful flavors! My wife is gluten intolerant, but the Chef readily adapted each courses in ways that she did not feel like she missed out on anything. I would definitely recommend to any "foodie".

    We've been a couple of times and never been disappointed. The menu is creative and delicious. The dessert is always amazing. Drinks are perfectly designed (pomegranate cosmo 5*) Service was perfect. The ambiance is exactly right for the experience. We'll be back every time we're in the area.

    Fascinating tasting menu, superbly knowledgeable waitstaff and a nationally recognized (James Beard nominee) Chef/owner make this an absolute favorite of mine. It is all of these things and not pretentious in the least. If you’re looking for a place where giant portions hang off the plate, this isn’t it. I also would not consider the menu kid friendly. But for a wonderfully adult dining experience, this is absolutely the best on the coast.
