   The food was good we went there for our anniversary. We marked it when we made the reservation on the phone It was never mentioned the whole time we were there. It seems like as soon as we got there we were being rushed. We got our drinks then we got our salad and before our meal came, we were given the bill. kind of turned us off to order any more drinks or coffee or dessert. We were not pleased with that at all wasn’t professional. and will we go back? I don’t know.

   Everytime I've been here, the food is always amazing and the service is great! The meat and cheese board is a great shareable appetizer. The lobster ravioli and lychee martini are some of the best I've had. You can't go wrong with any of the food. Highly recommend!

   Food seems to have down hill. Very rushed. Main course came out very soon after the appetizer even though waiter was told to space out the appetizer and main course. Bus people don’t understand what you say to them even though their shaking their heads in the affirmative. Bathrooms are a disgusting mess. Especially the ladies bathroom. My wife said it was dirty and haven’t been fixed (apparently, there’s problems with the toilets) sine we were last there over 1 month prior. She was actually sprayed by a toilet she was flushing. There were no paper towels. She did make a complaint. I don’t think we’ll be back there.

   Quantity over quality. But lots of people want big portions over quality so the place usually has big crowds. The calamari was very good, but the chicken parmigiana was tough, room temperature and the spaghetti was in a clump. Overall, not terrible.

    Reservation was at 7:00 pm for 4 people, made about a month ago. Checked in at the desk on time and was told our table could be ready in 10 minutes. At 7:20 went to the desk was told to go to the bar and they would come and get us, no one did and at 7:40 approached the front desk again. At 7:50 we sat at a table. 5 minutes later a waitress came by and said she would be back “ right away”. 10 minutes later she came back we gave her our drink and food order. We didn’t still have all our place settings, had no drinking water until we asked for it and got no bread until after our appetizers arrived had been on the table for 10 minutes. Overall the worst service I had ever experienced anywhere in Naples . I suggest that you stop offering this all day 1/2 price deal if your staff and management are so il-prepared. I have been to your restaurant maybe 50 times over the past 6 years and found last evening to be a complete disaster. Dr. Barney Burchfielf

    The place was jumping due to the special pricing they offered on Monday night. The place was packed. Our server, Jessica, although extremely busy got our drink order correct and our food order correct. The food was very good which surprised me due to how BUSY the place was. The quality was still good. Service was slow but that was due to the amount of people, not our server. All and all a memorable night.

    The noise level outside is low. Inside, you have to almost shout. It’s the same for most of the restaurants on 5th. I must say, the food is superb!

    The young male manager/host is super! He also took care of vale parking. Super guy!!! Friendly and he knows how to take care of customers. The young girls acting as hostesses seem like they are fed up with their job. Would like that you play Italian music instead of the unpleasant modern music.

    We had the worst waiter ever. He took our order that was it! The table next to us had their waitress come 9 times to their table. A different waiter brought the smallest pieces of bread ever and maybe 1.5” long. Super tiny. Didn’t bring oil and didn’t bring pepper or Parmesan. Had to search for it. Waited 35 mins for our waiter to come take our order. We almost left. We really felt we were inferior.

    I took my mom here for Mother’s Day during their happy hour. Her and my dad have never been there! They loved the atmosphere, and the food and service was top-notch. I highly recommend this to anyone in the area. Or anyone trying to come find a place on 5th Ave., Naples. for lunch or dinner :)

    went for happy hour. I was offered one table outside on corner. When I rejected that I was taken inside, where the noise level was almost deafening. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and there was no way to carry on a conversation. The food was good enough but we were ignored by the waiter the rest of the meal.     The food was wonderful and service was good but had a few bumps along the way. One thing that I think you should change especially when the restaurant does not have that many diners in it-- is to have the bus person not start cleaning the table while members of a party of eight are still eating. One person's plate was actually taken away before she was finish eating. We all loved the food and the great ferris wheel and will definitely return. I will be happy to bring my customers there.     Vergina has been a favorite of mine for many years, since it first opened. The food is always outstanding and the servers usually the same. however my two women friends and I were not pleased with our waiter on Sunday evening, May 7th. He said he could not bring us more bread util we ordered dinner, as we all were on our second glass of wine and enjoying catching up. We did order dinner, which was delicious and when we finished eating, we were finishing our 3rd wine and the waiter indicated we should leave as there were people waiting for tables. We had arrived at 6 and it was 7:30. The rez was in my name, Chris Curle.

    We were stuck in a small corner , did not have enough room to move around. Food came out cold. I asked for tap water, the waiter brought a bottle of Penna already opened and I assumed it was tap. He charged me for two bottles instead of won. The water tasted like tap 100%. Not going back there, way too many better restaurants around.

    We sat outside on the front patio. There were small bugs in our eyes, food, mouth, they were relentless. We were in an area that did not have a fan. The waitress commented on the bug issue however it wasn’t until we were ready to leave that the staff brought out a portable fan. It was very insulting, The food was good, Most everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. However, the two meatballs in the appetizer were quite small, the lasagna was virtually meatless and the mixed drinks were basically without alcohol.

    We visited Vergina twice during our week in Naples. The food was excellent and great value during Happy Hour. We were able to sit outside which was lovely. The wait staff were very good, just very busy so we had to ask for more water a few times. Would highly recommend

    We were able to get a seat on the patio right on 5th. It was fun to people watch! Heike, our server, was amazing. She made some recommendations that were spot on. I had the pappardelle and it was fantastic! Cool spot worth the visit.

    Very good experience overall. Would be nice if you added a few fans directed towards the building - we were outside next to the building and all the fans were directed outward. It was pretty hot and the flies were plentiful! The whole thing was a very good value and we will come again.
