The apple butternut squash soup was outstanding, as were the unexpected popover bread rolls and the onion dip we chose to try out.

The entrees were good. Given the quality of the soup and appetizer, I suppose I was hoping for more from the buttermilk chicken. Make no mistake, it was good, but the crust was just crunchy -- I really wanted to be surprised with some kind of awesome spice in the crust.

The dessert was good, but again, not outstanding.

We'll be back to try out more of the menu.

Party of 4 for dinner on a VERY busy night. (Large group which meets monthly was there) Food was really good, starting with the popovers. Service and wait times for drinks and food were very good considering how busy the place was. Manager was making the rounds checking in with all of the diners. This place is a huge improvement over Three Degrees, and even better than last visit to Verge in September. Will definitely go back again but will avoid that busy night.

Went there on a referral from a Friend. food was outstanding. SeaBass melted in my mouth.
My Husband had the Venison - he loved it!
Our waiter Hector was very attentive!
Great night had by all! (the DJ could have been more on his game....)
We'll definitely be back!

The service was excellent. The menu is concise, not overloaded. The starters were good, including the soup and salads. Main courses were very good. Only recommendation is stick to traditional duck confit! Desserts were very good. The plating on all dishes was appetizing. This restaurant offers plenty of parking as it is located in the Toll House. The pricing was very reasonable. We would return!

Nice remodel. A little bright for evening but nice atmosphere. The good: Pork sliders, Brussels sprouts, Steak (very small, probably 4-6ounces) but tasty.
The not so good: the weird lasagna, and the un appetizing duck dish over fries. Might have been the sauce, but not our favorite.
Service was excellent. Good wine list. Lively atmosphere.

We are local and have dined here numerous times, mostly dinner. The hotel banquet dept needs to work with h the restaurant and communicate large parties or events. We have been there a couple times when a large table of 8 or more is also there and the staff is overwhelmed and needs help. The food has always been very good, especially the soups.

While most of the dishes we ordered were yummy, the price was outrageous for the portion we received. The staff was very friendly but our waiter was not attentive, the bus person was always smiling and refilled our water constantly which was awesome. Overall, if you want to try something different and don't mind spending $$, try it so you know if you want to come back again.

We don't normally eat at restaurants located in hotels....but we did. And wow, Verge delivered an excellent meal with excellent service in a pleasant setting. Maybe we just expected too little, but we had a great time.

Have been to this restaurant at least four times now and have consistently enjoyed excellent food, nice wine options and great service. Their take on traditional dishes has a nice modern and creative twist - and their popovers are seriously to die for!

Great ambiance, service attentive but not hovering. Food was very good but menu was small. The butternut squash & apple soup was really tasty, and the apple wonton was delicious. The sea bass was good but could use a larger portion or a more substantial side. The pork tenderloin is a must try...tender as butter. Asian pork sliders were just ok. First visit to Verge. I would definitely come back.

We went to dinner on a " living social" coupon that they had offered. When we checked in they had a prefix menu just for the living Social quests and I must say it was came with a choice of 2 different salads and 5 different entrees to choose from as well as 2 choices of desert and 2 glasses of wine or beer all included. My expectations were well exceded as the food was delicious and the ambiance was fabulous and bar was great! I would go back again and pay normal pricing for their food as it was a great experience. I totally recommned Verge!!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at Verge. We booked a reservation but apparently that means nothing. We finally got a seat outside where there are couches, not really convenient for a sit down meal. An hour later we finally received our meals. None of us could eat it - it was that bad. We decided to just pay and leave to grab a burger instead.

I thought the restaurant was much bigger when I booked the reservation. But it turned out to be fine. Our waiter, Hector, was fantastic. And we had a 4- week old baby in tow who slept through the entire meal. So, that gives you an idea of the noise level. We could actually hear each other. Good food, excellent service.

The food is amazing!!! We had the bone marrow app and onion dip delicious! I had the sea bass , delicious as it was not over flavored ... The pop overs ...our whole family loved! We will be going again soon! The remodel is great! Perfect place to take the family or meet friends for a drink or dinner!!! Loved loved loved it!

I really enjoyed the cocktail I had at Verge. It was some passionfruit, vodka drink which came with some rock candy for dipping/stirring. yum! The food was also good, although I ordered too much and probably should have just split a few appetizers for dinner. The onion dip was very tasty and the brussels sprouts with deviled eggs were great. I also really liked the flatbread pizza my husband ordered. I got the duck/pork burger with mac and cheese bun, which was a little disappointing. It was a very large portion, but didn't really have enough flavor in my option. There wasn't enough S & P in either the burger or mac and cheese, so it sort of fell flat in my mind. Maybe it would work better as a slider and put the mac and cheese on the side?

Warm coffee in a cold cup made for a not so good beginning. The mother's day breakfast menu was a bit limited and the food portions were small for the price. All menu items were a-la-carte. Even after ordering the main meal, side of fruit, and one other side dish, didn't feel totally satisfied. I ordered an egg dish with corned beef which included one poached egg. Felt 2 eggs would have made the dish more presentable, satisfying, and more of a value given the relatively high price. Service was friendly and prompt. Not too crowded which made it nice compared to having to wait in line at the other more popular cafe's but I guess there's a valid reason for the lines. Summary...just average.
