Had a great time at PAMM and capped it off with a late lunch at Verde. Service was excellent the drinks well made and the food was light fare but really good. You can have waffles and eggs or salmon and steak among other items. Everything was fresh and tasty!
As always the setting was spectacular. The food above average. The service was excruciatingly slow. It was as if all the wait staff went to lunch themselves. We never got to order coffee and had trouble getting the check.
Love this setting - wonderful location and views into the cruise ship harbor. Service is attentive; food is fresh, tasty - great choices for lunch. Triple check with your server on portions - for example, Tuna Poke is generous portion for an appetizer.
Great wait staff and delicious food.
The ambiance alone is worth the trip! I took my husband as a Valentine's day brunch before heading to the Science Museum next door. The location and view is perfect. The food was good too and reasonably priced! Our server was spectacular. We opted for the bottomless mimosas and it was so worth it! Would definitely recommend.
The view is 5 stars, and the burger was pretty good. The patty was nice and juicy, and the fries crispy. We enjoyed the sangria with cinnamon notes. $45 seemed a little on the high end, certainly without knowing what wine (and wine spectator rating) was used..
Great place for lunch when in the area. Bridge noise a bit distracting at times but overall a great lunch spot.
We went on Feb. 14, when Verde was hosting a Valentine's event. Service was still good, but the shrimp were undercooked. The specialty cocktail, in honor of Cristo's Surrounded Islands - "Exhibition Pink ..." was sheer delight!
The view when sitting outdoors is wonderful and it is quieter when sitting outside.
I would go back at another time to see if there is improvement.
Enjoyed a visit to the Gallery and ended with a nice lunch. Eggs Benedict were delicious and well prepared. Fish sandwich was also great.
We were visiting the Museum. Lovely experience!
This is one of my favorite eating spots. The food is good, the wine is good and the ambiance is lovely. Not only a lovely view of the bay but the contemporary setting inside is relaxing. Though I think for many people the prices are high: for me it makes the day downtown at the museum a "day out".
Service can be improved. Had to ask for things such as salt, olive oil, a juice a few times before they actually brought them.
The frittata is a little spicy but so flavorful...and the sweet potato pancakes are too. Highly recommended!
Beautiful ambiance, healthy & delicious food, excellent and
Very nice small restaurant at the Perez Museum. Nice selection of salads, small plates, sandwiches and pizzas. great place to eat before or after you tour the museum.
What a lovely place for an outdoor lunch with friends. Good food. Good service. Beautiful setting for a post-lunch walk by the water. A gem.
Every time I visit Verde, the service is worse. I don't know if to attribute this to the busy holiday season, or to it turning into a tourist destination. We were given a table right next to a door that kept opening and closing and bathing us with a super cold breeze from the inside. We asked to be changed and host said that once we were seated, they were not allowed to change us. I can now attribute a cold to our table location. The food took a bit too long for it being sandwiches and a burger. I hope they get their act together since VERDE was the perfect compliment to a PAMM museum visit.
The food and atmosphere at Verde was spectacular. I would like to add that my reservation was for 1:00pm but we were not seated until 20 minutes after the reservation time. A little understaffed for the holiday crowds. All of my other experiences have been on point.
Enjoyed South Florida at its best! Parking could be cheaper, but the food was delicious and it felt like being in paradise.
I would like an expanded or amended menu with more salad & vegetarian options like a plate of bok Choi, steamed with butter....a little more comfort food...
beet salad had hardly any beets, cheese or nuts. ice tea undrinkable. pizza ok.
Verde, like most eateries at museums is overpriced. The food is generally good but not for every palate. And the menu is very limited. Look at the menu before going. The best part is the location on the bay side of the Perez Art Museum Miami.
Our waiter was quite personable and made good suggestions. The food was just right for our needs that night.
Great location, wonderful with kids also especially due to activities on that day. Beautiful outdoor area
We had a wonderful brunch meal with friends. Atmosphere was amazing; sat outside in the shade where there were great views of the MIAMI port and ships and a nice breeze to keep things temperate. Food was excellent. Would definitely repeat.
The food was surprisingly good. I would definitely recommend if in the area.
I’ve been here a few times and love the atmosphere. Every time I’ve gone I have requested outside seating for a nice view to go with my meal. My favorite meal, the carbonara pizza, was not on the menu, which was sad but the waitress said they change menus seasonally which I understood. After, however, they revealed they didn’t have any French fries and had no other side options other than salad. Other than that, it was good and good for a date.
Dining outside is lovely and food was great
Beautiful lunch date on the terrace. So relaxing. Food was amazing as always.
I enjoy my time at Verde specially if the weather was nice. I feel positive as soon as I get there.
Family get together
Food and view were amazing. Waiting staff was very nice.
Nice place. Ate outside. Salads sub-par. One of the four diners said it was the worst salad she ever had. Guy said pizza was OK but not cooked enough.
I arrive just in time for my reservation (4:45pm) and the restaurant was closing at 5pm. The place is not as it looks in the pictures, it is more like a small cafeteria with some sandwiches.
Romantic? Not, as it is just a couple of dirty tables in the middle of a place where you have a lot of people walking by.
Nice view? No, as it is covered by the bushes
Parking? Yes, self parking. 8 dollars the hour and 4 dollars each additional hour.
I just don't think a small cafeteria should be in Open Table. We expect restaurants.
We had reservations for a Birthday lunch celebration.
We were seated and waited for 15 minutes before we could get help. The food was good but 3 people got food and when they were halfway finished again I had to ask for my lunch which came when the other people were finished.
The place is under staffed for Sunday and the bad service almost ruined my Birthday lunch.
I would not recommend due to poor service .
Service was awful! Food was cold. No one cared despite the complaints.
Food was delicious. Lovely to dine out under the stars.
