   Food is excellent;service a little slow. We sat inside which was empty, so noise level was low. The outside looks lovely, but they were setting up for an evening wedding plus the traffic(boat and car) noise didn’t make the outside very inviting. Especially if you are going to visit the museum, this is a great choice. Also works for afternoon performances at Arsht Center- it’s a 5-10 minute walk.

   The chopped salad topped with salmon was a nice portion and delicious. The view outside of the bay is beautiful as well as the surrounding decor. Friendly staff.

   We had shishito peppers and Branzino which were excellent. The interior design is simple and serves both museum visitors (expect families with young children) and other guests. I wish I had time to visit the PAM at the same time

   Excellent brunch/lunch. We sat outside and if the weather is good, it’s beautiful out there. Only problem is that you hear the noise from the MacArthur Causeway which can be deafening - loud cars/motorcycles revving their engines and cruise ships tooting their horns. But I guess that’s part of the Miami ambience.

   Heard about this from a friend and saw it on a list of restaurants to visit. Food is overrated. Ordered the chicken club because staff recommended it. Husband ordered the chicken under a brick. Chicken was overly salty and over cooked. Staff didn't even come to fill up the water. We waited and finally after 10 minutes, got up to get the pitcher of water ourselves. Art event with live painting happened in front of us, so there wasn't much of a view either. I've dined at art galleries. Not a typical restaurant whete you get nice architecture and a view because on this day we looked right at a crowd of people drawing a live model instead of being able to see the water view. Over-priced food for what it was. $15 parking to dine here. Experience wasn't good either. I don't mind 18% gratuity automatically being added to the bill, but I swear it's made some staff lazy and slack. Not even available to find our waiter someone a refill of their water. Would not recommend to anyone for a date. If you happen to be at the gallery, it'll do, but it's truly mediocre. Don't come for a date for sure. The person next to me in a sports bra and gym leggings. Not a nice vibe.

   Amazing place! Jane who served us is outstanding! Super sweet, friendly and informative! The view to the bay is absolutely amazing, love this place so much! Delicious food and the mango margarita is a must! Highly recommend this place!

    We were out on a special occasion and the service just fell really short of what one would expect in this awesome milieu. It was sloppy service having to get up a couple of times to ask to be serviced. We felt like we were being ignored and the place wasn’t full In th e middle of our meal a waiter dropped a half empty plate of food on the floor crashing the dishes on the floor. Accidents happen but we clear them away. Not here there the broken dish and mush remained in view and in shot of my grandson who was playing in that area on the large outdoor patio. It’s a beautiful setting but the service and offering is just meh.

    A lovely spot which suffers from a lot of noise from the highway. Sitting inside is a more serene experience but you sacrifice the breeze and some of the view.

    It’s my favorite place for brunch in midtown. Best Blueberry pancakes in the city. View is wonderful. Outdoor seating is perfect..and service amazing! My server was so attentive in every detail and took care of us all the time. I knew why because she is from NYC! 🙌

    Food and service was EXCELLENT! Truly, the food was so outstanding that we will be making this a regular lunch spot. My only criticism is the cocktails were horrendous. It's quite possible one of the worst margaritas I've ever had - taste like cheap ingredients and tons of triple sec were used, and the mango margarita, which was $17, tasted identical to the regular margarita, so we were confused why it was $3 more. Fix the cocktail menu to align with the quality and thoughtfulness that is the food menu and it would be perfection.

    We love Verde! food is wonderful (specially the apps). The location could not be better, right on the water in downtown Miami. Our server Gaby was lovely. Our only complaint is that drinks took over 20 minutes to get to our table, and food a little longer than that. We understand that restaurants are understaffed these days and we need to be patient. We love coming on Thursday nights for the live music and happy hour. Wished they were open more evenings! Great place!

    Hostess was very unprofessional. She said that they were at capacity even when several seats were clearly available. I decided to check online to validate this claim and was disappointed to find that she was not truthful and had an attitude. I decided to reserve online anyway as the restaurant was in a good location to complete the experience at the museum. As our reservation time neared, we had to deal with the same hostess yet again, only this time her excuse was no longer valid. Instead of apologizing, she quickly acted surprised and had muttered something before reluctantly showing us the table. Not sure why she was acting this way and felt targeted. Left a bad taste and will not be revisiting.

    We had a reservation went to the host and she asked us to give her a second that they were cleaning up our table, she then proceeded to sit 4 tables. 10 min later I go back and she completely forgot that she has already helped me and asked if I had a reservation again. Once we get seated the waiter doesn’t show up for at least 15 min. No water, nothing to hold us off. The only plus side to this experience was the manager, I think he saw our faces and came to our aid with water, he was super on top of all the tables but one person can only do so much. We didn’t complain but your hostess should be more attentive, we got sat at a corner and were easily forgotten. Not sure I’ll go back.

    We’ve been coming here for over 7 years as members, and the service just keeps getting worse. The food is AMAZING, but the staff is seriously lacking. While it’s completely understandable that they may be short staffed, what is not understandable is why ALL the food comes out at the same time or in an order that makes no sense (soups after entrees) or why we had to keep calling our server over to let them we are ready to order (after waiting almost 20 minutes for the to check on us) or that we were missing items. It’s incredibly disappointing as we love this place.

    The Verde Waterfront Restaurant and Bar at Pérez Art Museum Miami, is a great way to combine a day of Art with one of tranquil scenic dining. Indoors or out, it offers a choice view of Biscayne Bay encompassing the MacArthur Causeway and the majestic cruise lines at Port of Miami. Service is attentive and considerate. The menu isn't very diverse, but should provide enough selection for most people. For a full meal, I like their Chicken Under a Brick. For a quick bite, I like their Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I've also been pleased with their seafood entrees in the past.

    Verde is always a pleasant experience. Reservations are a must, esp. on weekends. Service was mediocre. It took a very long time to order coffee and dessert. Even longer until it was served. Food was very good. One of the best cappuccinos in Miami.

    The menu choices are very good ranging from brunch to dinner. Had my first ever salmon mousse with salmon roe which was delish. My friend enjoyed her chi Clem club. Highly recommend Verde.

    Changed the menu. Fewer choices. No more egg breakfast pizza. They raised their prices AND made the portions smaller. Not as good as it used to be. Prices plus $15 parking make it far too expensive for anything but a special occasion.

    The food and venue is great (a bit loud from the highway sometimes but it’s fine) the service however is soooo slow. Expect to be there for 90 minutes (can be a bit long for a work lunch). Both times I’ve gone at 12 or 1, I’ve missed my meeting scheduled for 90 mins later.

    It was my first time visiting Verde and I enjoyed the calm atmosphere outside of the restaurant. The food was incredible and the presentation of the food was beautiful as well. The service was great throughout my visit as well. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Verde and will probably come back.

    They served me very raw chicken. That’s unacceptable of any restaurant. I had a baby and couldn’t cut the chicken pieces properly before eating a whole piece of raw chicken. I called the waitress who didn’t apologize and simply offered a ‘discount’
