Great as always
We got engaged a few days ago and wanted to celebrate. They didnt address it though, but still my favorite restaurant
There were several water leaks in the back room from rain, causing large puddles on the floor in multiple areas.
Our server was awesome. So friendly and attentive
The food was delicious and close to authentic Mexican food..
Best Tacos on the south shore.
Waitress was wonderful. Chips tasted stale… cauliflower taco…. 😖😖😖 but drinks were good but small and Mexicorn was da bomb. Will try again. Different item.
Will not go here again. Very lousy service and bland food. I do not recommend.
The food and drinks were great and our server was very sweet. The only issue was the noisy group across from us but otherwise a very pleasant experience.
Our server walked passed us repeatedly and spent next to no time checking in on our table, even when we would try to get his attention. When we would finally get his attention he would forget to bring what we asked for over (drinks, napkins, etc). The food was good, though it came out 40 minutes after ordering, and certainly not enough to make up for the lack of service.
It was absolutely freezing! When I asked the server if we could move her option was to open the window. Once I warmed up a bit, she closed the window and once again I was FREEZING and told me to keep the window closed. She completely ignored my table to the point were I had to ask another server to get me another drink since I didn’t like my first one and I was trying to get her attention for 20 minutes. Food was meh, I probably wouldn’t go back again. After all of the rave reviews I heard, I was expecting to be blown out of the water but unfortunately I was not. I wound up going home and the next day making my own barbacoa tacos.
I gave the server the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was new,
But she checked on all of her other tables multiple times and didn’t even look over at us once. Very very disappointed.
Was very noisy… wasn’t too pleased with the smell of the place…
Margaritas were delicious but service was extremely slow. Waited over 15 minutes to be given menu info or drink orders taken. They ran out of the special that 2 of the party wanted. Music was too loud and difficult to hear conversation.
Best place around to get a variety of margaritas!! This place never disappoints ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Flies in the green house, everyone swatting all dinner. disappointed that it was decided shrimp tacos weren’t included in the 10 pack though the menu (scanned menu) indicates otherwise. $22 is pricy for 3 mediocre, small, “street” tacos without any sides included. Cauliflower tacos were delicious. Did get rice and beans on side anf they were good but $6 was pricey for each side. Upscale costs, but not for upscale dining in my opinion. Service was excellent!! If something is listed on the menu, it should be honored.
Always such great service and relaxed atmosphere. Truly the best margaritas around, my favorites spicy pepper and the jalapeño cucumber. Tried the chorizo Quesadillas.... yum-o!!!
The only issue we had was when we were be seated the hostess told us we had an hour and an half to eat and drink. It irked us. It was my wife’s birthday and we felt a little rushed. Wish they put that note when we made the reservation, we would have gone somewhere else.
I’ve been here many times before but it was my friends first time. We came for brunch and my one friend loves the Hibiscus Mamosa! I personally love their strawberry lemonade it’s so fresh! And the corn pancakes are deliciously sweet.
Had a great time! Food was great, ambiance was great. Only problem was the overly-energetic waiters who kept trying to take away our food! Came to our table FOUR times to take away a huge platter of dinner for four. Finally one of us said something. Small problem but they need to fix it. We go out to dinner with friends to eat and talk and don't like being constantly interrupted by wait staff.
We love your happy hour !
Tacos and margs are fabulous!!
Our food was so good. The service was amazing. My husband and I both had the skirt steak. Perfectly cooked. For an app. We had the fluke ceviche..we’ve never had it with that fish before. It was amazing. The plantains were phenomenal. We also had the side of black beans which were so tasty with a Kick of heat. I must say their spicy margarita is the best around. We can’t wait to go back.
Ceviche and some tacos lacked flavor. Margaritas & SERVICE were great
We love Verde! We go there everytime that we're in Bay Shore and the food is consistently delicious!
We made a reservation for 5 short notice for Sunday brunch. We waited at the bar for a while for a table to open up that was big enough for all 5 of us. Every time we visit, the bartender Dakota is very good and attentive with solid suggestions. The manager was very accommodating and polite. We come here often for brunches and will continue to do so!
Portions were Small. Food was bland and unimpressive. Menu was limited for lunch.
Me and my wife came for Valentines Day dinner. Kyle was our waiter. Service was excellent and amazing. Food came out quick. Everyone is so helpful. Beautiful setting didn’t feel rushed. Keep up the great work will eat here again. The steak is so tender and that is being cooked at well done. The ceviche is stunning and that is coming from a couple who spent their honeymoon in Mexico. Very authentic food here
The tacos are delicious and the margaritas are amazing!
Had a 7 O'clock reservation on Valentine's day. We were seated immediately and were never rushed to get up. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. Very relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back again.
The Oaxacan Market for two is delicious and so much food. Visited tonight for Galentine’s with two of my best pals. We had the guacamole and the Oaxacan Market dish and that was plenty! Add a few mezcal cocktails and the tres leches cake and you get three very satisfied customers!
It was our anniversary the manager gave the first round on him that was nice!.
Anything with tequila AMAZING!
This place is amazing and the bartender is the best!
Yummy, yummy in my tummy :)
The food was delicious, the drinks were perfect. Great night with family and friends!
The food was good but we had a large party and were seated near the bar. Way too loud to talk and a bit dark. Food was good and staff was great
The food and service was amazing. We got a taco platter for two and it was so delicious. The food is so authentic and you can tell the wait staff knows what they are talking about when they describe the food. Drinks were also great!
Mixed review. Success of dishes varied. I really enjoyed the carnitas tacos and the skirt steak. The mole was just ok. The fluke cerviche was a fail. Cocktails were small, mostly ice and super slow. Service was lacking. Water refills were hard to come by.
Order anything- it was all amazing. Great food, great drinks, great service, great place.
The food was good... not great, it was very fresh & cooked very very good. The only reason I say only good , as it was really seasoned bur with the fresh ingredients it was good. The skillet queso was probably our favorite & the most flavorful dish. The fish tacos were good, again fresh white meat fish, crunchy, but bland. The brisket taco as also tasty. The rice & beans were good the plaintains were very good with a hint of lime which I liked. The hubby had the Verde Margarita he liked. I had 2 Coconut pineapple Margaritas...very tasty. That being said, since it was my birthday we splurged on the warm donuts. We shared the 3 and they were delicious...possibly had the most flavor other than the Queso. It's a nice place, but I really think it is too $$$ for what you get (tacos) . The hubby wanted to try something new, but being that it was my "birthday dinner" I wish we would have stuck with Don Quixote in Bayport. It is not a bad place, just overpriced for the food. But I say Give it a try... The food was good, Service was excellent, just pricey.
Was a rain soaked night . Food was good . Sat at the rear atrium area which had puddling on floor . Overall nice time and will be back.
Surf and turf tacos, steak to die for, micheladas and mojitos. This place hits out of the park every time! Great service and a look alike James Franco
Very nice night out with delicious food. I do miss the shrimp and avocado tacos, but everything else was phenomenal!
