    Overall good experience. Wasn’t extraordinary but really good. Didn’t get 5 stars because everything was as expected but not that extra above and beyond. Food was good. Prices are kind of steep but expected that. Would go back.

    Great food with awesome selection and quality. Coffee was a bit weak and service was pleasant but seemed short staffed so we had to clear our own plates sometimes.

    We had the weekend buffet and we’ve done this a few times over the last few years. It has always been consistently tasty. The service is exceptional and they all do everything they can to make an enjoyable experience.

    Wonderful breakfast experience. Varied menu with a vegan menu for diet-restricted diners. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. The hotel’s holiday decor was very nice but room was somewhat basic.

    If mediocrity, indifference and slowness had a baby it would be Verandah on thanksgiving day. There’s not enough room for me to write fully the series of events that unfolded during our dinners however he’s a short summary. Let’s start with the food: my turkey dinner inedible and arrived cold and was so salty and remarkably bland at the same time I couldn’t eat it. My husbands steak was cooked wrong and once they rectified that his fish was ice cold. The soup, although relatively tasty was served in a Mason like jar that made you lose the will to eat because you couldn’t get the soup out without tilting the jar. Did I mention the jar was too hot to touch? So by the time you could actually eat your soup it was cold. Desert was average at best. A trio of sad little miniature pies. Last but not least the bread was so dry and hard I suspect it must have been made a few days prior.. With regards to timing: do you enjoy waiting 30 minutes for the aforementioned stale bread? Then this is the place for you. It took almost 40 minutes for the first course to arrive. Another 15 after that for soup. Service: We were never offered a wine menu. Those 30 agonizing minutes waiting for anything resembling food: our server nowhere to be found. We never saw her until an hour into this adventure of food disaster. When the meal was nearly done and dessert was served I was presented with a dirty spoon with dried food crusted all over it. The manager did pop by when our mains were wrong. But never appeared again. To say she was the embodiment of apathy is an understatement. Four seasons should be embarrassed by how this place is run and how mediocre the food is. Will never return.

    We had Thanksgiving dinner here. It was a fixed menu which sounded delicious. However, when we received our main meal it was such a disappointment. The Turkey entrees was luke warm and all dried out. Those tin our party hat ordered the beef and fish received filets that were undercooked and fish was cold. Although the restuarant seem to have plenty of staff the service was very slow. I can blame some of our negative experience on being a holiday, but not the poor food part.

    Good take on an expected Thanksgiving meal. Service was friendly and efficient. Bartender was excellent. Dessert could have been better. Loved the leftover bags and the pumpkin bread loaf gift.

    Chef Michael Goodman is a culinary genius and a hospitality legend. The dinner at Veranda was the greatest dining experience of our lives. While this seems like outrageous hyperbole, it is all true.

    Lovely outdoor seating area just after sunset made it a perfect setting. Attentive service that Four Seasons is renowned for also made it a great evening. Food was nicely done too, mushroom ravioli especially good

    When I made the reservations several months ago, I was told their Sunday buffet brunch lasted until 3 pm. Whe the 4 of us arrived for a 2 pm reservation, we found that they had closed the buffet at 1 pm. We were able to order food, and the others at the table liked their meals. My breakfast was overcooked--eggs over well vs over easy--which was very disappointing, since the breakfast was simple but well over $20. I don't think we will be back.

    Went on a recommendation from a friend and expected so much more. This was disappointing all around. The weekend buffet was reasonably priced for Vegas but the food was more in line with mid-level options. It is worth about half of what you'll pay. Everything was edible but nothing stood out. The food was okay. The service was okay. The ambience was okay. Nothing was good or great.
