Los Fuegos – Faena Hotel Miami Beach
Major social event in Argentina, the asado (an open-fire barbecue) marks a time when friends and family gather around traditional dishes and spend an afternoon catching up. It is as much about tradition and being together as it is about food. Our Sunday family style menu features a variety of dishes typically served among families on weekends.
Los Fuegos offers Indoor and Al-Fresco seating (outdoor terrace)
Due to limited availability, Indoor seating is not guaranteed

This is the third and last time we go to Los Fuegos. Everytime we face the same problem. We arrive on time and they always say that the restaurant is full and we need to await at the bar. They clearly want us to spend some extra money as the restaurant has sufficient room to accommodate us. The hosters are always upnose and very umpleasant. It is a Pitty that a good restaurant has such a bad reception.
Excelente como siempre, nada falla. Y todo en un ambiente bien Faena
Great grilled options. Everything tastes semi-burned and delicious. Highly recommend for meat and fish lovers.
Anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint. Get the skirt stake entree. It’s amazing! Great selection of wine and excellent service.
In the price category there are many better choices both for food and atmosphere!
Great food! ... nice atmosphere for a romantic night
This was our second time dining here for lunch during Miami Spice. We enjoyed both visits and will return. Unfortunately, the food did not seem as excellent the second time as the first. Too much salt in the salmon tartar. Other than that it is a wonderful restaurant.
- Skirt steak was very good
- All the food and drinks were awesome
- Waiter was a little awkward and got distracted at times
Went for Miami Spice lunch. Nice setting but quiet since it was a weekday in the off-season. Had lamb empanda and grilled sweet corn for appetizers, churros I and catch of the day for entrees, and Apple crostata and dulce de Le he flan for dessert. All dishes were very good and nicely presented. Good services as well. Good value for Spice - otherwise overpriced.
Excellent in all respects, the same quality and level as the Faena in Buenos Aires, the meat was espectacular and the service matched it. We went for brunch which is a typical Argentinian Asado, on ordering lamb I requested mint sauce, which they did not have, however the chef Jose said he will make, and it was the best mint sauce I had ever tried. The place is espectacular, it is a little gem, highly recommendable.
Went for Miami Spice lunch. Walking into the Faena Hotel's entrance hall with murals evokes the sensation of Versailles at Iguazu. Quite an impressive foyer if you are not a minimalist. In the restaurant, service was attentive and warm. Cocktails were some of the best we've tasted this spice season, albeit pricey at $18. Meal was tasty with good portions. Definitely a thumbs up.
Need to increase value to price
Check in can be better
Food good not amazing
Perfect. Every bite of food was amazing. Tuna tartar, beef carpaccio were perfect and the octopus was the best I have had. For the main we shared a selection of meat and to my surprise the skirt steak was a standout, not something I would normally order. The lamb chops were fantastic as well. I had the dulce de leche pancake which is more of a crepe and was delicious. Worth every penny.
I went there to meet friends that were visiting Miami. Each time I went there I love most!
Loved it! We have been at the restaurant 3 times, and it has never disappointed us.
great restaurant, everything was a little over-salted, but they made up for it
I have been dying to go to Los Fuegos forever as I had heard only great things. We went there for Miami Spice which usually gives you a pretty good calibration for a restaurant: what a disappointment! we had to ask three times for the Spice menu until we grudgingly were handed two for a table of four; except for the Milanese there was no meat on the menu - sad for a place that prides itself for its carne. Three of us decided to pay the 25.00 pp upgrade for the “parillada” experience. What these 75.00 on top of the 120.00 we paid for the regular menu got us was one morcilla, one chorizo, one Milanese, two tiny bites of grouper, one sliced potato, a tomato and a couple of asparagus spears. In terms of quantity, clearly not a good deal. Luckily- or unluckily, the quality was so poor that most of the food went back untouched, the Milanese and the fish were overly salty, the veggies bland and the sausages just ok. Our friend decided to go a la carte and was not overwhelmed either. Dessert was good but together with the drinks we spent 500.00 for the four of us. Definitely not worth going back to. It seems there are two types of restaurants participating in Miami Spice: those who want to showcase their unique and wonderful cuisine and entice customers to come back as regulars and those who just try to lure in people to fill empty tables and either force them to eat off the regular menu or see them as inferior guests and clearly never want to have them back in there establishment again. It’s very obvious which category Los Fuegos belongs to.
If possible go to Pao, same hotel, but a much better experience and food.
I eat steak 2-3 times a week, I love fine dining, and cook rib eye often at home. I can honestly say, this is the best steak I have ever eaten in my life! It was amazing. 30 ounce bone-in ribeye. The flavor was like nothing I have had before, total perfection. This is the goal when one has a good streak.. although it is rarely if ever achieved to this degree. Every bite was just amazing, filled with endless flavor. 5 Stars! Wonderful restaurant and hands down the best steak I have ever eaten in my life. My wife agrees. Amazing.
The food at Los Fuegos is really good, but expect it to be expensive. The environment and service is great. It is a great place to get together but do not expect to pay less than $120 per person including a glass of wine. We ordered just a bottle of wine for 4 people and just 4 little empanadas to share and a main course each one. We had a wonderful dinner. The parking is also pricy but that is expected from a place like this.
The food was very good but the experience was ruined by the unpleasant heat at the patio. I asked to be seated inside but they said it was not posible even though I had made the reservation several days in advance. After complaining about the heat, they turned on a very noisy industrial floor fan that made it even worse. After the appetizer they offered to give us a table inside that took a while to clean. By the time the table was ready, we were already eating our entres quickly so we could leave the place. We ended us drinking warm rose and very disappointed. What a shame. If you plan to go there, maybe consider not going in the summer.
Frustrating that there were so many crying children at such a pricey restaurant, thereby ruining any sense of ambience.
It was a very pleasant lunch with my friends. The food was amazing and we had a great moment at Los Fuegos.
We thought the food was ok. The service was good. We won't be back.
Dj Richie Hell was amazing and food by Chef Cristian Menendez was deliciousssss.
The Miami Spice lunch menu offered several delectable choices and superseded our expectations. Everything was fresh, scrumptious and the service was friendly and professional. The prices on the regular menu reflect that this is a fairly high end restaurants but the specials are a bargain.
Portion size small. The “ny strip” was thinly sliced palomilla steak. The desert was a grilled sliced pineapple. They shouldn’t bother participating in Miami Spice. The venue is very nice though.
We enjoyed a delicious meal at the beautiful Faena hotel with friends and the highlight of the evening was meeting Chef Mallman.
No complaints , really I love the hotel , bar and restaurant, perfect to spend all day
We had an 8:15 reservation and checked in shortly after that but didn’t get seated until 9:20.
Increíble experiencia. De lo mejor de Miami. Muy buena calidad de alimentos y bebidas con excelente servicio.
Very nice location with ver attentive service withou being intrusive, very knowledgeable of the food and accurate recommendations, appetizers were great, main courses were good but not impressive. More meats and “asado” type food will be expected in a place called los fuegos. A nice experience overall
We have a very nice get together
The food was great
To Much Décor for just little food ...
Tried to get us to the outside area! No way, Its a poor pool area with NO charm at all. We waited 15 minutes to sit inside, with is nice.
We didn't like the meal at all. I had a NY Strip. Great meat terribly made! Soo much butter/chimichury sauce that I couldn't taste my steak!
My wife's was even even worst. Skirt steak floating in chimichury!!!! She didn't eat it.
I do not recommend this restaurant for the food. Ambience is good IF you sit inside.
The experience was divine. Everything was outstanding.
We knew the chef so that helped but most of the items we ordered we moderately good. I wouldn't rush to go back but overall to the hotel is beautiful and it's a fun scene, so worth the try.
We went for the Miami Spice and the menu was very good. We enjoy the diner. Services was very nice.
