Born from a passion for the ancient art of South American live-fire cooking, Argentine grillmaster Francis Mallmann creates a contemporary asado experience with an open-fire kitchen, local ingredients and a gaucho’s touch to transform traditional rustic recipes into sophisticated, savory dishes.

Sunday Asado:
Major social event in Argentina, the asado (an open-fire barbecue) marks a time when friends and family gather around traditional dishes and spend an afternoon catching up. It is as much about tradition and being together as it is about food. Our Sunday family style menu features a variety of dishes typically served among families on weekends.

Si bien la calidad en todos los aspectos es excelente, el precio me parece un poco alto.

After a subpar experience last time, Los Fuegos hit the mark last night. The filet empanadas were amazing, grapefruit salad excellent, and bone in ribeye and surf and turf were prepared perfectly. Open fire grilling gives the food incredible flavor.

Malo eñ servicio
Entradas estaban bien: pulpo y tartar
Main course: platos frios. Pedimos entrañas termino medio, estaban pasadas.
Un aderezo en la ensalada muy acido
Postre: pedí un crepe. Le Reiteré a chica que solo queria el crepe con manjar y me lo teajo con helado y naranja, elementos que yo no queria

Waiter really cold and rude. Made us feel very uncomfortable and not pleasant. Food today was well below expectations. Oily empanadas and meat too cooked for the medium ordered.

I’m Argentine and have dined in many Mallmann”s restaurants over the years. None of them have dissapointed me but Los Fuegos. Dishes were plain, dull, neither creative nor authentic. It does not worth the money at all.

A few minor things that threw the night off. Repeating myself about the reward card and having to mention it in front of the birthday lady. I arrived early to have this taken care of and that still didn't work. Two different servers tried to assist us and glad we had LUIS! Awesome young man very attentive and happy birthday today!! Happy to go more in detail.

Nice atmosphere, excellent food, the waiter was displicent and make some mistakes and was very slow to manage the service.
There were very few people, so there is not any excuse.
I understand is an exception in a magnificent restaurant.
Anyway I will come back

Good Miami spice menu. Food very good although the meat was overdone. Wine list very scarce on under 80 bottles. Good service and great atmosphere with live music.

I booked a dinner for Miami Spice and the waiter told us they didn’t had it, after having a regular course meal and leaving the place we found out they did.

Food was good, service was good in general but slow. We had a big table beside us and that kept the waiter busy instead of give us another waiter. We got a complementary dessert for our anniversary, it was a nice gesture.

lunch at Los Fuegos was fabulous and soooo worth it. For appetizers the black and blue salmon which was outstanding, the grilled sweet corn with smoked butter, Parmesan and parsley aioli, was very good but the salmon is the one to go for. For entree we had the catch of the day which was snapper with a tapenade crust, red bell pepper purée and a small salad of fresh herbs, it was delicious. For dessert the dulce de leche flan, was ok, but nothing to rave about. The lemon tart that was much better.
A wine tasting trio, ($25) a white (torrentes) dry and fruity, very good. A red (Malbec) with was to die for! And a sweet dessert wine (a white Malbec I think) that was absolutely delicious too, elegant, not overly sweet, it reminded me of a French dessert wine I’ve had before but I can remember the name. Overall a fantastic lunch option that should not be passed, with superb service and a decadently elegant atmosphere.

I put in the OpenTable comments on reservation that it was an anniversary dinner. I also reminded the hostess that it was our anniversary dinner and she said yes, they know. Los Fuegos did absolutely nothing special for our anniversary dinner.... not even a free dessert.

The meal had it's incredible ups, where you think: "wow, I didn't know food could be this good." The tuna tartare was the best I've ever had by a long shot. The signature dish - a breaded fillet with potatoes was perfectly prepared. The wine list is great including an ice malbec. Also, the house whiskey is interesting and worth the order. But the meal also had many things that were just okay. The tomato summer salad and the eggplant milanese were flavorful starters but not spectacular. The snapper and the NY strip were decent but not things we would order again. Dessert, a brioche cake with cream, wasn't impressive. A couple of the cocktails were unbalanced and too sweet.

The ambience and the service were very good. Unfortunately my meat and lobster were warm, presented over a grid with almost no source of heat.
The vegetables were good but the potatoes stayed too much time in the oven, hard in the edges

If you enjoy grilled food, a wonderful choice. While menu focuses on meat, there are non-meat options from which to choose. The hotel in which the restaurant is situated is definitely something to see. That the restaurant is situated within such an extraordinary surroundings adds to the experience.

What can you say about this place that you wouldn’t expect if you’ve already been before?

Chilled beet soup with grilled leek and mint leaf was absolutely insane, as was the prime tenderloin empanada. Grapefruit arugula salad super fresh and lots of cheese...super tasty!

Lastly, the skirt steak churasco was perfect as usual here, and the potatoes may be among the best I’ve ever had in a steakhouse.

My girlfriend got the tuna tartare and it was possibly the freshest I’ve had in all of Miami. Outstanding!

Flourless dark chocolate cake with Greek yogurt a phenomenal ending.

PS: White Negroni. Just get it.

6 out of 5 stars.

Not good. Overcooked lamb rack. Service terrible check had 18% gratuity added but did not tell us and space on check for tip. We were only people in dining room! A few tables of hotel guests outside with kids and adults wearing shorts and flip flops. This is not a cool place. It is a hotel dining room, nothing more!
