Our server was very innatentive to the table needs. She did not talk about the menu choices (we went there during miami spice ) we had to constantly ask for more water, more butter for the bread, steak knives, etc... The place was not even full. We went for lunch, only 2 tables were being served. Not what I expected from a restaurant inside the Faena hotel. Overall the place is beautiful and the food was very good. Hope they can offer better service so that the next customers can have an amazing experience.

I have been following Francis Mallmann for a while and must say the experience did not disappoint. I was just a bit surprised by the portion of meat as it was quite small but overall taste and quality AMAZING. Highly recommended to visit Los Fuegos and Faena hotel while in Miami.

Our experience was extremely negative with the quality of the food, which was nothing short of a disaster. However, what does stand-out with incredible detail, was the outstanding service by our waiter Chris! Who is an exceptional person in every aspect of detail you could ever ask for. We truly enjoyed him for being so committed to making this right for us. However, this is on the Chef, not Chris. When someone is recognized for his dedication when everything else can go wrong! This is a chic and elegant restaurant in the gorgeous Faena Hotel. Excellent food prepared with care. Each course was served seamlessly and presented professionally. Our waiter John and his team made us feel so welcomed. A great experience.

The food was delicious and distinctive. The ambience is lush and inviting. But perhaps best of all, the staff from beginning to end were welcoming, well-informed, kind, and incredibly efficient. They made our daughter’s going away lunch very warm and special. Thank you!

From the ambience to the service 10/10! I want to come back because the experience was so great. The lamb empanadas were amazing but the start of the show was the Bronzino! Wow! The best I’ve ever had! The cocktails were amazing as well and I loved the live band. This is the perfect spot for a date out if you want to go have a fine dinner with cocktails.

This is a beautiful, upscale restaurant in a gorgeous hotel. Very swanky and perfect for a night out with friends or a loved one. The food is good but not amazing (all 5 of us felt that way), so the prices are on the high side. Would I come back? Yes for the right occasion.

Love this restaurant. Food a bit overpriced for what you get. My sea bass was delicious, my husband's Mallmann’s Beef Tenderloin ‘Milanesa’ was just a B. Ambiance was perfect and beautiful. Excellent service - although we could barely hear our waitress - it was like she was whispering!

Didn’t realize w a 3:30 reservation kitchen closed at 4:00 Not the sort of dining experience you want to rush We did get our order in and had a wonderful experience Ambiance of restaurant was great. Server friendly and anticipation high, though I cannot imagine the quality of the food served would ever have been acceptable to FMallmann himself. It was just ok for the price! I’ll stick to a local highly rated and not expect to get what this famous chefs name should imply Sad

Everyone and everything was superb. Everyone was extremely professional, kind and accommodating from Claudia the host to Alejandro the manager to the wait staff to bartenders and the bus boys and girls. Food was excellent. We had empenadas, salad, beef milanese, Chilean sea bass, half chicken, the dulce de leche flan and the creme brule. All extremely delicious and satisfying. Quality meals and just right portions. The live music from the bar across the way was a great addition. Ssooo fun! The singers, band and dj sets were very entertaining. A vibe and great mixture of talent. Beautiful experience overall. Thanks all! Another special thank you to Alejandro for being very understanding and just amazing at his job. Faena is lucky to have you Sir.

Great food and service. The wood grilled prawn salad is to die for and the pancake for desert is just wow. We came for lunch 3 times in 7 days from a different hotel because the food is soo good.
