   Enjoyed a quiet dinner with my wife here. Service was fantastic, staff were super friendly, the food exceeded expectations. Will definitely be returning.

   Sadly, the food was pretty good. I say sadly because the house level is INSANE! The service was ridiculous. “I’ll bring your drinks and bread.” 30 minutes later, the drinks arrive. 15 minutes after that, the appetizers arrive. Five minutes after that, the main course arrives. 10 minutes after that, the bread arrives. AND, if you tend to blame the insane noise level on the patrons, not that the entire interior is all hard surfaces, the ceiling and all the walls. Like a small bathroom echo chamber. Obviously, the management doesn’t care one bit for customer experience.

   The environment is dated and the seats in the booths were so old there was no cushion in some on the areas. The food waaay subpar and people rave over this place. The lettuce wraps had cubed chicken that you could tell had been sitting in a warmer for hours. Terrible experience overall and the cocktails on par with a chain style ownership. Everything was closed on a Monday in Lincoln, so gave this a try based on reviews. I assume the same reviews think Applebees is a culinary art.

   Every aspect was good except it was so noisy in the dining room we couldn’t conduct a decent conversation with our guests from out of town. We will it take-out next time so we can relate to our guests.

    We really enjoyed this restaurant! We had the shrimp cocktail, 7 oz Filet Mignon, and the Pistachio scallops. All was very good. Service was wonderful and the decor is beautiful. We would definitely go again. Get reservations because this is a popular restaurant. The negative…we were charged for an appetizer that we did not order or receive…the spinach and artichoke dip. Not too happy with the extra charge but didn’t notice until we were home. I am sure they would have rectified the mistake had we caught it before we left.
