Venue Restaurant & Lounge is a full-service restaurant in Lincoln, NE. We specialize in affordable quick-service lunches while presenting a fine dining chef-inspired dinner service. Join us and our Executive Chef Geoff Wendland for Lincoln's best steaks, delicious seafood, fresh salads, appetizers, pizzas and more. With desserts prepared by our Pastry Chef Linda Erhart and steaks hand-cut in-house by our butcher Jesse Laney. We also offer Catering and Event Services with a large variety of delicious items for any event from an intimate wedding reception to a glamorous business dinner. We have your event venue covered with our selection of 5 private dining rooms, as well as two downtown ballrooms with the Jasmine Room and the Scottish Rite Ballroom.

From the moment we arrived, the hostess greeted us warmly, acknowledging our special occasion with genuine enthusiasm. The staff who served our drinks also congratulated us, making us feel truly special. Our server was incredibly attentive despite a busy night, ensuring every detail was perfect. The medium-rare rib eye was cooked to absolute perfection—juicy—and the fried potato salad was a delightful surprise. To top it all off, we were treated to a delicious complimentary dessert that capped the night beautifully. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience! Thank you.

    The Hostess greeted us and ask about who was having a birthday. It was my Fiance'. We were seated immidiately. I can't say enough about our waitress. She gave us time to decide...MY fiance' had the Salmon, Shrimp, and Scallops. I had the New York strip marinaded in red wine sauce. DELICIOUS...WAS A NICE EVENING

    Our waiter was so sweet and took great care of us . You would tell her really enjoyed his job!! Food was great just wish you would bring back an entree with the pan seared tuna it is always the best !!!

    Our wait staff never came back to refill water glasses, the sauce on pasta was hardly there and made for a very dry meal. Disappointed this visit, normally it’s great

    Brussel sprout appetizer was lukewarm and shrimps were hard--almost inedible. Despite having a reservation, they seemed to be debating a long time where to sit us. Overall, disappointing, especiallyfor a birthday dinner. Drinks, service, and desserts were good.

    I feel for being an upscale restaurant you should have enough drink menus for each table & the booths shouldn't be cracked. I also feel that you should state more boldly on the menu that you have to request something to be gluten free (it isn't automatically even though there's a GF by the item). The menu is misleading
