    We LOVE the venue! We save going there for special occasions! The food is outstanding. Our server romano was an absolute gem. Polite, quick, friendly, accommodating &amp; we will ask for him every time we go!

    We had a fabulous dinner at the Venue. Our waitress Emily was attentive and helpful when we had questions. The food was truly Fabulous. We each had something different and each entree was delicious. The room was busy but quiet enough that we were able to visit with our friends for two hours, and catch up. We'll be back!

    We dined with another couple. The shrimp cocktail was delicious . Myself and one other person at our table ordered the fried chicken . The chicken was excellent, but we had to ask our server to warm up our food. Everything was just warm, not warm enough . Second time around it was perfect ! We had an enjoyable evening.

    The food was amazing, my friends got the pizza and it was huge, for the price. I got the salmon and it was so tiny for the price. It only came with broccoli and asparagus. I just don’t feel that was worth the price. But honestly, that is my only complaint. It was so good. I’m gluten free and dairy free and I didn’t get sick at all.

    The food at Venue is predictably interesting and delicious! It's a wonderful place to dine for a special occasion. Our wine and dinners were excellent. When we first were seated at our table at 6:45, the noise level was quite high. As some tables left, it became quieter, for which we were grateful. It's always a treat to dine at Venue!

    We have always had a good meal at Venue. We were there for our anniversary and they had a happy anniversary page on our table. They also brought over two glasses of Prosecco which was very good. The only issue was they just could not get my wife's steak cooked well done. I even told them to butterfly it but they didn't. We sent it back and it came back warmer but not well done. However, she did eat it and the manager came over and saw it was still medium to medium rare and took it off our bill. We will go back again but I don't think my wife will order steak....

    Venue has been my go-to restaurant since it opened - for special occasions and not-so-special occasions. It is THE place to take out-of-town visitors, which I did last night. We all really enjoyed our meals. Last night I had surf 'n turf (scallops and steak)...outstanding! Lunch at Venue is the best deal around. My only difficulty is choosing between all of the entrees available. (I've tried them all, and they are all excellent.)

    The bread was hard even when we asked for a new batch. Our server was absolutely awful. Very rude and we saw her speaking to another guest for about 20 minutes. Only my husband got a refill. I got no refill. When we sat down, she never even asked what we wanted to drink and we had to give our drink order later (she still never asked). When I’d say thank you, she said “mmhmmm.” She seemed annoyed that I was playing a mobile game at dinner. Really not pleased with our server at all.

    Two couples for a 7 PM reservation for dinner. Seated on time, orders taken and cocktails served. It took about an hour to get our food order. We didn't get the salad dressing we ordered. We didn't get the onion straws we ordered and paid for, either. The mashed potatoes and French fries were cold. I suspect our order must have sat in the preparation area for some time. It was a disappointing meal at the Venue and not what we usually experience at the Venue.

    A suggested selection from a friend. I ordered Homemade noodles-Alfredo with broccoli-rich and delicious. My date had cracker crusted chicken dinner-he never orders chicken-and really enjoyed the entire dish. Our waitress was attentive, however, at the end of the meal she tossed the bill on our table (no folder) just a curled receipt. I looked around thinking maybe that was how they did things at Venue...nope several tables in her section also received their check at the same time. When the credit card was presented...again no folder. A small thing, but seemed odd and out of character.

    Our work group of 7 had a wonderful meal, tasty drinks and great service! Filet mignon was perfectly cooked; Brussels sprouts were tasty and drinks were satisfying!

    Always enjoy visiting the venue, it provides a classic and quality experience. The service is always great. Though it did seem a bit busy at the time I visited around 6 PM. Some of the ingredients for the appetizer was missing. As well as some of my vegetables and my dish were still a bit undercooked. But honestly felt it was probably because they were busy and the staff might’ve been a bit overwhelmed so honestly it wasn’t anything that was majorly disappointing just a wee bit. Our desserts were perfect and the service was great regardless the experience was good and I would go again!

    Perfect restaurant for celebrating birthday. Food was excellent. For seniors the option for 4 oz salmon and filet mignon was the perfect size and tasty. We will definitely be back!

    I made a reservation for myself, Mother and sister. They came into town to visit me from STL. We arrived on time for the reservation. There was not a soul to get us seated. No staff were anywhere to be found, except a couple eating in a dining room by the window. We waited for approx. 15 minutes without being helped, seated or acknowledged from anyone whatsoever. I was extremely ashamed because I heard nothing but outstanding reviews of this venue. Our steak was tough. My mother could not eat it, and either could I. My sister had the BBQ chicken pizza which was excellent! I believe if we were seated and acknowledged we could have made this work! Thanks, Nicole Parmley

    Overall service was great and most of the food was excellent. My steak which was the most expensive part of the meal was over cooked. A good sign of a popular and successful restaurant is the phones were ringing off the hook. However is was very distracting to listen to them non-stop.

    We downsized from a table for 12 to a table for six on the spot and at the time of our reservation. The hostess and waitress were completely cooperative and helpful in that process. we also needed to move fairly quickly through our meal, and the waitress and chef cooperated perfectly. Excellent!

    We love Venue for business or personal lunches. The staff is always helpful with their recommendations, but you can't go wrong with ANY entre or appetizer! The variety is perfect. There's something for everyone, and I personally appreciate the amount of truly healthy options available for people looking for balanced dishes that are elevated and delicious.

    This was a bizarre dining experience. The little girls waitressing were only there to hustle orders as fast as possible. Separate men dressed like chefs, who clearly weren't, brought our courses with indiscriminate timing. It was loud, dirty and deeply disappointing. DO NOT GO THERE!
