Four of us had dinner here. We shared 3 small plates and we each ordered our own pasta dishes. The two of us who ordered the boar ragu and lamb ragu were pleased with our portions. The two who ordered the squash/truffle pasta were disappointed as their portions were half the size of the ragu portions. The flavors were amazing in all the pastas but the discrepancy in proportions was disconcerting.
We were getting together with friends and our criteria included a talkable noise level, relatively easy parking and delicious food. This met all our criteria and we had an excellent reunion.
Great neighborhood spot with fantastic food. Casual dining, great bar.
Celebrating friends’ birthdays
Really enjoyed the chef’s sample menu.
Restaurant has a great space with great food options. Overall the experience was great however the hostess was abrupt and a little cold...not very personable.
The best restaurant I’ve been to in the city of Seattle.
Menu did not carry out what they advertised.
What happened fingerling potatoes and Swiss chard with NY Strip? Only NY Strip was served.
Risotto and rigatoni was too salty
We had a great first experience at Vendemmia. It won’t be our last!
We ordered an assortment of small plates—-loved everything, but favorites were the brussels sprouts and the snap peas with Dungeness crab! Yum! We ordered the rib steak and scallops, and really couldn’t finish it! Everything was perfectly and beautifully prepared. The wait staff is AWESOME, and the restaurant is truly top notch. We can’t wait to get back!!
Two couples. Great conversation. Great food. We’ll be back.
Excellent food, presentation, taste, interesting combinations.
My husband and I ate at Vendemmia for restaurant week. The food was good, though the portions were on the small side. The service was so quick that we felt rushed.
Came here during Seattle’s fall restaurant week. Enjoyed dinner and drinks, but I’m always thrown by an RW specific menu. I prefer experiencing items from the everyday/typical menu. Would recommend either way.
The restaurant was freezing. The heat was turned on at opening. The hard seats need cushions.
Restaurant Week is a zoo, and anything can happen to cloud your impressions of a new place. But we would not have discovered Vendemmia w/o RW, so we are very grateful. The food was imaginative, you dine just feet away from the chefs, and we will definitely be back. To be specific, loved the seared scallops, risotto w/ black pepper, albacore crudo, pear sorbet, and burrata crostini.
We love Vendemmia as a friendly gourmet neighborhood restaurant and they offer one of the best menus for Seattle Restaurant Week
Best scallops I've had in a long time! All the appetizers were delicious.
We had a great evening at Vendemmia. Excellent service and food. Lots of variety on the menu from which to choose and the portions are good for sharing. There is enough that each of us got to really try a dish rather than each getting a tablespoon. This is one of my favorite neighborhood spots.
Great neighborhood spot. Everything on the menu is good and the vibe is nice and laid back.
Consistently good! We love this little Madrona neighborhood gem. The service is always top notch and don’t EVEN get me started on the heavenly pasta!
wonderful food and wine pairings. also a great happy hour
Love this restaurant. Consistently fantastic food.
Great location for people-watching while enjoying a beautifully cooked meal. Nice combinations of ingredients and friendly agreeable service.
Great food, the oysters were the best I’ve had prepared in a long time. We had the braised duck and wild boar pasta dishes. Both prepared perfectly. My only gripe is that the service felt rushed like they were trying to flip the tables. All in all I would definitely go back.
A really cozy and wonderful neighborhood restaurant. As before, the food was simply outstanding. Will be back!
We ordered Vendemmia's "tasting menu" so we tried several items on their menu. Each was quite good and we are a tough sell when dinner is $50/person.
Really excellent pasta. Panna cotta is worth a visit :)
not as good as it once was. the menu was not overly appetizing. the food wasn't as good as it once was.
Wonderful little place in Madrona. Perfect for a HH dinner stop on our way home.
Every dish is thoughtfully prepared and presented.
Food was very well prepared and presented. The staff was very accommodating. The open kitchen is a very nice feature. We would go back.
We love Vendemmia.
Exceptional food and impeccable service. The Hamachi Crudo and the Snap Peas with Dungeness Crab were faves. Also loved the pork chop and agnolotti.
Loved it, Oysters on the 1/2 shell were awesome, great wines, enjoyed vegetable and pasta dishes.
While the food is always delicious, the service is consu
Went for happy hour. Great food, drinks and cost is very reasonable
We dined here after having wine and appetizers a block away. The food here is excellent. We got a last minute reservation and enjoyed the experience. We dine out regularly and this is a great place.
Great local flavors. Homemade blueberry gelato dressed with a little olive oil & sea salt flakes was perfect ending. Cocktails on point
Food and libations are pretty good as are the portions. Service is a tad slow, but it’s such a small establishment. Not dinging them for it, just forewarning anyone who is impatient.
Wonderful service, intimate atmosphere and one succulent pork chop!
The food was creatively prepared. Fresh ingredients. Great experience.
