                                        Everytime I am in Philadelphia I have to go to Vedge. It is amazing what they can do with vegetables. Delicious and so satisfying.

                                        Vedge far exeeded my expectations. I am vegan and gluten-free and their gf menu was almost identical to the normal menu. I had a wonderful selection of menu items and everything was delicious! Pricing was fair, decor was lovely, and service was wonderful

                                        My boyfriend (who is a chef) and I went to Vedge this past week. They are absolutely phenomenal from the service to the mouth watering food. Even if your every day diet is not vegan, you will LOVE this food. So much flavor!

                                        I'm not a vegetarian but Vedge opens a vegetable food vista that I never knew existed. I enjoyed vegetables that I would tell you I don't like otherwise. Even the drinks were fantastic. How do they do it? Not like mom's vegetables.

                                        They get great ingredients (where do they source such a large, sweet carrot?) and cook them imaginatively. Everything is just delicious. Highlights included the carrot, seitan, maitake mushroom, stuffed avocado, ramps, and brussels sprouts. And if feels good knowing that you are eating healthy non-processed food. The service was not as warm and friendly this past time, but that will not stop us from returning over and over.

                                        What a great, cozy place for amazingly delicious food! I met with a couple friends for dinner, choosing Vedge because of it's reputation and it did not disappoint. My friends and I shared everything we ordered and our waitress was incredibly attentive to my food allergies, writing everything down and using this to give me menu advice. She even made sure that they took the nuts off a dessert we were all sharing long after I had forgotten I mentioned it. Overall, service was great and our table was cozy and the food - everything- was incredibly delicious! Also, my friends and I chatted for a while but never felt rushed. I can't wait to go back so I can bring my daughter!
