Excellent food and excellent customer service. we really liked the singing of the happy birthday songs.
We had 3 different desserts and each one was so delicious.
Highly recommend you guys :)
It was my son’s birthday and as the restaurant was closing soon, the entire staff and both singers and other customers sang happy birthday for my son. It was a very Special memory.. I highly recommend Vaso Azzurro .. lovely people! 😊
The food was wonderful but it took a good 45 minutes to get our food and there were only a handful of other customers. We were a table of 6 so not quite sure why it took so long. Other than that this is one of my favorite Italian restaurants.
Fun venue with very warm and attentive service. Food very good. Sound level is very loud. Excellent live music!
The service was perfect and we enjoyed our meals very much. Since I'm plant-based, I was very happy that they have vegan and vegetarian menus in addition to the regular menu. It's a wonderful location, too, with Parking Lot 1 (a city garage) across the alley behind the restaurant; there's a back entrance you can take so you don't have to walk around. I let the waiter know that we had a show afterward, and we were attended to accordingly. We enjoyed the atmosphere and everything about the experience and will definitely return.
Our dinner at Vaso Azzurro was out-standing. When we were seated, the waiter was otherwise occupied so the manager told us about the evening's specials, with great enthusiasm! Although we chose items off the regular menu, he remained engaged. We ordered the small house salad which came pre-divided for us, and was still huge! My husband ordered the lasagna, which he said was good. It came with sauteed vegetables, which I don't recall ever seeing as a side to lasagna, but that was fine as they went home in my to-go box. I ordered the Scallops and Prawns with Risotto, which was amazing; three really large perfectly cooked scallops, three perfectly cooked prawns, and a huge mound of delicious risotto with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. The manager was delighted with my choice, and with our choice of wine :-) Since it was my husband's birthday, he was offered a complimentary dessert of his choice (he chose the apple strudel with vanilla ice cream, which was delicious) which was served with a rousing round of Happy Birthday! sung by the entire wait staff; great fun! A delightful time from start to finish!
Great menu, excellent choices. New dish, scallops and shrimp with risotto was outstanding. Very good carpaccio and creme brûlée.
Good food at a reasonable price.
The waitress was wonderful and the food was fine. Our only issue was the noise level - it made the experience somewhat uncomfortable. I could only hear the people sitting next to me if they raised their voices. This wasn’t even a day when they had live music; it’s just a problem with the acoustics.
I would recommend but advise that every time I have had dinner there the noise level is almost intolerable. Difficult to communicate with people I came with. This would be a major deterrent!
So I would advise of this before wholeheartedly recommending.
Food is delicious. Always a welcoming and fun environment.
Food was great, noise was intolerable and the wait staff continued to bump into my mother in a wheelchair
The food is great, the service is great, the acoustics is terrible. The chatter in the room creates a very high noise level, and we practically had to shout to speak there.
Always pleasant experience. Good meal at reasonable price and live entertainment. The regular host of restaurant sings and is terrific. A most enjoyable experience.
Good food and service
We had a wonderful time there. Took our daughter and friends out to dinner to celebrate her birthday and the food was delicious. We did order a couple of the specials which we were not too thrilled about. A bit dry but the food from the menu was terrific. We had 7 people and we had ordered 2 of the specials, which we felt weren’t too special. I had ordered the halibut, but I wished I had ordered my daughter’s lasagna instead or my husbands rib eye. The appetizers were great and service was great.
I went there for lunch and I had a sandwich, my friend had the halibut.
The halibut was overcooked. The sandwich was ok, the fries with the sandwich were really good.
Great service and food. Marc was excellent!

Very friendly and charming host. Nice wine selection. Good food but not many true northern Italian dishes. Very attentive service. Jazz music was a nice touch.
All five ladies really enjoyed this restaurant. And we had a waiter that sang to us, which made our lunch so much fun. Also, the food and ambiance was really good. A couple of ladies didn’t like their wine. It was changed with no problem. That made the ladies happy. We would definitely recommend this delightful restaurant.
The food was excellent as was the service. The owner stopped by to inquire about our dining experience. Great place.
We went there for a "catching up with our lives" lunch. We chose to sit outside because of the great weather. The service was great, not intrusive, and readily available. The food was great...not over cooked or spice Laden. Would go back in a heart beat!
We always love coming here! The food is great and all the staff treat you like family. It’s a very special place to dine!
Came with a party of about 18 people and we had a great time. Really appreciate how attentive the restaurant was as our group scaled up from an original number of 3, and in accommodating all of us. Thank you!
For the money, food was not as good as I would expect. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. Flavors were a bit flat.
A wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. Staff was very warm and kind.
The dining room is loud and uninviting so we sat on the street, next to the car traffic, where it was actually quieter but then had to breathe exhaust. The servers were friendly enough but the food is uninteresting and overpriced for what it is. Great location, perfect, I suppose they can survive on that.
Food came quickly. It was good but better on our last visit. Love the service, the atmosphere and the live music.
This was our second time at Vaso Azzurro. The service and ambiance was spot on again but the food this time was not as good. We ordered the blackened Halibut and it was very overdone and dry. I cant imagine how they got this wrong especially since this was the daily special and I thought this would be a signature dish. However, the other dishes we ordered (corn chowder, bruschetta, mushroom ravioli) were wonderful. It was my girlfriend's birthday and the staff surprised her with a rasberry gelato and a cheerful birthday song and made it a special evening for us. Except for the Halibut, everything else was great!
Best carbonara we have ever had. And I loved the seafood pizza!
Delicious food, amazing hosts. The vibrant and engaging hosts make the terrific food a bonus. Waiters and waitresses are very good and professional as well.
Best northern Italian food in the area.
I have a nice time,
I choose to dine
at Vaso Azzurro.
Delicious food, charming service. Always a good time at my "local".
Owner Micheal and his fun attitude and his singing are awesome!
Excellent food, good selection of vegetarian and vegan entrees. Good service despite being a crowded Friday night dinner. Well rounded collection of coffees and desserts.
The staff was so friendly and really made the night special for us as we were celebrating our anniversary.
Very lovely, the service was excellent and we felt very welcomed.
My son choose this wonderful family turned restaurant to celebrate his birthday on Friday. Everyone made us feel like family. They had the entire restaurant singing Happy Birthday. Our service exceeded my high expectationss. The food was equally delicious. Can't wait to return so in. The so much everyone.
Great experience. Service was excellent, veal was tasty, and the linguini was perfect.
