   We feasted in appetizers, all of which were excellent- lobster gyros, crab cakes, tuna tatar, meatballs and zucchini and eggplant chips. Drinks were delicious. Be warned- the order of Greek donuts was gigantic but the waiter swore he has seen one person eat all of them.

   Varka is alway’s excellent! One of my all time favorite restaurants! From drinks to dessert everything is excellent!

   Always excellent choice coming here. Top tier fish and nearly all else on menu plus professional wait staff. Beautiful surroundings too.

   Everything we ordered was excellent ~for starters, we shared the Varka chips and also crab cakes. Both were really good. We always get the chips so that wasn't a surprise but this was the first time we tried the crab cakes and we all enjoyed them. For entrees, one of our party of four had the scallop pasta special and really enjoyed it. I had the shrimp scampi and risotti and it was excellent. The two others had the strip steak and sea bass and both enjoyed them as well. Noone had room for dessert but we did all really love everything that we had. Great food and service!

   They were ready on time for my reservation. Seated immediately. Service was impeccable! As usual, the food is always delicious. It was a pleasure to have lunch.

   Varka is consistently above average when it comes to food and service. They have been in business for over 20 years for a reason. Great seafood, steaks and wines from all over the world.

   We had a fantastic dinner this evening. We started with the tuna tartare appetizer with avocado, which was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. For our entrée, we both chose the organic salmon, and it was outstanding — cooked to perfection and full of rich, clean flavors. To finish, we shared the Greek yogurt with cherries and honey for dessert. It was light, refreshing, and the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal. Highly recommend!

   Varka is definitely in my list of favorite restaurants. The food is excellent and the service is top notch. We ordered the swordfish kabobs, halibut, chicken and Varka chips. The halibut and swordfish were extremely fresh and flavorful. The grilled chicken was delicious; I love how thinly pounded it was as well. It was my Mom’s birthday and they surprised her w a lovely dessert and candle. That was a very nice gesture. The restaurant was crowded on a Wednesday night which didn't surprise me since the food was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Varka to anyone craving a delicious meal!

   Would have liked a bit more privacy as we were celebrating an anniversary and we were surrounded by kind of loud people but the food and service was excellent! We had the octopus and black bass for two and both dishes were really delicious

    The food was excellent. 10/10. Our service was the problem. Almost felt like we weren’t taken seriously because we were a table of 3 young girls. 1 hour into our dinner and we only had 1 drink. We had to ask the bus boy if he could go tell our waiter that we wanted another round. But of course we get our entrees and that’s when he’s lingering around. Almost felt like we were rushed at the end. Could’ve definitely had 3 drinks if our waiter was more attentive. Overall food was amazing and the ambiance was nice.
