   Our waiter Anthony was great. He was also the bartender and made a couple of great cocktails, made excellent recommendations for appetizers, dinner desert as well as wine pairings. Ambiance was great. It was atrial run for our sons graduation dinner

   Our dinner at Vallozzi's was excellent! We had some time constraints due to theatre tickets, but our waiter, David, saw to it that we were out the door on time! Our thanks to him. He was attentive in bringing bread and drinks and dinner spot on. our meals were all delicious. My husband's Osso bucco was "one of the best. The rest of us had pasta dishes, which can always be relied up at Vallozzi's to be just right. Thanks for a lovely meal. We will be back.

   We had a great dinner at Vallozzi’s! I had the lobster risotto and my wife had the swordfish. Both were outstanding. Our server, Matt, was polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Beyond that, every staff member we interacted with was very personable and welcoming. A really enjoyable experience!

   Clayton was amazing! Offered great recommendations and the food was amazing as always! Love the street view from the bar booths.

   Our server, Stephanie, helped make our dinner more special with explanations of our menu questions and knowledge of wines in helping us choose a wine to complement our dinners. Aside from some very loud diners at the neighboring table our evening was wonderful. Highly recommend Vallozzi’s Pittsburgh.

   We loved our first dining experience here! The food was delicious for both of us! The courses were perfectly spaced out. Stephanie was our server and her service was impeccable. She was so knowledgeable about the menu, offered options based on my questions, was constantly refilling our water and checked on us several times even though busy with other tables. The restaurant filled up but we never felt rushed prior to our show. Will definitely return!

   Vallozzi’s is a staple for celebratory dinners. We’ve dined with them for two graduations and several birthdays. The food, service, and ambiance are consistently excellent.

   Something has happened with Vallozzi's Pittsburgh. What used to be an excellent experience was average at best. A pizza took nearly 40 minutes to get to the table; entrees appeared to be sitting and even possibly reheated? Pasta Bolognese, as an example, not "al dente" but crunchy in the middle and felt "warmed up", not fresh. That is true of every pasta dish we received.... We were really disappointed, a group of 7 with a hefty bill.

    We were a large party (12) on a very busy weekend, but still.... after waiting 20 minutes for our waiter to appear and greet us, the appetizers took a very long time to arrive. We didn't even get to order our entrees for well over an hour, and probably an additional hour for them to arrive. 7:15 reservation, we finished our entrees at 10, with no dessert! Unfortunately, our food was also subpar - salmon was undercooked, and pesto-based pasta was literally inedible. They did take that one off of our check.
