Join us at Valette for New Year’s Eve 2018. We will be featuring a special Chef’s 6-Course Tasting Menu. Dinner is $125.00 per person++. An optional wine pairing menu will be offered at $75.00 per person. Reservations available between 5:00 - 10:00pm. Regular menu will not be offered this evening.

This restaurant is extremely noisy. If that is what you enjoy then good. For a quiet meal in a conversational environment, try another.

Dined here for my husband's birthday. Chef Dustin greeted as at our table, where a signed birthday card was waiting. Nice touches! Fortunately we had the earliest reservation time possible, because by the end of the meal we could barely hear each other. There were several tables with large groups, so it may be quieter when there aren't so many celebrations. I loved my mushroom soup special; my husband said his green salad was okay (which is his problem for not ordering something more adventurous!). Unfortunately, my venison entree was unintentionally sabotaged when we were surprised by the kitchen with a BOWL of pasta, rich with cheese. After gobbling up every luscious morsel, I could scarcely touch my entree and ended up taking it home. Needless to say, we did not indulge in dessert. We will probably go back to Dry Creek Kitchen for future celebrations in Healdsburg, which is priced about the same, also has outstanding food & service, is more subdued and has free corkage for Sonoma County wines. :)

Creative food, great taste, surprised with each course and reasonably priced for the tasting menu. wish it also came with wine pairing for a few of the dishes.

Valette's always exceeds expectations. I have the ribeye steak each time. The pasta appetizer was wonderful. My wife enjoyed the sea bass. The food preparation and presentation are beyond most any restaurant in the Bay Area. We celebrated my wife's birthday and they made sure everything was perfect!

Dustin Valette continues to serve creative, fresh and favorful food in a comfortable environment. The staff feels like family and really works well together to provide a seamless dining experience to diners. Best restaurant in a town of best restaurants!

Fantastic as always! The fois gras was a beautiful delicacy, the mushroom risotto was perfect, and the venison two ways was prepared perfectly. No complaints about anything at all, other than perhaps the charge for sparkling water. Have been many places where the price of water is the same whether it's still or sparkling, perhaps those restaurants make their own.

My wife and I enjoyed a special evening at Valette to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We chose the "Trust the Chef" five-course dinner with wine pairings and we were treated to a wide variety of exquisite food offerings with superb wine choices. The service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. We plan to return to Valette on other special occasions.

We went to celebrate my husbands birthday and dinner was excellent. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful with any questions regarding the menu. We ordered a salad, butternut squash pasta, the venison, and wagyu steak entrees. Everything we ate was delicious. We would definitely come back to celebrate another special occasion. Thank you for the great experience!

Scallops were amazing in Puff Pastry. The wagyu was very good but a bit rich. The striped bass was good but a prettybsmall,portion for an entree. Our waitress was great Bob, the dad was fun to talk to.

Overall very nice evening. Fast attentive service, cool ambience, creative cuisine. Striped bass was perfectly cooked - Venison was devine. Definitely a hot spot in Healdsburg and deservedly so!!!!

It was our 18th Anniversary and it was a special evening from the moment we walked in. We were given an anniversary card as soon as we were seated. Such a nice touch to go with absolutely amazing food and great service. Will recommend your resteraunt to anyone wanting a truly special experience.

Amazing first experience at Valette!! I could write a ton about all the ways each and every person went above and beyond to provide a memorable evening for us, but I'll summarize by saying that every element of our dinner and every interaction we had was truly wonderful. Johnny is fantastic - we felt like family...and the food, oh, the food. We will definitely come back. Soon.

I dined alone yet they made me feel very welcome. Foie gras was cooked perfectly. Pasta was delicious and the steak was great.

My new regular spot when I visit Healdsburg.

Frank, our server, was excellent and attentive. I had the duck breast which was outstanding. The salad was also awesome and large enough to split. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

Well informed waiter. High noise level for normal conversation. Charcuterie plate was too heavy on meats. Meats were very tasty. Not enough cheese. Pumpkin soup was a highlight. Squash pasta was outstanding. Duck entree was tasty and tender. Striped bass was a lot of skin and the sauce overwhelmed the flavor of the fish. Falafel was excellent. Manhattans were excellent. The house Cabernet at $18 a glass was less than mediocre.
Overall Valette was a disappointment after hearing such praise for this restaurant. But to be fair the chef’s tasting menu was highly regarded by those who directed us to this restaurant.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The food was amazing and the service was impeccable! Rob Valette was a charming addition, we found out the history of the Valette family and the building Valette is located in, extending the charm of this local family. Loved the s’mores dessert and the bread and jam dessert!
