   Nice place to eat, very friendly staff eager to please. Super menu basicly Italian but do have daily specials. Good value.

   Bubbly and boistrous, the atmosphere is suited to authentic Italian quisine. The food and service was excellent and there is a comfortable lounge/bar area for a pre meal drink. Some unsavoury characters attempted to ruin the evening with their behaviour but they were well dealt with by staff and management. A very enjoyable evening and I would recommend the experience.

   Another lovely meal with superb service! I find they always deliver and are willing to add or subtract ingredients to personal taste.

   From the minute we entered valentinos the service was excellent, they couldn't be more helpful, the best of all was the food, the tastes we're fantastic, the variations on the menu were brilliant, a really enjoyable experience.

   Virtually everything on the menu that was suitable for vegetarians was spicy. That said, when we asked for the risotto without chilli flakes, it was done as requested with no problems.

   The staff were most welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. My mother has mobility issues and when I asked on arrival if the had a disabled parking space, the manager immediately reserved an area right by the entrance to enable my mother to gain easy access. We were very grateful for this gesture. They also seated us conveniently for access to the toilets for mum too. The food choice was excellent and so was the food and service. Even though it was very busy they were always there ready to make sure everything was OK. I respect all the staff in Valentinos as they clearly work very hard and are very professional. We will definitely be returning for future family occasions.

   Never been let down by Valentinos, yet again food was delicious. great service.i would highly recommend trying it out on a Sunday not too busy and very relaxed atmosphere. been going there for years and will continue to go for many years. Best steaks by far .

   From arriving to leaving the service from the staff was attentive but not overpowering. The food was tasty and there was a good selection to choose from. My friends and I had a really lovely evening, thankyou very much.

   We had a lovely early Valentines evening. My husband is gluten free and as usual, the staff were very accommodating, suggesting alternatives. The seafood starter was excellent!

    We eat at Valentino's on occasion, so we are used to the food which is invariably very good, and we weren't disappointed this time. Our favourites are the Fillet Stroganoff and the Porcini Ravioli. The black currant and lime cheesecake was good too. However, the eating experience was let down by the service. Usually there are a couple of young waitresses (who are very good) working, but not this time. There were two young men and a gentleman who I believe is one of the owners. The younger waiters were not on the ball at all on this particular evening. One was dealing with wine orders and he never appeared - we gave our order with the meal order - this was ok, as was the delivery of the main meal. We had to wait at over 20 minutes to give a dessert order, and then we had to summon the waiter over. We're used to the (good) service here and tonight was a bit of a let down. We will go back though because we like the food.
