    We arrived for our 6:30 reservation on Valentines Day only to find 5 other couples with the exact same reservation and no tables available. We were told we would have a 30 minute wait probably even longer. This was unacceptable and we left for another restaurant. It appears that the owner was only interested in making money and not at all concerned with his patrons time and value. We will NEVER go to this restaurant again!

    Enjoyable local BYOB, husband's veal parm was overdone, didn't tell server. Wife ordered chicken picante, believe was served chicken marsalla , didn't complain. Tomato bread okay, salad very good, stuffed mushroom appetizer was good, a bit $$ .

    This was an experience to forget. We arrived on time for our 6:30 p.m. reservation and were promptly seated. We then waited and waited until a server came over and told us our server was occupied by the large party in the next room and she would take our orders. By 6:45 we had our water and by 6:50 we were served salad. Thank God we were because no one came to our table again until about 7:25 when we were told that the kitchen was delayed because of the large party in the other room. That was also when they asked if we wanted our water refilled. We told the server that we were freezing cold (I had to put on my L.L. Bean down coat to stop shivering), and we (and two other couples) were moved closer to the kitchen. We noticed that the people in the large party was also wearing coats and were noticeably cold. Not until just after 7:30 did our meals arrive. As they did, a waitress walked by and muttered, "This is a nightmare" to herself. We certainly agreed. The food was very good, but it was clear that the owner did not care about the fact that his customers were freezing. It was also clear that the owner did not care that his customers had to wait and wait and wait to be served, to get drinks refilled, and waited an unacceptably long time to get their meals. Our server, who was clearly frustrated, offered us a free dessert, which we declined. We preferred to venture out into the snowy weather that was not much colder than the restaurant. Clearly, the owner (or management) did not care. That no one came to our table to address the issue (nor did anyone come to any of the adjacent tables where patrons were freezing and waiting and waiting and waiting) demonstrated that they don't care. It also confirmed that they were willing to book large groups and make small ones wait and did not care how long we waited. Yes, the food was good, but by the time we were served we did not care. I guess the attitude of the restaurant's management had rubbed off on us.

    Went New Years eve and it was crowded so service was a little slow(expected). We both had veal dishes that were outstanding. It was worth the wait. Our server was Jennifer and she did a great job(very friendly and competent. We will be back soon.

    We eat there often. Always good. Excellent prices and portions. I had one of the special. Pumpkin ravioli. Yum.

    Once this must have been a good local neighborhood Italian place, but no more. We were seated in a large room, there was a room heater next to our table, and 1 table away a family was shivering and eating with their coats on. That's just ridiculous. The Shrimp Fra Diablo (what it's usually called) had 5 tasteless shrimp floating an oversauced plate. The sauce was hot, but tasteless. The Chicken Florentine was good, a large portion with spinach and tiny pieces of crab meat. Pasta on the side, also with a tasteless sauce. Our waitress was by turns attentive and then missing in action. Final note - she apologized for the evening, the chef was out sick.

    I've been coming here for years, and have always enjoyed their food. Very good. Prices have gone up a bit over the years, but still doesn't stop us from returning. As long as everything stays consistent as it is, we will always be back!

    We have eaten at Valentino's many times in the past and it was always very good and enjoyable. This was either a bad night or they have gone down hill. This was probably the first time we ate there on a Saturday night and unfortunately some restaurants cannot handle Saturday nights. The restaurant was not crowded so that was not an excuse. We were at a rickety table with leaves that opened out and the supports made it very uncomfortable to sit at. The wooden top was cracked and all marked up and there was no table cloth. I hope the waitress was new, because if not she should find another job. She did not know the menu, she was fairly abrupt and constantly failed to clear dishes when she brought the next course. All four of us were dissatisfied with the food. My flounder francaise was well prepared but with waaaay too much lemon and the broccoli side was tough and had no flavor. We all agreed that the best part of the meal was the extra bruschetta we paid for, but where was the free order? We will try Valentino's again and if it is not back to its old self that will be the last time. We have too many good Italian restaurants in our area. I do not enjoy giving a restaurant a bad review and will usually not complain if one or two areas are remiss, but this was too much.

    Great night. Nicole was excellent and really did all she could to make it a great experience. Mohamed was exceptional as well. Food was great. Six different meals and all were very good. Looking forward to our next visit.

    The restaurant has two sides. We were initially seated on one side where the air conditioning was sub-par. It was even too hot for my wife and she doesn't like it cold. We asked if the other side was cooler and they immediately moved us over. The place was not even half full; why not sit us there in the first place? The food was average on all counts: portion size, flavor, quantity, etc. If someone suggested meeting there I would go back, but I wouldn't choose to do so on my own. There are plenty of better BYOBs in the area.
