This was my first visit back to this restaurant since the new ownership several years ago. We went for brunch and was pleasantly surprised how good the brunch was. Our eggs benedict was cooked perfectly and service was very good. My only complaint was the automatic 3% additional charge on our bill for credit card use. We had to have this removed since we decided to pay cash. I dont like that the charge was applied even before they knew our choice of payment. I thought that when merchants signed an agreement with Mastercard or Visa they were not allowed to charge a customer for using a credit card.

We had an excellent dinner and outstanding service provided by our waiter, Matt. He was extremely accommodating and very gracious. We sat in the bar area and the piano player, Howard, played beautiful piano music while we ate. If you haven’t tried the Summit restaurant, I highly recommend sitting near the bar area which is quite cozy so you can be serenaded by one of the best piano players in Orange County. The Christmas decorations were still up making the perfect ambiance for a wonderful evening at the Summit Restaurant.

Christakis is one of my fav restaurants in Orange County. The wine list is outstanding, the food here is insanely delish, and the service is five star (yes, Austin, I'm talking about you!). The atmosphere and soothing live music make for a fun night out! Must try: the Avgolemono soup (chicken, rice, lemon and egg - fantastic), the Feta and Olives (just yummy), the Dolmades (made with the most flavorful herbed sirloin filling), and the Lamb Gyro (served with fresh, diced tomatoes and tzatziki sauce - melts in your mouth). Also, if you happen to go on a night that they are serving the chocolate cake topped with flan, order it!

We took some newbies to one of our favorite spots. We shared the sapphire salad and the gem lettuce salad and they were wonderful. For entrees we had the short rib pasta which I will order next time I go, it was delicious and the portion was great. The rib eye steak that we shared was a large portion and was fabulous. The schnitzel was our least favorite but still yummy. We were too full to have desert! I highly recommend this restaurant. My lunch fav is the chicken sandwich!

Love this restaurant so much. Such a beautiful quiet setting, surrounded by flowers and fountains. Outstanding Having great food in New Years day with great company and not having to cook a real treat. Kuddos to all the TdB staff for giving up their New Year's Day to serve us. Our server Destiny was amazing she was always at our table to attend to our every need. Which was unbelievable because she was also tending bar and making drinks for everyone in the restaurant. What a superwomen. Food amazing blew my socks off Top Sirloin and Ribeye amazing. Managers Leonardo and Fabriscio also fantastic and super friendly. They also told us that this quarter we will see some New York steak. Looking forward to it. Hosts also friendly and accommodating as I had an extra guest that was not on the reservation. Last but not least the bussers and meat servers were also exceptional running around to make sure we have all the meats or the salad bar was always plentiful. Kuddos to all TdB staff. What a great start to the New Year.
