Mary's SERVICE was a toss-up with the dinner ... as BOTH were OUTSTANDING, which was better? Tough call. Not so the prime rib ... tender, juicy, cooked to perfection. The salads were 5 Star, the drinks were generously prepared or poured, the wine was not excessively over-priced, the seafood and beef courses were scrumptious, the consistency is, well, ... consistently maintained decade-over-decade. IF The Chart House REALLY CARED they'd have had more boats cruising out on the river, but that was the only sub-par feature of an otherwise outstanding evening. I was a little personally offended that Mary kept calling me 'Sweetheart' when all the Servers in Metro Cincinnati call me 'Hon,' 'Honey,' 'Pal,' 'Buddy,' 'Hey You,' ... or NSFW! But such minor transgressions can be overlooked for a great skyline view of Cincinnati, River view, GREAT FOOD and especially, such OUTSTANDING, 'Evening-Making' SERVICE. Go, you will Not be disappointed one iota!

The service was just ok. Although they were not busy, we had to remind our server to bring a salad, refill waters, and more bread. She was very nice and got the items right away. The main issue was the lasagna. There was was a plastic wrapping inside the meal. My son didn’t want to bring it up while we were there because he works at a restaurant and didn’t want to cause any issues. The drinks we had were fantastic, as always. Although we really enjoy the chain as a whole, I’m not sure if I would recommend this Brio.

Every single thing about this dinner was amazing! Our server Molly was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive but not overwhelming, and offered great suggestions. The dinner was spaced out perfectly. It never felt rushed and we never were wondering when the next course was coming out next. Finally, the food was absolutely amazing. No detail is left unnoticed. We loved every single one our dishes. Our server even brought out a complementary dessert for our anniversary. Highly recommend!!

Must’ve been shorthanded because the waitress never showed up again when we needed a coffee refill. I had to ask for a straw for the drink for my wife and we never got a second round of bread and we’ve been asked for that. Left zero tip but the food was very good. We’ll go back let’s hope they fix the staffing problem.

We had such a great time! We were 30 minutes late because our twins graduation ran over. The restaurant called to make sure we still wanted to come. When we got their we had excellent service and the food was delish. The server even brought out an ice cream for each of our grads to celebrate!

New Years Day brunch. Food was excellent. Poached pear salad with salmon that was perfectly cooked with the very best skin I have ever been served. Biscuits and gravy were a big hit as well. We were in Cincinnati for a few days and stayed at the 21C, Metropole was attached to the hotel and smelled heavenly when we came down the elevator. We decided to make reservations the following night in a whim. Might I say I am glad we did. The entire experience from service to meal was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our waitress was knowledgeable of the menu, gave suggestions and was very professional. Every member of the staff we encountered was so friendly and personable. The food was to die for! I had the duck cooked medium rare at the recommendation of the chef and it was the best duck I have ever had! The drink menu was robust and very good and the dessert menu was creative and delicious. I will be visiting again, this place is a must if you are in town!

Staying at a local hotel and the staff highly recommended this location. It did not take long to see why. We sat at the bar for cocktails and ended up staying their for dinner. The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful telling us local places to visit. My seabass was fantastic and my spouse is still talking about the filet. They also want their sweet potato dish recipe. It was so good and we don't have one of these restaurants were we live. If you are looking for a great meal and friendly staff this is definitely the place to visit. Hotel staff was right!

We have been coming to 20 Brix for many years because the menu contains many creative, original dishes, and the specials are always interesting, too. I appreciate that they don't rest on their laurels, but instead dare to tweak the menu from time to time. A good example is the Shrimp and Grits, which has undergone at least a couple changes over the years, and is now very different and better than ever. The service and ambiance are always great, whether you eat inside or on the patio, as we did last night.
