Very disappointing for a upscale downtown restaurant. Parking is hard to find as there are no signs or directions, pay parking only below the building, no directions to restaurant and no refund of the parking fee. We were seated in a lounge that was noisy and full of televisions, not the quiet restaurant atmosphere we expected. Service was extremely slow, it took an hour before we could order, appetizers were passable, however main dish was stone cold and sent back for reheating. Wine list by the glass is extremely limited, by the bottle is very pricey. However, home made bread was good. I think that we will pass on this one in future.

Our favorite restaurant ever - the staff and restaurant owners are always so hospitable! As my husband and I say, it's home away from home! Thanks for the awesome service - always!

Rushed through our meal.

Made reservation week before hand but sat in the bar area which had a party coming in shortly.

Server rushed us through dinner.

Within 2 min of ordering our salads did they arrive and before our salads were done our mains arrived.

The arribiata sauce was horrible and the chicken was dry.

But this is not the servers fault.

The party behind us started to arrive and one of the leaders of the party asked us when we were going to leave.

Worst dining experience yet in Toronto.

Have heard great things about the restaurant so I was very surprised at the experience.

the food are v good , no fancy art work on plate but yummy cooking, fresh herb steak, French cut veal are the must try, don't know about the pizza is worth it, though there are plenty choices. the eggplant sauce with bread is so good it 's a plus for the meal, well complimented together.

Food and drink was excellent and so was the service. Had a reservation so we were seated right away. Our table was in a nice little corner so we were able to talk and hear each other. Great staff.

Food was excellent. Winterlicious menu was good. Service started off well and then fell off dramatically. Not enough servers -we felt forgotten. Wouldn’t go back for that reason. Too busy with take-out orders then with patrons at table. People next to us waited forever and then one meal was forgotten. They were not happy.

We enjoyed our meal but even though we were 1 of 2 diners the service was slow and the meal could have been warmer. The wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant anniversary meal.

I had heard good things about this restaurant from a friend some years ago but, as a person of Italian extraction, I rarely dine out at Italian restaurants for fear of being disappointed. Now I regret having waited this long to eat here.

The food is authentic, the portions are generous and the service is excellent. Definitely going in the regular rotation.

Initially the expletive laden hiphop was a complete turn off. It was quite loud, too.
The "rooms" were all strangely laid out and the food was not great. We started with
arugula salad and fried calamari which was passable. I ordered a pizza which was
pretty ordinary and my wife ordered risotto primavera and it was basically re-heated
rice. No moisture or creaminess and absolutely no tooth left in the kernels. Had to send
it back. Our waitress/bartender was delightful, attentive and accommodating.

Italian kitchen is not spicy kitchen. We ordered penne arrabiata, and it was spiced with a crazy amount of JALAPEÑO! And almost no tomato sauce. also, restaurant was almost empty and food took an unusual amount of time to show up. To be avoided...

I took my team out for lunch on a Friday and sat at the patio as it was sunny. The food was decent and the patio is kind of nice in the summer. The service was really slow and we had to ask for water multiple times. It got really warm and the umbrella was broken, we asked to be moved inside as we were roasting in the sun, but it took forever for them to decide whether we could, so we just ate our dessert quickly and left. It didn't help that the server was really slow with getting us iced water.

My friend and I were there for Summerlicious and it was DELICIOUS!! Good food, great price and the service was good and friendly. The appetizer and main course were hardy, the desert not so much. I would highly recommend the restaurant. Cheers.

John was a superb waiter, catering pleasantly to all our requests and getting us out in time for our show without it seeming rushed. The food was excellent, the best veal I have ever tasted, and the smoked salmon appetizer was great as well. Highly recommend.

This is my second time going to Vagabondo. I went 2 years ago for my birthday with friends and my husband took me again this year for my birthday. The menu is affordable and the food portions are very generous for the price you're paying. They also offer parking validation. I can't wait to go back!

This is a lovely spot to dine or have a drink before or after a show. The food was delicious and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. The salmon was prepared to perfection and the lasagna was enjoyed. The salad was somewhat small, but very tasty. We enjoyed Winterlicious prices. It was a comfortable place to dine and I would come again.

Enjoyed our visit. Friday night dinner, was busy but not overly noisy. Arancini appetizer was excellent, bruschetta was good. Thin crust pizza was standard, but the Penne Lido was very good. Will definitely come back, as the menu was full of items that interested us.

Waitress spoilt meal completely by her rude and sirly manner. Refused to listen to my quest to omit items due to allergies, and just said no substitutions!
