   Hadn't been there since January and I told my wife that I needed a "Vaccaros fix". Jacob, our server, was friendly and personable. Wife had the salmon and I had a pasta topped with grilled chicken and Alfredo. Good salad, goat cheese, apple, etc. Not sure if they have subtly changed their bread "service". It used to automatically come out early in the service after ordering drinks. The table next to us asked for it and it was brought out. Same with us, we had to ask. Price is getting up there a bit. I guess, what isn't. But a salad, two moderate entrees, and a bottle of wine (also moderate) with tip approached $200. As I have told my wife, if we could stop drinking at dinner we could go out more often! 😎

   Our Bookclub group of 5 had a wonderful time The food was delicious We were not rushed and our waiter was friendly and attentive. We meet monthly at various restaurants and this is my favorite place.

   What can I say…another AMAZING dinner at VT’s. My wife started with her favorite Pear Martini, flavorful and not overwhelming. My usual is a Belvedere Dirty Martini and of course Blue Cheese Olives. Dinner for me the seafood fruitti de mar, just amazing. My wife LOVES her fresh peppercorn pasta with added Shrimp!! Never desert because we are always too full!! Thank you again for a great ‘date night’ with my wife of 39 years. Never stop dating!!! Hi Bella, always great talking to you.

   Food was very good, only to be out done by the service. Our waiter was extremely attentive and friendly making us feel very welcome. Food was somewhat higher priced than other Italian restaurants but food was much better as well. Wonderful experience.

   We made a last minute mid-afternoon reservation on Mother’s Day on Sunday, and the restaurant was not crowded at that time. The service was great and the owners stopped to say hello. The wedding soup was great! Our meals were well prepared and hit the spot. It’s has a really nice atmosphere; very fitting for a fine Italian trattoria. It’s not cheap, but the prices are still very reasonable for the quality of the food and drinks. This is “one of the good ones” for near Akron dinning.

   Had Mother's Day lunch with my husband and Mother. The cocktails were awesome as was the fococcia bread. We ordered pasta and pizza dishes were excellent. Everything came out hot and well prepared. Our waitress was attentive and kind. Will be back again!

   This has become our new favorite spot ! We have taken several friends here whom also love it . Food never disappoints , love the vibe , good service too ! Feels alittle old school glam which we love . Keep up the great work!
