Loved our food and the server (Emma) was friendly, quick to take our order and always on the look out to keep our water glasses filled. The noise level was fairly significant, making conversation with my husband somewhat difficult. Other than that, everything else was great!

I love Upstream. Always have, it’s been a special place for us. Lately, though, the food and drinks have been just meh. The menu has been pared down, the beer specials seem oddly timed (stouts in June?) and there was no dinner special in a Friday night. The service was great, the food we ordered was just ok… here’s hoping they can get a little magic back.

This was our first visit for brunch at Upstream. We had the buffet, the offerings were very good with plenty of delicious options to choose from. However the roast beef from the carving table was very tough and the red velvet slice of cake was dry. The table we were seated at was directly across from the buffet line and as a result lacked privacy when people were queued up waiting to serve themselves. Our server was attentive and pleasant. Overall a good experience.

We are there once for dinner and once for brunch. The dinner was really good and there was a guy who walked around and made balloon animals, which the kids LOVES. Brunch was not good. The buffet was underwhelming and our table never got two of the made to order omelets we ordered.

We went two Sundays in a row because of the good price on the brunch buffet. However, both times were underwhelming. The food was just okay, but it's apparent on all of the faces of the staff that they would rather be elsewhere. Seriously. Not one person, either time, was hardly anything more than barely polite. This past Sunday, Mother's Day, our server barely acknowledged us during out whole visit, and never even once said, "you're welcome" when each of us said, "thank you" when he refilled our waters, etc.. And, honestly, he seemed a bit irritated when my son told him that he'd like some more water. I've worked in food service my whole life, and I completely understand how things can be in the business, but the service here was bad, and we will not be going back. I will gladly pay more somewhere else, and not feel like I'm interrupting our servers' day.

We were a group of six seated upstairs next to the pool tables. We made reservation five days in advance and thought we would get a better location than if we were hanging out at a sports bar. Server was bad, though she might have been new. She had a lot of trouble with getting the bill right. Very slow arriving to greet us, very slow to bring the beverages. Food delivery was fine.

We had to wait for our table for a bit even though we had a reservation but they seated us within 5 minutes. The waitress did a great job getting our drinks quickly & bringing out our food & clearing away unnecessary dishes. The food servings were huge & hot & delicious. Two of us shared the chicken pot pie & it was so big & very filling. Two of us shared the Italiano flat bread. It had a special balsamic reduction on it that added something special.

LOVE the artichoke dip and my meal was perfect. My top shelf margarita seemed small, but it was good. We were there from 5:10PM to 7:30PM on a Tuesday, but our server did not mention the happy hour.
