Went on weekday evening. Regular size crowd. Service: They seem to have lots of staff yet service was slow, except for the one lady who was very helpful (she’s at front desk and not even our server - one saving star for her). No cutleries provided when delivering food so we had to ask/wait again. Food: Kids’ burgers was burnt and dry. Ahi Tuna was incorrectly cooked to well done. Brussel sprouts burnt and bitter with too much bacon/sauce. Pasta was decent with loads of sauce. Overall salty, saucy and overcooked - not worth the price. Ambience/Environment: Decent.

Great food....took all the recommendations suggested by the server. Chicken fingers are a must! Fantastic service! Jolene, the General Manager went out of her way to make sure everyone was taken care of. Reni is the best server I have ever had!

Food was decent, server friendly and helpful. Service was slow for drinks, cleaning table and bill, fast for dinner. I think the server was also pulling duty as bartender though. My only real peeve, but a significant one, is that all the bench seating is damaged with big vinyl patches missing. My wife wearing a skirt scratched her leg sliding into a booth and I was a bit embarrassed as I had talked the restaurant up based on trip advisor reviews and our guest's first impressions weren't great. I encourage the owner to repair the seating asap, as the rest of the decor was okay.

Arrived at noon and ordered promptly. 45min later had to ask where our meal was. Table of 8 that arrived before us was paying and other tables that arrived after that were receiving food before us. No proactive communication from the server and the excuse was there was a big takeout order. Not the first time I have experienced slow service there. I won't be back.

Not the same as pre Covid days, place was dead on Saturday. Menu is much smaller. Wings didn’t have any smoke flavour on them. Calamari was extra oily and extremely small pieces. Disappointing experience as it was our first time back after Covid etc. Hopefully it’s just temporary. We would love to come back to being regulars again.

Their AC wasn’t working and when we asked they said it should be fixed shortly - don’t lie to your customers as you had all your doors open and fans running inside. Honesty is appreciated and we wish we were told the truth.

The service and food was excellent. One in our party didn't like her cocktail she ordered and was able to get a different cocktail at no cost. We all raved about the Cowboy Caesar drink....now I want a recipe to make it at home!!! All meals and desserts order were also wonderful!!!

The server tried but she was not very good. She took our drink orders. Never explained that the menu was to be scanned (QR code). Said she would bring g a physical menu but never did. Brought the food quickly but it wasn't cooked well. And forgot to bring kids items such as drink and kids desert. Didnt bring extra napkins. She checked in but that was after requesting items. So no point. At least they got the reservation right.

Made the reservation in the morning and arrived at the restaurant in the evening to find a sign on the door advising of a closure due to maintenance issues. Surely they would have attempted to text/call potential guests to advise of this closure. This did not happen.

We called the day before to make reservations and spoke to someone at the restaurant. We made reservations through Open Table. When we arrived we were told they were closed due to maintenance issues and had been closed for a week. Very disappointing and scramble to find a place to eat on Easter Sunday. Will never be back!!!!!

Quality of food has gone down from years ago. Lots of past great menu items missing and wines were sold out. The menu is lacking and was much better in the past. Ambiance is nice and was very quiet.

Our server Keiran was amazing! Super attentive and friendly. Brought our items in a timely fashion. The killer chicken sandwich was delicious, but the fries were too over cooked. Overall though it is a beautiful restaurant and I would go there again.
