Waaaay too loud. Food was pretty much hot or miss with the table. Waiter only refilled coffee once and was generally not friendly. I wish it was a better experience because I really wanted to like this place.
The music was too loud -- could barely hold a conversation. The food was overpriced and not very good. I ordered a hot tea, but it was lukewarm to cool when they finally brought it to me. Not worth the money.
We really enjoyed both the food and atmosphere here. It was a balmy late October evening and it was lovely eating under an open sky with the twinkling lights of the city as a backdrop. The food was delicious. My husband especially loved the roasted chicken dish. Service was gracious but a little slow.
Food & drinks were good, but quite expensive. I enjoyed the loud dj but my friends thought it was too loud to have a conversation.
Food was amazing server was great! Music was just a bit loud however we forgot it was pre Vikings
Favorite brunch place!! EVERYTHING IS GOOD!! Food, drinks, music!!
We had so much fun for my birthday. The ambiance was perfect!
The food was awesome! It was a bit cold by the window and very loud but great service except didn’t refill water.
We always have a great time at Union Rooftop and the best service. Would highly recommend it to anyone!
I loved sitting on the rooftop and watching the moon while we ate our dinner. The service was incredible—both quick and friendly. I look forward to dining here again in the future!
Waitress didn’t really know the details of the menu. What type of bedding on the fish and chips. Food was just ok.
We went to Union Rooftop to celebrate our Anniversary and have dinner prior to going to Theatre to see “Mean Girls. “. We started with cocktails and thought the drinks we tried were very good. Ordered Calamari, but were disappointed that the portion was small and contaied more peppers than Calamari. Would not order again. One in our pArty orders Carpaccio and Roasted Brussel Sprouts. Both were good size portions and tasty. Another had the Salmon which she enjoyed. She liked the presentation and inclusion of cous-cous. I had Chicken Cordon Bleu which was delicious and large in proportions. We were stuffed, and had to take home the leftovers. No room for deserts.
Overall food was very good, but nothing registered as outstanding.
Too loud I appreciate that you are trying to build an atmosphere but when you can't hear your brunch companion it is too much.
The scallop appetizer were amazing
We have eaten here before, and most likely will eat here again. Not as impressed with the food as I have been in the past, but there is a decent number of vegetarian options. Their impossible bacon cheeseburger is good but small, making it overpriced.
The food was okay in flavor but it was very uncomfortable
Very nice! Great service and good food! Loved the rooftop atmosphere!!
This place has amazing food and very nice servers with a lot of knowledge. The place it self was beautiful, and setting of lights was perfect.
Turned out to be a very hot day but Gregory kept the cold beverages coming. Service was excellent.
Food was really good. The outdoor patio was super pretty and the views were amazing. The only thing that I didn't like was that we had reservations at 10:15am, we ordered a single mimosa yet later on when our drinks were half gone, the waitress came and refilled them even though we didn't order the bottomless mimosas without us asking. Then she charged us for bottomless mimosas which is double the price of just 1 mimosa and we didn't even get 2 full drinks. I was not very pleased with this.
This was a great spot to pop in, watch the game and eat on the rooftop. It feels fancy but you don't need to be dressed that way. The food was amazing and the service was awesome too - I would definitely return here next time I'm in town!
We went there for my husbands birthday and were thrilled with the results. Recommendations from the waiter were knowledgeable and spot on. The roof did leak a bit on my husband, although it wasn't raining so that was s bit odd. But all in all, we will most certainly come back for special occasions.
Shrimp avocado toast appetizer was amazing. However, the salads and brussel sprouts were subpar. Very disappointing.
The place was bustling with people geared up for the football game. It was very, very loud and there was a man at the bar who was disruptive and yelling some very profane phrases the entire time we were there. I couldn’t hear my significant other at all. We ended up skipping ordering dinner and just finished our drinks and left before ordering food because it was so disruptive. Other guests were also visibly upset by this man and no staff seemed to be addressing the issue.
I went for dinner on September 7 for my birthday. I would have enjoyed it better if they hadn’t had an outdoor reserved area for a group of very loud, with one very intoxicated man yelling. Had I known they would be there I would have gone else where.
Our waitress Molly was amazing and took the time to answer all our questions and was so engaging! The food was amazing, cooked to perfection!
Food is delicious, but a little pricey. Staff is very friendly and great service. Can't beat the view on the rooftop. Pretty good restaurant for a special night
We were disappointed when our server informed us that Union Rooftop does not offer Happy Hour pricing.
We won’t be back at Union Rooftop for Happy Hour again.
Our server, Molly was amazing!
Food was delicious, portions were huge!
Management checked in periodically and made sure we enjoyed our meal.
Enjoyed all the food we ordered but found ourselves looking for our waitress instead of her checking on the table
The food was just OK. We had the sruf and turf. The steak was very chewy and covered with a very salty sauce. I can't recommend this restaurant
absolutely amazing,we had so much fun,the food was good and the atmosphere was a bomb!
Very great service. Beautiful spot in the city. Great night time atmosphere. Food was of good quality. Great spot for date night.
We ordered appetizers and cocktails. The beverages were overpriced but good. The food was ok at best. The dry rub chicken wings were small and on the dry-side. We ordered appetizers and cocktails. The beverages were overpriced but good. Rooftop dining sounded intriguing but it was hot in the sun and glass was dirty. Ceiling fans might have helped move the air but it was stuffy unless a breeze came in from the open side of the roof.
Great food, great service, great outdoor dining-Will be coming back again and again!
The service and the food was terrific! The room was nice too.
We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation unfortunately, but the servers were excellent and made up for it, as well as the delicious food. Thank you!
We went here to celebrate a bachelorette party. The Rooftop had a beautiful view of the city and we got our food super fast. One girl her order didn’t come in on time, and they gave her entree on the house which was really nice on their part. Definitely recommend for large groups!
Great time and Cheyenne did a great job on service
Food sucked. Arrived early and was given the worst table with a pillar blocked the entire view. Was not impressed for a $100 meal.
